Abstract

The invention discloses a synchronous flotation method for oxidation-vulcanization mixed zinc ore, which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ore grinding treatment on raw ore of the oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore; or directly selecting tailings after lead separation of oxidized-vulcanized mixed lead-zinc ores; (2) adding sodium carbonate for size mixing, controlling the pH value of the ore pulp to be 8-12, and then adding a metal ion salt, wherein the metal ion salt is at least one of lead nitrate, lead chloride, aluminum sulfate and titanium sulfate; (3) and adding an inhibitor and a collecting agent, and performing zinc flotation after size mixing to obtain the zinc oxide-sulfide bulk concentrate. The invention can obtain the zinc oxide-zinc sulfide bulk concentrate containing the zinc oxide mineral and the zinc sulfide mineral in the same flotation operation, desliming treatment is not needed before flotation, the flotation flow is short, the flotation reagent system is simpler, the flow is stable and easy to operate, the zinc flotation recovery rate is high, and the recycling of mineral dressing backwater is facilitated.

Technical Field

Background
The zinc metal is used in modern industry only after metals such as iron, aluminum, copper and the like, is mainly used in the zinc plating industry, the mechanical manufacturing industry and the battery field, and has very important function. The zinc ore resources in China are relatively rich, most of mines mainly adopt mining and sorting sulfide ores at present, only a few part of mines can utilize high-grade oxidized ores by adopting a leaching method, and low-grade oxidized zinc ores and oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ores are typical complex and difficult-to-process resources, so that the development of a new high-efficiency ore dressing and metallurgy technology is urgently needed.
The conventional mineral processing technology is adopted to process the oxidized-sulfurized mixed lead-zinc ore basically according to the principle of 'lead first and zinc first and sulfur first and oxygen second', namely, lead sulfide minerals are firstly selected, lead oxide minerals are then selected, zinc sulfide minerals are then selected, zinc oxide minerals are finally selected, and four concentrate products such as lead sulfide concentrates, lead oxide concentrates, zinc sulfide concentrates and zinc oxide concentrates are respectively produced in four sorting cycles. Therefore, the conventional flotation technology has the problems of long process flow, complex structure, high beneficiation reagent consumption and the like; and the mutual influence before each sorting circulation is low, the recovery rate of metal is low, the mineral separation operation and the recycling of backwater are not facilitated, and the practical application of the technology in industrial production is greatly limited. Moreover, most of the oxidized-sulfurized mixed lead-zinc ores are complex in structure, associated components are unstable, the embedded particle size is not uniform, argillization is serious, a large amount of clay, limonite and soluble salt are contained, and the effect of the conventional sulfurized-amine method for floatation of zinc oxide ores is unsatisfactory. Due to the factors, a large amount of low-grade zinc oxide ore and oxidation-vulcanization mixed zinc ore resources in China cannot be utilized in a large scale.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems of long flow, low flotation recovery rate, complex operation and the like of the flotation process of the oxidation-vulcanization mixed zinc ore, the invention provides the synchronous flotation method of the oxidation-vulcanization mixed zinc ore, which can obtain the oxidation-vulcanization mixed zinc ore concentrate containing zinc oxide minerals and zinc sulfide minerals in the same flotation operation, does not need desliming treatment before flotation, has short flotation flow, simple flotation reagent system, stable flow and easy operation, high zinc flotation recovery rate and is beneficial to recycling of mineral dressing backwater.

(2) adding sodium carbonate for size mixing, controlling the pH value of the ore pulp to be 8-12, and then adding a metal ion salt, wherein the metal ion salt is at least one of lead nitrate, lead chloride, aluminum sulfate and titanium sulfate;
(3) and adding an inhibitor and a collecting agent, and performing zinc flotation after size mixing to obtain the zinc oxide-sulfide bulk concentrate.

According to the invention, the carbonate precipitates or hydroxycarbonate compounds generated by carbonate ions and metal ions in the ore pulp aqueous solution are skillfully utilized to deposit or adsorb the difference of properties on the surfaces of different minerals, so that adsorption sites are provided for the adsorption of an inhibitor on the surface of a gangue mineral or the adsorption of a collector on the surface of a target mineral, the selective adsorption of a flotation reagent is enhanced, the synchronous floating of various zinc-containing minerals in the same flotation process and the selective inhibition of various gangue are realized, and the zinc oxide-zinc sulfide mixed concentrate containing zinc oxide minerals and zinc sulfide minerals is obtained.
The method changes the original zinc sulfide mineral flotation-zinc oxide mineral flotation process into a mixed zinc mineral synchronous flotation process; designing the original two flotation cycles as one flotation cycle; the method has the characteristics of no need of desliming treatment before flotation, short flotation flow, simple and stable flotation reagent system, easy operation, high zinc flotation recovery rate, benefit for recycling of mineral dressing backwater and the like.

