As shown in fig. 1A to 1D, in an automobile 1 of this embodiment, door subwoofers 2, a midrange woofer 11 and a radio player 4 are provided, one to four door subwoofers 2 may be provided in one automobile 1, the door subwoofers are respectively provided at lower portions of four doors, and directly replace a 6.5 inch or so woofer of an automobile door in the conventional technology of the automobile, and a 6.5 inch woofer scheme of the four doors accounts for 80% of a global front loading market. This embodiment is a door subwoofer 2 which is disposed at the lower part of the front right door because the bass effect obtained in the main driving is the best. In a car 1, four middle tweeters 11 are usually provided, i.e., a front left and right channel middle tweeter and a rear left and right channel middle tweeter, so as to form a 4.1 system, or a middle tweeter may be added to this as a center tweeter, so as to form a 5.1 system. The mid-high range speaker is a full range speaker, but its main task is mid-high range, with bass accomplished by door subwoofer 2. The middle and high-sound loudspeaker is a full-frequency loudspeaker of 1.25 inches to 4 inches, and one sound channel can be composed of a full-frequency loudspeaker unit or a full-frequency loudspeaker unit and a high-sound loudspeaker unit; the middle and high sound loudspeaker 11 of the present embodiment is four 1.5 inch full frequency loudspeaker units, and all installed in the respective box body to become the middle and high sound box 3; the box body can be a closed box body or an open box body, the four middle and high pitch sound boxes 3 are respectively arranged at the upper part of the automobile 1, namely close to the ear plane of a passenger as much as possible, and can be arranged at the upper parts of four automobile doors, or a left A column and a right A column, or the left side and the right side of a front instrument desk, or the left side and the right side of a rear window platform; the present embodiment is provided at the upper portions of four doors. The radio player 4 is also called a car machine, is arranged in the middle of an instrument desk in the car 1, and can not only listen to radio station broadcasting, but also play CD, USB, AUX, Bluetooth songs, videos and navigation. The radio player generally has a 4.0 audio power output, i.e., a front left and right audio channel and a rear left and right audio channel, which are connected to front left and right and rear left and right mid-high speakers 11, respectively. When in connection, each sound channel can be connected with a large-capacity non-polar capacitor in series; this embodiment is a 100 microfarad non-polar capacitor. The radio player 4 can also be 4.1 audio power output, namely on the basis of the front left channel, the front right channel, the rear left channel and the rear right channel, a path of subwoofer power output is output, the output power of the path of subwoofer is greater than the sum of the output power of the front left channel, the output power of the front right channel, the output power of the rear left channel and the output power of the rear right channel, and the output of the path of subwoofer is connected with a vehicle door subwoofer; the radio player 4 of this embodiment is a 4.1 audio power output. Of course, an independent power amplifier can be used, that is, the radio player 4 outputs audio small signals, the small signals are input into the 4.1 audio independent power amplifier, and then the front left and right sound channels, the rear left and right sound channels and the car door subwoofer are driven by the independent power amplifier. The 4.1 audio power amplifier of the radio player 4 can be A/B class amplifier, can also be D class digital power amplifier, the conversion efficiency of D class digital power amplifier is above 90%, and the conversion efficiency of A/B class power amplifier is about 30%, therefore can reduce the power consumption by 70%, this embodiment uses D class digital power amplifier, this D class digital power amplifier is generally a chip, can adopt TPA3110 and TPA3116 of TI company, can also use integrated circuits such as AD52068 and AD52580, AD52090 of Taiwan company, etc.; therefore, the cost of the vehicle machine can be reduced, the process is simplified, and large aluminum radiating fins are eliminated.
The door subwoofer 2 of this embodiment includes preceding box 5, back box 6, corner choke 7, initiative woofer 8 and passive woofer 9, and preceding box 5 and back box 6 realize the acoustic airflow intercommunication through corner choke 7. The rear box wall of the front box body 5 extends outwards to form a mounting hole edge 10; the front box 6 and the rear box 7 of this embodiment are both cylindrical in shape, the mounting holes along 10 on the front box 6 are also cylindrical, the diameter of the front box 6 is 170mm, the diameter of the mounting holes along 10 is 135mm, it is noted that the shape of the mounting holes along 10 should be the same as the shape of the original 6.5 inch woofer mounting steel plate holes, and the perimeter of the mounting holes along 10 is smaller than the perimeter of the original 6.5 inch woofer mounting steel plate holes. In addition, the front box 5 cannot interfere with the large inner decoration plate of the carriage door in the diameter direction and the height direction. The active woofer 8 is arranged on the front box wall of the front box body 5, and the active woofer 8 can be circular or elliptical; in this embodiment, the diameter of the circular woofer is 3.5 inches, and when the size is larger than 3.5 inches (for example, more than 4 inches), the volume of the box body of 1.3 liters cannot meet the requirement, so that the bass effect is not improved, the cost is increased, and the bass effect is not good when the size is smaller than 3.5 inches (for example, 3 inches) or less.
