In the present invention, since the granular animal excrement disposal material is formed into a granular shape by blending laminated paper waste material powder having a particle size of 3 mm or less, its waste disposal compared to conventional animal excrement disposal materials It is possible to produce granular animal excrement disposal materials that do not bleed edible oil adhering to paper utensils, by effectively using used paper tableware made of laminated paper that has been treated as waste, and plastic Even if it has a thin film, it can be incinerated as general waste, and it can be effectively used for dirty and dirty combustible waste. Furthermore, by crushing used paper tableware or containers made of laminated paper as a raw material to 3 mm or less, even if it is dirty, it becomes a flammable powder having water absorption and water retention, and for granular animals. It can be used as an excrement disposal material, and can be utilized by changing to a form that is easy to discard without discarding dirty waste material.
In the present invention, the laminated paper means a processed paper in which the surface of the paper is coated with a plastic material such as polyethylene or polypropylene or wax to make the paper impermeable and water resistant. Paper tableware and containers are so-called paper cups, paper plates and paper teacups made of such laminated paper or have a laminated paper structure, and pack containers, etc. Means containers. In the present invention, the laminated paper waste material means waste materials such as the tableware and containers that are dirty and dirty with used food and drink.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the amount of food residue, leftover food, etc. adhering to paper tableware such as used laminated paper plates is small, and most of it is separated and removed during collection. For example, the amount is preferably such that the liquid juice adheres to paper tableware such as a paper tray made of laminated paper. The amount of milk, coffee, tea and other beverages remaining in the laminated paper pack container is preferably small, and is preferably separated and removed at the collection stage of the pack container, for example, to the extent that it adheres to the inner surface of the container. Is preferred.
In the present invention, the oil-absorbing material is any adsorbent as long as it absorbs or absorbs oil and fat such as vegetable oil adhering to tableware after use so as not to disperse the oil and fat and does not ooze out to the outside. Although an inorganic oil-absorbing material such as zeolite powder or amorphous silica powder can be used, the calorific value can be reduced. As the oil absorbing material other than zeolite and amorphous silica powder, inorganic or organic materials having oil absorbing performance such as diatomaceous earth, acid clay, rice husk, polypropylene fiber, polyethylene fiber, activated carbon and the like can be used.
The oil-absorbing material can be used for the core part, the covering part surrounding the core part, or both the core part and the covering part. In the present invention, an oil neutralizing agent can be used in order to emulsify oils and fats such as vegetable oil adhering to tableware after use. As the oil neutralizer, it is preferable to use a low-toxic emulsifying dispersant, and cationic, nonionic and anionic surfactants can be used. The oil neutralizing agent can be used in the core part or covering part or the core part and covering part by mixing it with the pulverized product of used laminated paper paper tableware. It is preferable to share it with regular silica powder. Examples of the deodorizer include adsorbents such as activated carbon, activated alumina, silica gel, titanium oxide, bentonite, acid clay, diatomaceous earth, and calcium carbonate.
In the present invention, the waste paper powder used in the core part or the covering part or the core part and the covering part is a crushed product of waste paper such as punch waste and cutting waste of book paper, paper powder, and a paper diaper and paper. It includes paper powder obtained by classification of crushed material of napkin waste, and pulverized material of laminated paper waste generated during the production of laminated paper. In the present invention, the laminated paper to which the aluminum foil or the like is attached can be used as long as it is small enough not to damage the pulverizer.
In the present invention, since the granular animal excrement disposal material is dried so that the moisture content is 15% by weight or less, preferably 10% by weight, generation of wrinkles during storage can be prevented. When granulating at a moisture content of 20% by weight or more, it is preferable to dry until the moisture content is 10% by weight or less in the final stage.
In the present invention, the pulverized product particles of the laminated paper are wet with water and can retain water between the pulverized product particles, so that they have water absorption and water retention properties. It is preferable to add it because the excrement can be sufficiently absorbed and retained when the granular animal excrement disposal material is used. In addition, adding a water-absorbing resin to the mixture used for molding enhances the water retention function of the molding mixture at the stage of granulating the molding mixture, and as a lubricant during granulation of the molding mixture. In order to function, since extrusion granulation can be performed smoothly, it is further preferable. In this case, the water-absorbing resin is 10% or less of the granulated product, but is preferably 0.5 to 5% by weight.
In the present invention, the highly water-absorbent resin can be used for the core part, the covering part, or the core part and the covering part. For example, when a superabsorbent resin is blended in the granular core part of the granular animal excrement disposal material, the superabsorbent resin acts to absorb water from the periphery of the granular core part during excretion, swell, and retain water. Therefore, the humidity of the core part and the covering part can be adjusted, which is preferable. In the present invention, the superabsorbent resin is a resin that can retain its shape even when it absorbs water of several tens to two hundred times its own weight. For example, vinyl ester and ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid or derivatives thereof Copolymer saponified product, graft polymer of starch and acrylic acid, cross-linked product of polyacrylic acid, copolymer of vinyl alcohol and acrylic acid, partial hydrolyzate of polyacrylonitrile, cross-linked product of carboxymethyl cellulose, polyethylene glycol Cross-linked products, chitosan salts, pullulan gels, etc., and these are used as compounding substances alone or in admixture of two or more with disposable diaper waste.
