After the cat litter adsorbs moisture in cat litter, caking is easy and adhesion is easy to be carried out on a cat litter box, and when the excrement in the cat litter is cleaned, the cat litter box is difficult to clean up due to adhesion. Particularly in the cat litter box which automatically cleans the feces, once the cat litter is stuck to the cat litter box, the feces cannot be automatically cleaned. At present, an automatic cat litter basin, such as the automatic cat litter basin shown in Chinese patent publication No. CN203040358U, adopts a rotating mode, and in the rotating process, faeces are screened out through a screen plate and poured out to a box for collecting cat faeces, and then after the automatic cat litter basin is rotated back, the cat litter flows out to the bottom of the cat litter basin through the screen plate. The cat litter basin capable of automatically cleaning the feces can hardly retain the feces, and the odor in the cat litter basin is extremely small, which is one of the main advantages of the cat litter basin. However, one problem that this type of automatic litter box exists and is difficult to solve is that urine of a pet cat can cause litter to agglomerate and adhere to the bottom of the litter box, after adhesion occurs, the agglomerated litter adhered to the litter box does not fall off during rotation, so that a large amount of blocky litter clusters agglomerated due to pet litter remains in the litter box, the effect of cleaning feces is not achieved, a large odor remains in the litter box, and the main advantages of the automatic litter box are not realized. In order to solve the adhesion problem, the mode of adopting an anti-adhesion coating for preventing adhesion appears in the industry at present, so that the cost is very high, the effect is very poor, and the actual anti-adhesion effect is not achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention proposes a base plate 10, wherein the base plate 10 is configured to be detachably disposed at the bottom of a container to prevent powder or granular solids from adhering to the bottom of the container when the powder or granular solids meet a liquid. The anti-sticking chassis 10 specifically comprises a flexible anti-sticking layer 11 and fixing devices for fixing the flexible anti-sticking layer 11 to the container; the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 is a film; the surface area of the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 is greater than or equal to the area of the plane formed by the edges of the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11.
In one embodiment, the surface area of the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 is larger than the area of the plane formed by the edges of the flexible anti-adhesive layer, and the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 is in a loose state and naturally sags to form a dent when being laid flat. In another embodiment, when the surface area of the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11 is equal to the area of the plane formed by the edges of the flexible anti-adhesion layer, the flexible anti-adhesion layer is in a tensioned or natural unfolding state, and the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11 in this embodiment is made of a high-elasticity material, for example, a high-elasticity rubber, latex or silica gel material.
The film is preferably made of polyvinyl chloride plastic film, low-density polyethylene plastic film, fine cloth or other film materials which are easy to deform and have high strength. The flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 may be directly adhered to the inside of the container, and the fixing means is a structure for adhering the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 to the inner wall of the container, such as glass cement, structural cement or other removable adhesive.
The flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 of the anti-adhesive chassis 10 is deformed to bulge downwards when supporting powdery or granular solids until the tensioning is balanced. After the powdery or granular solid supported by the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 is agglomerated when the powdery or granular solid is turned over or poured, the solid agglomerated when water is adhered to the solid cannot be easily deformed (the solid is not in colloid elasticity and is crushed when deformed), so that the agglomerated solid adhered to the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 can be separated from the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 due to the deformation of the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11, and the agglomerated solid falls off from the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11. Therefore, the anti-sticking chassis 10 provided by the invention can solve the problem that the powdery or granular solid is adhered to the bottom of the container and is difficult to fall off after meeting liquid by adopting the flexible bottom which is easy to deform.
In a specific embodiment, the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 may also be a multi-layered film, and the multi-layered films are respectively fixed to the container by the fixing means. In the use process, the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11 is difficult to avoid being damaged due to various reasons, and the multilayer film structure can remove the film with the damaged surface layer after the film with the damaged surface layer is damaged, so that the continuous use of the anti-adhesion chassis 10 is not affected.