The rear box 6 is prevented from interfering with window glass, so that the box volume is ensured on one hand, and the rear box does not interfere with the window glass on the other hand. And a distance of not less than 8mm is reserved between the rear box body 6 and the vehicle window lifting glass when the glass completely falls down. The rear box 6 of the present embodiment is partially cylindrical in shape, and the radius thereof is equal to or smaller than the radius of the front box 6. The elbow throat 7 is used for connecting the front box 5 and the rear box 6 and is a through pipe, so that the volume is fully increased on one hand, and the strength of the whole subwoofer box is ensured on the other hand. The cross section area of the elbow throat 7 is more than 1000MM2The elbow throat 7 of the present embodiment is a half-moon shaped tube, that is, the end of the elbow throat 7 of the present embodiment communicating with the front box 5 is a straight tube, and the axial cross section of the other end communicating with the rear box 6 is an inclined plane; the cross-sectional area of the elbow throat 7 of the present embodiment is 5000MM2. The passive woofer 9 may be one, or may be provided in pairs. The passive bass loudspeaker is also called a bass radiator, which does not have a magnet, a magnetic circuit and a voice coil, and only has a vibrating diaphragm and a supporting mechanism thereof. It may be circular or oval or rectangular. The shape may be flat or conical. The sum of the diaphragm areas of the passive woofers 9 is 1.5 times larger than that of the active woofer 8, the passive woofers 9 are arranged on the wall of the front box 5 or the rear box 6, and the installation planes of the passive woofers 9 and the active woofer 8 are coplanar and parallel. This embodiment employs a pair of circular flat passive woofers of 88mm diameter. Which are mounted in tandem on the front and rear walls of the rear cabinet 6, with the mounting planes of the pair of passive woofers 6 and the active woofer 8 being parallel. The outer edge of the rear box 6 is coplanar with the outer edge of the front box 5 in this embodiment.
The door subwoofer 2 can be made of plastic, metal, etc., and in this embodiment, is manufactured by a mold-open injection molding method. Firstly, designing the appearance and the structure according to the structure of an original automobile door to be installed and the design principle explained in the embodiment; then a cabinet mold is made, the cabinet is made by ABS injection molding, and then the active woofer 8 and the passive woofer 9 are mounted on the cabinet.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2A to 2D, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the radio player 4 of this embodiment is 4.0 output, it is the original car machine of loading of the original traditional technology, the door subwoofer 2 is two, they are installed in the front left, right door inferior part separately, and replace these two 6.5 inch woofers directly. The two door subwoofers 2 are active subwoofers, i.e. subwoofers power amplification boards are arranged in the box body of the door subwoofers 2. The subwoofer power amplifier board is a D-type digital power amplifier and is provided with a subwoofer electronic low-pass filter circuit. The audio signals of the two active door subwoofers 2 are respectively from the front left and front right power outputs of the radio player 4 to the connecting plugs of the front left and front right doors, and the two active door subwoofers direct current 12V power supplies are from the respective side doors and are obtained through a transitional connecting wire harness connected between the plug seats of the door window glass lifting and door switch bus in series. The embodiment is very suitable for upgrading the rear-mounted sound equipment of the automobile; in addition, a pair of passive woofers 9 of this embodiment, one of which is mounted on the rear wall of the rear box 6 and the other of which is mounted on the front wall of the front box 5, are coplanar with the mounting plane of the active woofer 8. Therefore, the inner diameter of the end of the elbow throat 7 communicated with the front box body 5 is larger than that of the first embodiment; further, the axial cross section of the other end of the neck pipe 7 of the present embodiment, which communicates with the rear case 6, is a concave arc surface. The rest is the same as the first embodiment.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3A to 3D, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the middle and high-pitch loudspeaker 11 of the embodiment is not installed in the box body, but is directly arranged in the automobile 1, and the passive low-pitch loudspeaker 9 is one, has the diameter of 120mm and is arranged on the front box wall of the rear box body 6; further, the axial cross section of the other end of the neck pipe 7 of the present embodiment, which communicates with the rear case 6, is a concave arc surface. The rest is the same as the first embodiment.
