Then the inclined block 79 is not tightly abutted to the pressing plate 86 any more, the driving rod 85 is reset under the action of the connecting spring 87, the hinged rod 92 and the movable rod 82 are also reset, the movable rod 82 moves upwards, the check valve II at the through hole II 802 is closed, the check valve I is opened under the action of air pressure, the glue enters the cavity 80, and the glue is filled for the next operation. Similarly, detachment between the comforter core 2 and the tire case 1 can be performed by separating the connection ring 43 and the connection rod 41.

After the connecting cloth 3 is connected, the quilt core 2 is sent into a cotton kneading machine for forming, then the connecting cloth 3 and the cotton core are sewn, and finally the connecting piece 4 is used for connecting the wadding sleeve 1 and the cotton core.

and fifthly, the quilt core (2) is sent into the tire sleeve (1), two adjacent pieces of connecting cloth (3) are overlapped and the positions of the through holes correspond, the head of the connecting rod (41) penetrates through the through holes and the connecting rings (43), the connecting rings (43) are abutted with the connecting cloth (3), the connecting sheets (42) are abutted with the inner sides of the connecting belts (21), and after the four corners of the quilt core (2) and the tire sleeve (1) are connected, zippers at the two ends of the tire sleeve (1) are pulled up.
