The invention discloses a supporting and suturing aid for an anastomotic stoma of a digestive tract, which comprises a connecting rod, a movable fixing rod, a first supporting ball body and a second supporting ball body. The connecting rod comprises a first rod body, a hole groove, an inclined groove, a first cavity and a second cavity; the movable fixing rod comprises a second rod body, a pulling block, a connecting piece and a supporting arm. The invention utilizes the two oval spheres to support the intestinal tubes at two sides of the anastomotic stoma, clearly exposes the anastomotic stoma and is beneficial to finishing the strengthening suture of the anastomotic stoma with high quality; the oval sphere can be disassembled and replaced with different sizes according to actual needs, and has strong practicability; low cost, easy production and wide application in various intestinal surgeries.