Example 1
In this example, a mixed zinc oxide-sulfide ore from Yunnan was used, and the sample contained Zn 7.35%, CaO13.01%, and SiO249.97%, zinc oxidation rate 70.52%, wherein the distribution rate of calamine is 52.85%, the distribution rate of zinc silicate is 14.27%, and other zinc oxides are mainly zinc ferrite.
Grinding raw ore to-0.074 mm, wherein the raw ore accounts for more than 85%, adding 2kg/t of sodium carbonate for size mixing for 5min, controlling the pH value of ore pulp to be about 11.0, adding 100g/t of aluminum sulfate and 500g/t of lead nitrate for activation, adding 1000g/t of combined inhibitor (600g/t of water glass, 200g/t of sodium hexametaphosphate and 200g/t of dextrin) and 1000g/t of fatty acid collecting agent, stirring and mixing the pulp for 10min, and synchronously performing flotation for 7min to obtain the zinc oxide-sulfide mixed concentrate. The test results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 1
The other conditions were identical to those of example 1 except that no aluminum sulfate was added and no lead nitrate was used for activation, and the test results are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 2
The same procedure as in example 1 was repeated to oxidize and sulfide the mixed zinc ore raw ore.
(1) Grinding raw ore to 85% of-0.074 mm, adding 500g/t copper sulfate, 200g/t butyl xanthate and 20g/t No. 2 oil, and performing flotation to obtain zinc sulfide concentrate and flotation tailings;
(2) 10kg/t of sodium sulfide, 1kg/t of sodium carbonate, 500g/t of water glass and 500g/t of sodium hexametaphosphate are sequentially added into the flotation tailings, 300g/t of octadecylamine and 20g/t of No. 2 oil are added, size mixing is carried out for 3min, and then flotation is carried out, and test results are shown in table 1.

Example 2
In this example, a sample of an oxidized-sulfidized mixed lead-zinc ore containing 4.64% of Pb, 3.22% of Zno, 19.67% of CaO and SiO was used247.57%, TFe 2.53%, MgO 8.56%, wherein the oxidation rate of lead is about 50%, and the oxidation rate of zinc is about 70%.
Grinding raw ore to-0.074 mm, accounting for 85%, adding 10kg/t of sodium sulfide for vulcanization, adding 200g/t of pentoxanthin for synchronous flotation to obtain oxidized-lead sulfide concentrate, adding 5kg/t of sodium carbonate for size mixing for 5min, adding 500g/t of lead nitrate for activation, adding 2000g/t of combined inhibitor (500g/t of water glass, 300g/t of sodium citrate and 1200g/t of lignosulfonate) and 500g/t of fatty acid collecting agent, stirring and mixing for 5min, and synchronously floating for 10min to obtain oxidized-zinc sulfide concentrate. The test results are shown in Table 2.

Claims (8)

1. A synchronous flotation method for oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) carrying out ore grinding treatment on raw ore of the oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore; or directly selecting tailings after lead separation of oxidized-vulcanized mixed lead-zinc ores;
(2) adding sodium carbonate for size mixing, controlling the pH value of the ore pulp to be 8-12, and then adding a metal ion salt, wherein the metal ion salt is at least one of lead nitrate, lead chloride, aluminum sulfate and titanium sulfate;
(3) and adding an inhibitor and a collecting agent, and performing zinc flotation after size mixing to obtain the zinc oxide-sulfide bulk concentrate.

The synchronous flotation method for the oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step (1), the oxidation rate of zinc in the oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore raw ore is not less than 20%, or the oxidation rate of zinc in tailings after lead separation of the oxidized-vulcanized mixed lead-zinc ore is not less than 20%.

The synchronous flotation method for the oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step (1), the fineness of the product after grinding treatment of the oxidized-vulcanized mixed zinc ore raw ore or the fineness of the tailing product after lead separation of the oxidized-vulcanized mixed lead-zinc ore is controlled to be more than 55 percent in the content of-0.074 mm.
