Background

The tears normally secreted by human eyes can form a thin tear film on the surface of the eyeball, and the complete tear film can play a role in protecting and lubricating the eyeball. Dry eye refers to eye discomfort caused by dry eye due to insufficient tear secretion in the eye, excessive tear evaporation, or uneven tear film distribution, which results in tears not being able to properly maintain the surface of the eyeball moist. Common symptoms of dry eye include dry eyes, easy tiredness, itchy eyes, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, sticky secretions, aversion to wind, photophobia, and sensitivity to external stimuli. Sometimes the eye is too dry and the basic tears are insufficient, but instead reflex tear secretion is stimulated, resulting in frequent tears. In more severe cases, the eyes become inflamed, engorged, keratinized, and the corneal epithelium is broken and the filaments are adhered, and this damage may cause keratoconjunctival disorders and affect vision over time.

The eye patch is usually attached to the eye with the drug solution absorbed thereon, and the eye is applied with the drug to improve the above symptoms. The mode of the medicine application depends on the natural evaporation of the liquid medicine, the evaporation amount is very small, the eye humidity cannot be kept, and the requirements of improving the dry eyes and relieving the fatigue are more difficult to achieve.

The eye sauna device comprises three parts, atomized liquid for sauna, a control component for controlling the whole eye sauna device, a heating sheet for heating the atomized liquid, and an eye mask component for forming a sauna room. Wherein the sauna room is mainly composed of a depressed sauna part, and when eye sauna is performed, the eyes of a person are covered by the sauna part. Atomized liquid is sent into the sauna part from an atomized water tank in the control assembly and is heated by a heating sheet close to the sauna room to form sauna steam with higher temperature, and the sauna steam circulates in the sauna part and carries out hot compress physiotherapy on eyes of a person. Because the atomized liquid is continuously provided by the atomized water tank, the sufficient humidity in the sauna part can be fully ensured, and in addition, the atomized liquid is heated by the heating sheet close to the sauna part, so that the sufficient temperature in the sauna part is ensured.

In some embodiments, the eye mask assembly is provided with a plurality of through holes penetrating through the sauna part and the connecting surface, the heating sheet is attached to the through holes, and when the eye sauna device is worn on the face of a person, the heating sheet and the eye mask assembly form a closed space with the face of the person.

The present application provides an eye sauna for humidifying and applying heat to the eyes, referring to fig. 1, the eye sauna includes an eye mask assembly 3000, a heating sheet, and a control assembly 1000.

The eye sauna includes three major parts, atomized liquid for sauna, a control assembly 1000 for controlling the whole eye sauna, a heating plate for heating the atomized liquid, and an eyeshade assembly 3000 for forming a sauna room. The sauna room is mainly composed of a depressed sauna part 3110, and when performing eye sauna, the eyes of a person are covered with sauna part 3110. The atomized liquid is delivered into sauna portion 3110 from atomized water tank 1120 in control assembly 1000 and heated by a heating plate in close proximity to the sauna room to form a higher temperature sauna vapor which circulates in sauna portion 3110 and provides a fomentation treatment to the eyes of the person. Because atomized liquid is continuously supplied by atomized water tank 1120, sufficient humidity in sauna portion 3110 can be ensured, and the atomized liquid is heated by the heating sheet next to sauna portion 3110 to ensure sufficient temperature in sauna portion 3110.

Specifically, the control circuit 1300 in the control assembly 1000 mainly controls the start and stop programs of the atomizing water tank 1120 and the heating plate, and further, the control assembly 1000 further includes a temperature sensor capable of detecting the temperature of the heating plate to control the heating power of the heating plate, and further control the steam temperature in the sauna portion 3110.

The shell 1100 connects the control circuit 1300, the atomizing water tank 1120, the eyeshade assembly 3000, the heating plate and other components into a unified whole, and provides a protective shell for the control circuit 1300, the heating plate and other sensitive elements or dangerous components, so that the user is prevented from being injured and the sensitive elements are prevented from being affected by the outside. On the other hand, the housing 1100 also provides a carrier for the atomized water tank 1120, and the stability of connection of the atomized water tank 1120 is guaranteed.

Specifically, in an embodiment not shown in the drawings, a mounting groove is formed on the housing 1100, the shape of the mounting groove matches with the shape of the outer surface of the atomizing water tank 1120, and the atomizing water tank 1120 is detachably connected to the mounting groove of the housing 1100. Above-mentioned design has ensured to establish stable relation of connection between atomized water tank 1120 and the shell 1100 on the one hand, and on the other hand makes atomized water tank 1120 dismantle from shell 1100, conveniently clears up atomized water tank 1120.

