Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition of an external spray for treating arthralgia and application thereof.
Background
Arthralgia syndrome: as early as in Su Wen Bi Lun: remember clearly in the recipe. Arthralgia syndrome due to the mixture of wind-cold-dampness pathogen and qi (marked by arthralgia, migratory arthralgia, painful arthralgia, heat arthralgia, tendon arthralgia, muscular arthralgia, vessel arthralgia, cutaneous arthralgia, bone arthralgia, rheumatoid arthritis). The body's body surface channels and collaterals are affected by wind, cold, dampness and heat to cause pain in limbs and joints, and when heavy, the body is not flexible and flexible, or even the joints are swollen and burning.
Pain refers to tissue damage at the time of pain or an unpleasant somatosensory and emotional experience associated with potential tissue damage. At the same time, many systems are altered, including metabolism, endocrine function, respiration, circulatory function, and psychology.
The pain is classified according to the pain generation part 1, and according to the tissue, organ and system of the pain part, the pain of the body and the pain of the viscera are classified; 2. classifying according to the body position of pain; 3. according to the nature of pain, stabbing pain, burning pain and aching pain are classified. 4. Classification according to the cause of pain: 1) nociceptive pain 2) inflammatory pain 3) neuropathic pain 4) cancer pain 5) mental, psychological pain. 5. The duration of the radical pain is classified into acute pain and chronic pain. 6. The five-axis classification of pain is based on the location of pain, the system of pathological changes, the type and characteristics of pain, the intensity of pain and the cause of pain.
Causes of pain: pain is usually caused by some obvious inducement or obvious reasons, such as sudden pain in waist and lower extremities when heavy objects are moved, possibly causing pain of disabled limbs or phantom limb pain after amputation, and easily inducing rheumatoid arthritis in wet and cold weather. Some pain has no obvious cause.
The pain and the arthralgia are mainly caused by middle-aged and old patients, the diseases are younger and younger due to the continuous change of living environment and production environment, and even teenagers have a plurality of pain syndromes of cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra. The current patients suffering from pain and arthralgia miss the optimal treatment opportunity due to the fact that the treatment is not timely, the treatment method is unavailable or the adverse reaction of the treatment medicine is caused. The long-term illness can not be cured radically, which leads to other complications such as rheumatic heart disease, osteoporosis, depression, anxiety and the like.
The etiology and pathogenesis of arthralgia are summarized into three types: 1. the six exogenous pathogenic factors, which mainly cause wind, cold and dampness, attack the human body and are treated by mistake because of the deficiency of healthy qi. The external pathogens enter the interior from the exterior, enter the deep from the shallow, and go deep into the meridians and collaterals, tendons and bones for a long time, so that stagnation of qi and blood and meridians is blocked to form the arthralgia syndrome. 2. The arthralgia syndrome is caused by the failure of the meridians and collaterals of the joints to nourish qi and blood due to the deficiency of yang and qi and the endogenous cold, the congealing cold and blood stagnation, and the unsmooth circulation of qi and blood. 3. Trauma, traumatic injury, and arthralgia due to sedentary, standing, and long-standing wet land injury and tendons and bones due to occupation.
Arthralgia syndrome is common in clinic and belongs to modern medicine: rheumatism, rheumatoid diseases, osteoarthropathy, scapulohumeral periarthritis, cervical vertebra, lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse, etc. The patient is stretched and bent to be limited due to the damage and deformation of the joint, walks difficultly and takes a pathological posture of pain and groaning. For these diseases, modern medicine is advanced in diagnosis, X-ray and assay, the diagnosis is easy, but the treatment is troublesome, and some antirheumatic and anti-inflammatory analgesics are usually used, but the side effects of the drugs often injure the spleen and stomach and are difficult to remove the root. Even more, people with severe pain want to take quick-acting pain relief, take some hormone medicines such as prednisone to damage the functions of liver and kidney, and take pain-relieving tablets for a long time to treat the addiction, so the patients need to take the treatment principle. For arthralgia syndrome, the arthralgia-syndrome-dispelling decoction is used for treating arthralgia syndrome in four days, and the patient feels warm in eight days. Western medicine for treating arthromyodynia is prepared by treating liver and kidney injury with hormone.
At present, the traditional methods for treating and conditioning pain and arthralgia are mainly based on big bags of herbal medicine application, acupuncture, massage, or pain relieving and hormone of western medicine, and a plurality of oral, external patch and paste for treating the pain and the arthralgia are available, the treatment time is long, the focus of disease parts with unsatisfactory effect cannot be guided to the outside of the body, the treatment process is long, the curative effect is incomplete, repeated attacks are caused, or other diseases are caused by adverse reactions of the treatment method and the medicine, and the patients suffer from pain for a long time and lose confidence.
