Description

APF (active Power Filter) coordinated optimization and adjustment method for distribution line in oil field
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of optimization of oil field distribution lines, and particularly relates to an APF (automatic power factor) coordination optimization adjustment method for an oil field distribution line.
Background
In the process of oil field distribution network, the number of nonlinear loads and various power electronic devices is increasing, and the problem of harmonic pollution is getting worse. In order to solve the above problem of harmonic pollution, a Filter device, which is an Active Power Filter (APF), is often used by a technician. In a conventional passive filter device, the APF may detect and extract a harmonic component from a compensation object, and input the harmonic component as a control signal to the compensation device; the main circuit of the compensation device generates a compensation current with the same size and opposite polarity with the harmonic component according to the signal, thereby ensuring that the power supply current of the power supply only contains the fundamental component. However, as the inventor further researches, the performance of the existing APF device in an oil field distribution network is not satisfactory. The installation of the APF device is realized by most technicians in a local compensation mode, namely, the APF is installed on the nonlinear load side, and only the harmonic wave of the branch line is compensated, but not the whole system of the oilfield distribution line; and with the continuous improvement of the nonlinear load capacity in the power distribution network, the total capacity of the APF devices dispersedly installed on the line is very limited, and the requirement of a power system on harmonic compensation cannot be met, so that a line feeder line contains large harmonic current, the line is polluted by large harmonic, and other associated lines generate large background harmonic. Therefore, how to realize the optimization and adjustment of the APF device connected with the load end in parallel is realized, the harmonic content of the nonlinear load end is reduced, and the harmonic current content of the feeder line is reduced as much as possible, so that the method has important significance for reducing equipment investment and improving the economic benefit of a power system.

Detailed Description
The invention provides an oil field distribution line APF coordination optimization adjusting method, which aims at minimizing the harmonic current content at an outlet of a feeder line of an oil field distribution line, realizes the harmonic current optimization configuration of the whole line by utilizing the existing APF equipment, reduces the harmonic current content at a nonlinear load end, and simultaneously reduces the harmonic current content at the outlet of the feeder line of the oil field distribution line as far as possible.
The method for coordinating, optimizing and adjusting the APF of the oil field distribution line provided by the invention can be specifically described as follows: firstly, the distribution condition of each APF device in the oil field power distribution network is determined. As shown in fig. 1, the oilfield distribution network is divided into a load side with APF devices installed on the lines and a load side without APF devices installed on the lines. Wherein, Load1Load end for indicating APF equipment installed on line2For indicating the load side of the line without APF equipment installed, and PCC for indicating the feeder outlet of the oilfield distribution line(the feeder exits are further connectable to bus points).
After the distribution condition of each APF device in the oil field distribution network is determined, the equivalent harmonic current output amplitude of a load end provided with the APF device on the line is adjusted by further taking the minimum harmonic current content at the outlet of a feeder line of the oil field distribution network as a target. Thus, the equivalent harmonic current output amplitude of the load end of the circuit to be adjusted, which is provided with the APF equipment, is obtained when the minimum harmonic current content at the outlet of the feeder line of the distribution circuit in the oil field is taken as the target.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the process of adjusting the output amplitude of the equivalent harmonic current at the load end where the APF devices are installed on the line, the APF devices are optimally adjusted in the following order of priority within the output limit allowable range of each APF device.
One is as follows: and (3) taking the phase difference between the harmonic current phase of the APF equipment and the harmonic current phase at the feeder outlet of the distribution line of the oil field as a first priority adjustment level, and realizing the optimization adjustment of the APF equipment one by one according to the sequence of the phase differences from small to large.
The second step is as follows: taking the product of the output current of the APF device and the electrical distance between the APF device and the feeder outlet of the oilfield distribution line as a second priority adjustment level: and according to the arrangement sequence of products from small to large, optimizing and adjusting each APF device one by one.
And thirdly: taking the actual output value of the APF equipment as a third priority adjustment level: and according to the arrangement sequence of the actual output values from small to large, the optimization adjustment of each APF device is realized one by one.
It should be noted that, in the process of optimally adjusting each APF device according to the priority adjustment level, the APF device needs to meet the two limitations: 1. capacity limit of each APF device; 2. the maximum harmonic current value allowed by the line on which the APF device is installed. Taking the maximum harmonic current value allowed by the line on which the APF device is installed as an example, assuming that the maximum harmonic content of a branch line of a certain 6kV line does not exceed 4% of the branch line, the relationship formula between the harmonic current content at the feeder outlet of the oilfield distribution line and the equivalent harmonic current amplitude of the load end on which the APF device is installed becomes:
||4%Hm20|-|Hm2||≤ΔH'm2≤|2×4%Hm20-Hm2|
at this time, | H'm2-Hm2|≤ΔH'm2Then, the minimum value point can be obtained, whose value is
Figure BDA0002407751680000081
If H'm2-Hm2|>ΔH'm2If the minimum value point is | f (H'm-ΔH'm2) The minimum point in i.
The invention provides an oil field distribution line APF coordination optimization adjusting method, which comprises the steps of firstly determining the distribution condition of each APF device in an oil field distribution network, and dividing the oil field distribution network into a load end with the APF device installed on the line and a load end without the APF device installed on the line; and then determining the equivalent harmonic current output amplitude of the load end of the circuit to be adjusted, which is provided with APF equipment, by taking the minimum harmonic current content at the outlet of the feeder line of the distribution circuit in the oil field as a target. The method for adjusting the coordination optimization of the APF of the oilfield distribution line can be directly used in the existing oilfield distribution network containing the APF equipment, so that the harmonic current content at the outlet of the feeder line of the oilfield distribution line is effectively reduced within the output limit allowable range of each APF equipment.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