Specifically, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the eye sauna further includes a speaker 1200, and the speaker 1200 is fixed on the housing and is in signal connection with the control circuit 1300, such as direct electrical connection or indirect bluetooth connection, for broadcasting the operation status of the eye sauna in real time.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the housing 1100 is further provided with a clamping portion 1110, and the clamping portion 1110 of the housing 1100 and the eye mask assembly 3000 clamp the heating sheet between the housing 1100 and the eye mask assembly 3000, so as to determine the position of the heating sheet.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the eye mask assembly 3000 has a plurality of through holes 3111 penetrating the sauna portion 3110 and the connection surface, the heating sheet is attached to the through holes 3111, and when the eye sauna device is worn on the face of a person, the heating sheet and the eye mask assembly 3000 form a closed space with the face of the person. When the atomized liquid in sauna portion 3110 contacts the heating sheet through-hole 3111, it is heated by the heating sheet, and then returns to sauna portion 3110, and the eyes are fomented, whereby the heating efficiency of the atomized liquid in sauna portion 3110 can be increased, and the heating sheet can be prevented from overheating and damaging the eye sauna.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the eye cover assembly 3000, a partition 3113 is provided between the sauna portion 3110 and the connecting surface, the partition 3113 is in a grid shape, and the sauna portion 3110 and the heating plate are respectively located at two sides of the partition 3113. The grids of partition wall 3113 serve to penetrate sauna portion 3110 and the heating sheet, and atomized liquid in sauna portion 3110 is heated by the heating sheet after coming into contact with the heating sheet through the grids, and then returns to sauna portion 3110 to apply hot compress to eyes. On the other hand, partition wall 3113 also serves to support the heat sheet to prevent the heat sheet from being deformed and falling into sauna portion 3110, which may cause burning of eyes by the heat sheet.

Alternatively, in an embodiment not shown in the figures, the eye mask assembly 3000 includes a partition 3113 between sauna portion 3110 and the connection surface, and the partition 3113 is made of a material with good thermal conductivity to facilitate the heat transfer of the heating sheet into sauna portion 3110.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a transportation path 3130 is disposed at the edge of sauna portion 3110 near the nose bridge, and from transportation path 3130 to the two sides of sauna portion 3110, sauna portion 3110 gradually increases in width, or increases first and then decreases, corresponding to the area under the eyes. Sauna portion 3110 is a channel body that covers the eyes and the acupoints around the eyes of the person, and the higher wearing surface at the edge of sauna portion 3110 is wearing portion 3120, and wearing portion 3120 is used for contacting the face of the person, including the face and the bridge of the nose. Therefore, the edge of sauna portion 3110 is obviously deformed according to the position of the bridge of the nose, and is used for avoiding the bridge of the nose, such as an avoiding portion 3121 shown in fig. 1, and the avoiding portion 3121 belongs to the wearing portion 3120. When the user wears the eye sauna device, the avoiding portion 3121 is significantly higher than the wearing portion 3120 around the user. Since the temperature of the atomized liquid just delivered from delivery pathway 3130 into sauna portion 3110 is low, the density is correspondingly high. By providing duct 3130 in escape portion 3121, the atomized liquid with a lower temperature can flow to both sides and gradually spread to the bottom of sauna portion 3110, i.e., the portion of sauna portion 3110 under the eyes. After heating by the heating plate, the temperature of the atomized liquid is gradually raised, converted into steam and gradually diffused to the whole sauna part 3110, so as to achieve better physical therapy effect.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the feeding passage 3130 includes an open end facing the connection surface for abutting against the atomized water tank 1120 and a closed end 3132 facing the wearing surface; near closed end 3132, conveyor channel 3130 is provided with lateral opening 3131 for spraying the atomized liquid into sauna portion 3110. When the above design is satisfied, the atomized liquid from the transportation path 3130 is not directly sprayed onto the face of the person, but is blocked by the closed end 3132, and the direction of spraying is changed to spray from the lateral opening 3131 into the sauna portion 3110. The liquid atomization device has the advantages that waste of atomized liquid is reduced, discomfort caused by continuous impact of low-temperature liquid on the face is reduced, the distance between the atomized liquid and the heating sheet is shortened, and heating of the atomized liquid is facilitated.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, there are two lateral openings 3131 facing the sides of sauna portion 3110. The "both sides" of sauna portion 3110 mean the sides of sauna portion 3110 near the outer canthus. When satisfying above-mentioned design, the atomized liquid of self-direction opening 3131 spun can follow and flow to both eyes respectively between both eyes, and then has ensured atomized liquid and has acted on both eyes simultaneously, has strengthened the homogeneity of atomized liquid diffusion.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a side wall of at least one side of sauna portion 3110 is provided with air relief holes. When the design of the above embodiment is satisfied, the atomized liquid can circulate in sauna portion 3110 and finally be discharged from the air release hole, and referring to fig. 3, the atomized liquid is discharged from lateral opening 3131 and then diffused along path 4000. After being discharged from the lateral opening 3131, a part of atomized liquid begins to sink and contacts the heating sheet, and after being heated by the heating sheet, the atomized liquid expands, the density of the atomized liquid decreases, the atomized liquid rises upwards, is hot-compressed on eyes, is deprived of heat by the eyes, the temperature of the atomized liquid decreases, begins to fall, then contacts the heating sheet again, rises after being heated, and the process is repeated until the atomized liquid is discharged from the air leakage hole. Another part of the atomized liquid is discharged from the lateral opening 3131, rises randomly, contacts the heating plate, is heated by the heating plate, is hot-applied to the eyes, is deprived of heat by the eyes, is reduced in temperature, starts to fall, then contacts the heating plate, rises after being heated, is hot-applied to the eyes, and repeats the process until the atomized liquid is discharged from the air leakage hole. The atomized liquid spreads along path 4000 as above to fill the entire eye to enhance the hot compress effect on the eye.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the eye sauna further comprises a heat insulating sheet 2200, wherein the heat insulating sheet 2200 is disposed on the side of the heating sheet away from the eye mask assembly 3000 and is close to the heating sheet. When the above design is satisfied, the heat generated from the heating sheet is confined to sauna portion 3110 as much as possible, serving as a hot compress to the eyes, maximizing the use of heat energy, and saving energy. Specifically, the heat retaining sheet 2200 is disposed between the heating sheet and the control circuit 1300, so that the control circuit 1300 is affected by the heat of the heating sheet as little as possible, thereby preventing the control circuit 1300 from malfunctioning due to overheating.

