s4, absorbent (2) preparation: spreading the bamboo pulp absorbent paper prepared in the step S3 on a cotton-spreading mesh belt which is formed by crushing fluff pulp to form lower absorbent paper (21), spreading the crushed bamboo fluff pulp on the lower bamboo pulp absorbent paper (21), forming a double-layer bamboo fluff pulp layer (22) by the bamboo fluff pulp through two-time forming, spraying SAP on the bamboo fluff pulp layer (22) to form an SAP polymer absorbent layer (23), covering a layer of bamboo pulp absorbent paper to form upper absorbent paper (24), and finally embossing by an embossing device to obtain the absorber (2);
s5, preparing a finished product: cutting the absorber (2) prepared in the step S4 into required size, laminating a layer of composite upper-layer non-woven fabric on the top of the absorber (2) by a laminating device, and laminating a layer of composite bottom-layer PE waterproof membrane (3) on the bottom of the absorber (2) to prepare the urine pad;
