Description

Sterilizing mask based on attapulgite and quaternary ammonium salt
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary protective articles, in particular to a sterilizing mask based on attapulgite and quaternary ammonium salt.
Background
As a common sanitary protective product, the types and functions of masks are different, wherein common gauze or non-woven fabric masks cannot effectively isolate microorganisms such as viruses and the like due to single function and are gradually eliminated. With the frequent occurrence of public health and safety events, how to effectively control and eliminate the growth and spread of harmful bacteria and viruses remains an important topic closely related to human health. Various bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, chlamydia and other microorganisms exist in the air, are usually attached to suspended particles in the air and are transmitted along with the air, and infectious diseases such as asthma, pneumonia and the like can be caused, and serious people even die due to infection. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus makes public aware of the necessity of wearing the mask outdoors, and the selection of a degerming and antivirus mask is particularly important; however, the existing mask has the problems that the adsorption effect on the granular harmful substances with small grain diameter (such as less than 2.5 mu m) is poor, the anti-virus and sterilization effects cannot reach the expected effect, and the air permeability and the filterability after water absorption are poor or the mask cannot be reused. Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sterilizing mask based on attapulgite and quaternary ammonium salt, which aims to solve the problems that the prior mask does not simultaneously adsorb harmful substances with small particle size, prevent viruses, remove bacteria and be repeatedly used.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the sterilizing mask comprises a mask body and ear belts connected to two sides of the mask body, wherein a filter bag with an open upper part is arranged on the inner side surface of the mask body, a filter sheet matched with the inside of the filter bag in size is arranged in the filter bag, the filter sheet comprises a non-woven fabric layer, a sterilizing layer and a non-woven fabric layer which are arranged in a laminated mode, the sterilizing layer is prepared by curing a porous film soaked with sterilizing sol, and the sterilizing sol comprises attapulgite and quaternary ammonium salt.
Has the advantages that: the attapulgite in the invention has light weight and unique dispersibility and adsorptivity; the quaternary ammonium salt has good antibacterial effect; the sterilization layer in the filter disc of the mask has strong sterilization and antivirus effects and good adsorbability, the strong sterilization and antivirus effects enable the mask to perform sterilization and antivirus while filtering haze heavy metal ions in air, and the good adsorbability enables the mask to quickly absorb exhaled water vapor, so that adverse effects of water mist on glasses wearing in winter are reduced; the structure of the replaceable filter disc enables the mask to be reusable.

(4) Selecting medical gauze to make a mask body, arranging a soft nose frame on the inner side of the mask body, arranging a filter sheet bag with an open upper part on the lower part of the soft nose frame, placing the obtained filter sheet in the filter sheet bag, and sewing an ear belt on the mask body to obtain the attapulgite and quaternary ammonium salt based sterilization mask.
Example 2 preparation of a germicidal mask based on Attapulgite and Dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride
The preparation procedure is the same as in example 1, except that: dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride was replaced with dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
Example 3 germicidal Performance test
30 masks prepared in examples 1-2 and 30 masks sold in the market are randomly selected respectively, and the national standard GB/T20944.3-2008, part 3 of evaluation of antibacterial performance of textiles: the quantitative antibacterial property test was carried out by the oscillation method, and the antibacterial rate against staphylococcus aureus was measured before and after washing with water for the masks manufactured in examples 1-2 and commercially available masks, and the test results are shown in table 1. Therefore, compared with the mask sold in the market, the mask prepared by the embodiment of the invention has better sterilization effect before and after washing; the filter disc in the mask can be replaced and can be reused after being cleaned, and the sterilization effect is not greatly influenced after water absorption.