In the present invention, the water-absorbing resin is preferably a highly water-absorbing resin having a high water-absorbing performance. For example, a water-absorbing ratio is less than 20 g / g, and the water-absorbing performance is poor. Can be used. Such defective products of polyacrylic acid resin having low water absorption performance include those having a particle size as fine as 600 μm or more and those as fine as 10 μm or less. Or can be obtained as a non-standard product of polyacrylic acid resin. A defective product having a particle size of 600 μm or more is preferably used for the granular core portion, and a fine defective product having a particle size of 10 μm or less is preferably used for the covering portion. Thus, since the superabsorbent resin is contained in the waste material of a diaper, when the waste material of a diaper is mix | blended with paper powder, the addition amount of a water absorbent resin can be reduced by that much.
In the present invention, the core part and / or the covering layer part of the animal excrement disposal material or the core part and the covering layer part has a fungicide, that is, a bactericidal action in order to avoid generation of wrinkles during storage. The substance can be added to the granular core, or the coating layer, or the granular core and the coating layer. Antifungal agents having such a bactericidal action include bactericides such as sodium chloride, sorbic acid or salts thereof, calcium propionate, sodium hypochlorite and / or sodium benzoate or salts thereof, preservatives and antifungal agents. There is.
In the present invention, an adsorbent or deodorant such as powdered activated carbon, bentonite or silica is used as a granular core or coating material in order to eliminate the odor of food residue and leftover food adhering to tableware such as used paper plates. It is preferable to mix in. When bentonite powder and amorphous silica powder are used as the oil-absorbing material, bentonite powder and amorphous silica powder have an adsorption action and a deodorization action, so that they can be deodorized together with the oil absorption, which is preferable.
In the present invention, in order to avoid pulverization of the excrement disposal material at the time of use, it is preferable to blend a substance having an adhesive function into the pulverized material of the laminated paper waste material. Substances having such an adhesive function include water-soluble or water-dispersible materials such as paper powder, paper pulp, paper sludge, pulp sludge, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), wheat flour, starch, corn starch, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). ), Pullulan, gelatin and the like, which are used alone or in combination of two or more. Further, as alcohol-soluble compounding substances, there are hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC), polyvinylpyrrolidone or (PVP), etc., and in this case as well, these are each used alone, Or these 2 or more types can be mixed and used.
In the present invention, when the granular animal excrement treatment material is granulated by blending bentonite powder and / or amorphous silica powder with laminated paper waste material powder, presence of fine dust after granulation Is preferably granulated into a granulated product having a particle size of 3 mm or more, for example, but when granulated into particles having a particle size of 5 mm or more, for example, it is difficult to disperse into a room from a toilet box, Even if it is scattered, it is easy to pick up the particles, which is preferable in maintaining indoor hygiene. However, in these cases, the presence of particles of 3 mm or less or the presence of particles of 5 mm or less is not completely excluded. In the present invention, the granulated product can be formed into various shapes such as a spherical shape, a columnar shape, a granular shape, and a granular shape.
In addition, if the paper waste material powder of the coating material to be attached to the surface of the granulated product of laminated paper waste material powder is adhered together with a water-soluble or alcohol-soluble adhesive, it will not adhere to the granulated material during animal excretion. Although urine or the like adheres, it is preferable because the portions to which urine or the like adheres easily stick together. When the coating layer to be formed on the surface of the laminated paper waste powder granulate is formed of a mixture of paper waste powder and water-absorbing resin, blending with polyacrylamide having a cohesive action will result in good adhesion between the coated particles. This is preferable.
In the present invention, the mixture of the laminated paper waste material powder and the superabsorbent resin can be mixed in a mixing device with or without mixing water and granulated with a granulating device. As the granulator, when adding water and mixing, a conventionally known extrusion granulator can be used. When mixing without adding water, a roll disk extrusion granulator or a disk pelleter is used. Granulators such as can be used. When adding water to granulate, drying is necessary. When granulating without adding water, it is carried out by spraying water when forming the coating layer, but it is still less than 5% by weight. And can be manufactured without the need for a drying step.
However, in the present invention, when adding water and granulating, it can be carried out using various granulators such as pan type, drum type and fluidized bed type in addition to the extrusion granulator. After the granulation of the laminated paper waste material powder, the surface of the granulated product is sprinkled with a substance having adhesive ability, a water absorbent resin, an oil absorbent, a substance having a bactericidal action, etc. It is preferable that a coating layer having the above properties is formed, a substance having adhesive ability or the like is attached to the coating layer, and then dried so as not to easily peel off.
The granular animal excrement disposal material of the present invention has a paper waste material powder and a superabsorbent resin, and in addition to this, flour, poval, starch, especially in the step of coating the granulated material to be the core part with the coating material Alternatively, other substances having adhesive action, substances having bactericidal action, or two or more of these compounded substances can be mixed, so that they adhere to animal excrement and wrap up excrement in a lump. Simple and easy. In addition, when a deodorizing agent and / or a water absorbing agent are mixed in the coating layer, the smell of food and drink adhering to tableware such as a paper plate made of laminated paper is eliminated, and further as an animal excrement disposal material Excellent deodorization and water absorption can be exhibited. Furthermore, when a substance having a bactericidal action is mixed in the granular core part and / or the covering part, the animal excrement disposal material can be stored for a long period without generation of wrinkles. it can.

When the waste material of the laminated paper to be used is moist, it is not necessary to supply water from the outside if it can be granulated with the contained water. However, when the amount of moisture contained is more than necessary, it is preferable to adjust the moisture by adding the same or other paper waste materials that have been dehydrated or dried.
In the above examples, granulation is performed by adding water, but granulation can be performed without adding water. In many cases, the coated granulated product can be obtained when the moisture content of the coated granulated product is 5% by weight or less, and thus a drying step is not required.