Example four
As shown in fig. 4A to 4D, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: the radio player 4 of this embodiment is 5.1, namely add one way of middle channel output on the basis of original 4.1, the middle and high-pitched sound box 3 is five, three of them are 1.5 inch full frequency loudspeakers, two are set up in the front left, upper portion of right car door, one is set up in the middle part of the front instrument desk as the middle loudspeaker; the other two loudspeakers are 3 inches full-frequency loudspeakers which are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the rear window platform; furthermore, the length of the elbow throat 4 of the embodiment is larger than that of the elbow throat 4 of the first embodiment, one end communicated with the front box 5 is a straight pipe, the other end communicated with the rear box 6 is a bent pipe, and the axial center line of the part of the elbow throat 7 communicated with the front box 5 is vertical to the axial center line of the part communicated with the rear box 6, so that the rear box 6 can be more conveniently and flexibly arranged at any position in the vehicle door, and the 5.1 home theater system is formed in the vehicle. The outer edge of the rear case 6 of this embodiment protrudes beyond the outer edge of the front case 5. The rest is the same as the first embodiment.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the radio player 4 in the car 1 works, 4.1 or 4.0 audio power signals are output, the front left, right and back left and right four-channel full-frequency audio power is applied to the middle-high sound speakers 11 of the front left and right sound channels and the back left and right sound channels respectively, and the four middle-high sound speakers 11 complete middle-high sound electro-acoustic conversion; the diaphragm is light due to small caliber, the voice coil is light, and the electro-acoustic conversion of middle and high tones is very good completed, so that the defect that the 6.5 inch bass loudspeaker of the four-bass and two-high tone automobile loudspeaker system in the prior art cannot generate middle tone well is overcome, and the defect that no high tone exists in the rear row is overcome; because the four middle-high pitch loudspeakers are arranged at the upper part in the automobile and are closer to the ear listening plane, the defect that the middle pitch of the automobile loudspeaker in the traditional technology is emitted by the 6.5-inch low pitch loudspeaker positioned under feet, like a singer squats under feet of passengers to sing, is overcome, the sound image is well positioned, the on-site feeling in the automobile is stronger, and the sound field is wider. Thus, the medium and high sound with clearness, small distortion and good sound image positioning can be obtained.
When subwoofer power (below 250 HZ) is applied to the active woofer 8, the diaphragm of the active woofer 8 vibrates to generate bass sound, completing the electro-acoustic conversion of bass sound. When the vibrating diaphragm of the active bass loudspeaker 8 vibrates towards the front box body 5, the air in the front box body 5 is compressed, so that the air pressure in the front box body 5 is greater than the pressure in the elbow throat pipe 7 and the rear box body 6, and the air in the front box body 5 flows towards the rear box body 6 through the elbow throat pipe 7. At this time, the pressure intensity of the front and the back boxes 5 and 6 is larger than the pressure intensity of the listening space, and the vibrating diaphragms of the passive bass loudspeakers 9 are stressed to vibrate towards the outer directions of the boxes respectively; when the active woofer 8 vibrates towards the outside of the front box 5, the pressure in the front box 5 is reduced, the air in the rear box 6 flows into the front box 5 through the elbow throat 7, and the flow generates the action of an aeroacoustic spring. Meanwhile, the sum of the area of all the active vibrating membranes and the area of the passive vibrating membranes is increased by nearly 2 times, so that bass sound waves are enhanced. Meanwhile, the bass sound wave is not radiated to the listening space in diameter, but is firstly transmitted to the interior of the carriage door, under the action of the internal volume space of the carriage door, the bass sound wave is further improved, the improved bass sound wave is transmitted to the foot cabin of the passenger, and the foot cabin of about 50 liters enables the bass sound wave to be improved. The common result of the multiple functions enables the bass loudspeaker with the volume of 1.3 liters and the volume of 3.5 inches to obtain the powerful, pure and shocking bass; and the unique structural design of the front box body, the rear box body and the crank throat of the 1.3L small box body ensures that the bass loudspeaker at 6.5 inches at the lower part of the original vehicle door can be directly replaced without changing the original vehicle door structure of the traditional vehicle, and the bass effect of the vehicle door bass loudspeaker is better than that of the bass loudspeaker at 6.5 inches of the vehicle doors in the four traditional technologies, and the cost is 75 percent less.
In a word, under the condition that the cost is greatly reduced compared with the traditional automobile sound technology, the home theater system with the subwoofer is arranged in the automobile, so that the tone quality of the automobile sound system is greatly improved.
