An intelligent bracelet for injury detection based on the Internet of things is characterized by comprising a bracelet main body (1), wherein the left end and the right end of the bracelet main body (1) are respectively provided with a watchband (6); the bracelet main body (1) is provided with a first main controller, a memory, a bracelet battery (3), a loudspeaker (5), a first touch screen (7), a first NFC chip, an NFC coil (8), a wound indicator lamp (9) and a bracelet switch (10); the lower surface of the bracelet main body (1) is provided with a heart rate sensor (11) and a blood pressure sensor (12); the NFC coil (8) is connected with a first NFC chip; the first main controller is respectively connected with the memory, the bracelet battery (3), the loudspeaker (5), the first touch screen (7), the first NFC chip, the injury indicator lamp (9), the bracelet switch (10), the heart rate sensor (11) and the blood pressure sensor (12); a charging contact (4) is arranged on the bracelet battery (3);
the bracelet battery (3) is used for supplying power to electric devices on the bracelet;
the memory is used for storing user data;
the first touch screen (7) is used for displaying user data, heart rate data, blood pressure data and electric quantity data;

the first main controller is used for recording heart rate data and blood pressure data of a user, controlling a sick and wounded indicator lamp (9) according to the data from the first NFC chip, controlling the loudspeaker (5), communicating with the first NFC chip and the first touch screen (7), and reading and writing data of the memory.