In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the eye mask assembly 3000 further includes a limiting piece 3140, and the limiting piece 3140 surrounds the heating sheet and limits the position of the heating sheet. In other words, the heating sheet has a rim, and the eye mask assembly 3000 has a stopper 3140 extending from the rim corresponding to the heating sheet to surround the rim of the heating sheet to limit the position of the heating sheet.

Specifically, the aperture of the limiting piece 3140 is gradually reduced from the root to the opening to form a hollow platform-shaped space, and the heating piece is limited in the hollow platform-shaped space.

Specifically, since the heat-insulating sheet 2200 is closely attached to the heating sheet, the heat-insulating sheet 2200 is also restricted by the limiting sheet 3140 and is located in the space formed by the limiting sheet 3140.

the eye mask assembly comprises a wearing surface and a connecting surface which are oppositely arranged, the wearing surface is used for being attached to the face of a person, the eye mask assembly further comprises a sauna part which is formed by being sunken relative to the wearing surface, the sauna part is used for covering the eyes of the person, a conveying channel is formed by the sauna part and the connecting surface in a penetrating way, is positioned in the middle of the eye mask assembly, corresponds to the space between the two eyes of the person, and penetrates through the sauna part and the connecting surface;

the heating piece is connected to the connecting surface of the eyeshade component and is abutted against the sauna part;

the control assembly comprises a control circuit and an atomization water tank for containing liquid, the atomization water tank is in butt joint with a conveying channel of the eye mask assembly and conveys the atomized liquid to the sauna part, and the control circuit is electrically connected with the atomization water tank and the heating plate and used for controlling the atomization water tank to atomize and convey the liquid in the atomization water tank and controlling the heating plate to generate heat.

The eye sauna device of claim 1, wherein the eyeshade assembly is provided with a plurality of through holes penetrating the sauna part and the connecting surface, the heating sheet is attached to the through holes, and when the eye sauna device is worn on the face of a person, the heating sheet and the eyeshade assembly form a closed space with the face of the person.

The eye sauna device of claim 1, wherein the transporting passage is provided at the edge of the sauna part near the nose bridge, and the width of the sauna part is gradually increased or increased and then decreased corresponding to the eyes from the transporting passage to both sides of the sauna part.

8. The eye sauna according to claim 1, wherein the eye shield assembly further comprises a limiting piece surrounding the heating sheet and limiting the position of the heating sheet.

9. The eye sauna device of claim 1, wherein the eyeshade assembly further comprises a limiting post, the heating sheet is provided with a limiting hole, and the heating sheet is sleeved on the limiting post through the limiting hole.

10. The eye sauna of claim 1, wherein the control assembly further comprises a housing, the control circuit, the atomizing water tank and the eye mask assembly are connected to the housing, and the heating plate is compressed between the housing and the eye mask assembly.