In order to facilitate the replacement of the anti-sticking chassis 10, the fixing device in an embodiment of the present invention further includes a bottom case 13, the bottom case 13 has an opening, the flexible anti-sticking layer 11 is fixed at the opening of the bottom case 13, and the bottom case 13 is provided with ventilation holes 40. That is, the flexible anti-adhesive layer 11 covers the opening of the bottom case 13 or is formed in the opening, is integrally connected to the bottom case 13, and is integrally fixed to the bottom of the container. In order to balance the atmospheric pressure on the two surfaces of the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11, the bottom shell 13 is further provided with ventilation holes 40, so as to avoid the deformation capability of the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11 from being affected by the difference of the atmospheric pressure on the two surfaces when the chassis is turned over.
Also to facilitate replacement of the anti-stick chassis 10, in other embodiments, the fixing device may further include a frame 12, where the flexible anti-stick layer 11 is fixed to the frame 12, and the frame 12 is adhered or clamped to the inner wall of the container.
Referring to fig. 4, the invention further provides a cat litter basin, which comprises a basin body 20 and an anti-sticking chassis 10, wherein the anti-sticking chassis 10 adopts the anti-sticking chassis 10 provided by the invention, and the basin body 20 is provided with a side plate 30 and a bottom plate; the anti-sticking chassis 10 is detachably fixed in the basin body 20. Specifically, the anti-adhesion chassis 10 may be adhered to the tub 20 by a glass cement, a structural cement, or the like, and such cement may be removed, and when the anti-adhesion chassis 10 is damaged or needs to be replaced for other reasons, the adhered glass cement or structural cement may be removed. In other embodiments, the anti-adhesion chassis 10 may be further clamped in the tub body 20 by a clamping manner, and when the clamping manner is adopted, a clamping portion is disposed on the side plate 30 of the tub body 20, and the anti-adhesion chassis 10 is clamped in the side plate 30 by the clamping portion.
Similarly, in order to balance the atmospheric pressure on the two surfaces of the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11, the tub body 20 is provided with ventilation holes 40, and the ventilation holes 40 are formed on the bottom plate, or the ventilation holes 40 are formed on the side plate 30 and located between the anti-adhesion chassis 10 and the bottom plate.
Referring to fig. 5, the present invention further provides another cat litter box, which includes a box body 20, a rotary cabin 50 and an anti-sticking chassis 10; the anti-sticking chassis 10 adopts the anti-sticking chassis 10 provided by the invention; the rotary deck 50 has an opening and a screening deck 60 on the side; the rotating cabin 50 is rotatably arranged in the basin body 20; the anti-sticking chassis 10 is detachably fixed at the bottom of the rotating cabin 50.
When the opening of the rotary cabin 50 is opened, the anti-sticking chassis 10 is positioned at the bottom, the sieve plate 60 is positioned at the side surface, and cat litter is positioned on the anti-sticking chassis 10; when the rotary cabin 50 is rotated to be opened and closed, the anti-sticking chassis 10 is rotated to the side surface or obliquely above from the bottom, cat litter or excrement which is agglomerated and adhered to the flexible anti-sticking layer 11 is fallen off due to the deformation of the flexible anti-sticking layer 11, the sieve plate 60 is rotated to the bottom and inclined, the cat litter which is not agglomerated is leaked into the cat litter bin through the sieve holes on the sieve plate 60, and the agglomerated cat litter and solid excrement are sieved by the sieve plate 60 and slide into the excrement collecting box. Thereafter, the rotary cabin 50 rotates back to be opened, and the cat litter in the cat litter cabin leaks out through the sieve holes and flows back to the anti-sticking chassis 10 for the next defecation of the pet.
The anti-sticking chassis 10 is detachably mounted and fixed at the bottom of the rotating cabin 50, specifically, the anti-sticking chassis 10 can be adhered to the bottom of the rotating cabin 50 through glass cement or structural cement, or the inner side surface of the rotating cabin 50 is provided with a clamping part, and the anti-sticking chassis 10 is clamped in the rotating cabin 50.
Similarly, in order to balance the atmospheric pressure on the two surfaces of the flexible anti-adhesion layer 11, the bottom of the rotating cabin 50 is provided with ventilation holes 40, and the bottom of the rotating cabin 50 refers to the portion of the rotating cabin 50 located below the anti-adhesion chassis 10.
It should be understood that the proposed anti-stick tray 10 is not limited to use with cat litter boxes or other pet toilets, but may be used in other applications where it is desirable to prevent a powdered or granular solid from sticking to a container after it encounters a liquid.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
