Abstract

The invention discloses an alternating current charging interface communication device of an electric automobile, which comprises a charging pile end plug and a charging pile end socket, wherein the charging pile end plug is positioned at a charging pile end; the charging plug and the charging socket are internally provided with induction communication coils, a modulation and demodulation circuit for communication and an encryption and decryption communication chip; the invention provides a high-speed reliable communication solution for the alternating current charging interface of the electric automobile, solves the limitation that the traditional PWM communication between the charging pile and the vehicle cannot transmit charging data, and ensures that the charging pile can acquire detailed information of the vehicle such as a battery, charging voltage, current, temperature, alarm and the like before starting charging and in the charging process, thereby more reliably controlling charging; meanwhile, the communication between the plug and the socket is non-contact coupling communication, so that electrical contact is avoided, and the communication is safer and more reliable.

Description

Electric automobile exchanges interface communication device that charges
Technical Field
The invention relates to a charging interface communication device which is arranged in an alternating-current charging pile end plug and a vehicle end socket for charging, and belongs to the field of new energy automobile charging equipment.
Background
Along with the popularization of electric vehicles, the electric vehicles are charged by self-help charging from the management of early buses and taxi stations by special persons, and very high requirements are provided for the convenience and safety of charging piles.
The existing direct current charging pile adopts CAN communication between the pile and the vehicle when charging, and the pile end CAN acquire vehicle end battery information in real time, so that the charging safety is ensured, but the alternating current charging pile does not communicate with the vehicle end when charging, and the charging pile cannot acquire the vehicle battery information, so that the hidden danger of charging accidents is continuously kept when the battery is abnormal; in addition, the direct-current charging interface adopts CAN bus communication, and the phenomenon that the contact pin cannot be charged due to oxidation of the contact pin caused by severe outdoor environment or loosening and communication failure caused by repeated plugging exists.
The electric pile that fills of current operation adopts the card of punching or sweeps a yard start-up and charges more, and the operation is comparatively complicated, needs the simplification.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a communication device suitable for an electric vehicle ac charging pile, which is implanted into a pile-end plug and a vehicle-end socket to achieve reliable communication between the pile and the vehicle.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the pile end plug is embedded with a communication antenna, a modulation and demodulation module and a communication control module and can be controlled by a microswitch on the plug; the vehicle-end socket is implanted with a communication antenna, a modulation and demodulation module and a communication control identity recognition module and can communicate with a vehicle-mounted computer.
Preferably, the communication antennas of the stub-end plug and the vehicle-end socket are both 13.56M antennas, and near field coupling communication is adopted.
Preferably, the modulation and demodulation module adopts an ISO14443 communication protocol and 106kbit/s communication baud rate, so that the communication reliability is ensured
Preferably, the communication is encrypted by adopting 3DES or national cryptographic algorithm, so that the communication security is guaranteed.
Preferably, the communication control module is linked with a microswitch of the pile end plug, and the switch is pressed to start communication with the vehicle end socket.
Preferably, the communication control identity recognition module of the vehicle-end socket adopts an SIM card slot, so that the safety is improved, and replacement and upgrading are facilitated.
Preferably, when the stake end plug is inserted into the vehicle end socket, the SIM card information of the vehicle end is automatically read, the identity authentication is completed, and the charging is started.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the communication module for charging the alternating current pile is provided, so that the identity recognition can be automatically completed and the charging can be started when a user inserts a gun for charging, and the redundant operation of card swiping or code scanning setting of a mobile phone is avoided; and in the charging process, the charging pile can read the information of the vehicle battery in real time, so that the safety accident caused by abnormal battery is avoided.

Fig. 2 is an overall view of the pile end plug of the present invention.
Figure 3 is a cross section of the vehicle end socket of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is an overall view of the vehicle end socket of the present invention.
Fig. 5 is an overall view of a stub plug and an overall view of a vehicle end socket of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the stub plug 1 is embedded with the stub induction coil 3, the stub socket 8 is embedded with the car-end induction coil 7, the resonant frequency between the two is 13.56M, the communication distance is adjusted to be within 4CM, and after the plug and the socket are tightly combined, the two can establish communication connection.
As shown in fig. 2, the stub plug 1 has a modem module 5 and a communication control module 6 integrated thereon. When a user presses the mechanical switch 4, the modem module 5 and the communication control module 6 are started, and the vehicle-end induction coil 7 is searched through the pile-end induction coil 3.
When the user correctly inserts the plug into the socket, the car-end induction coil 7 is coupled with the stub-end induction coil 3. The pile-end communication control module 6 sends an instruction to read vehicle identification information, after the vehicle-end coil 7 is decoded by the modulation and demodulation module 10, the communication control and identity recognition module 11 establishes communication connection with the pile-end communication control module 6, and returns the identity information of the vehicle-end SIM card 9.
After acquiring the vehicle information, the pile-end communication control module 6 transmits the data to the operation management system through the cable 2, starts charging after confirming the identity, and keeps communication connection with the vehicle end.
In the charging process, the pile end communication control module 6 and the vehicle end communication control module 11 keep real-time data transmission, so that the charging pile can monitor the information of the vehicle battery in real time, and the charging safety is ensured.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all technical solutions belonging to the idea of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and embellishments within the scope of the invention may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and are considered to be within the scope of the invention.
