It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a fake plate identification method for a gas station, as shown in fig. 1, the method including steps S101 to S104 as follows:
step S101, position coordinates of a preset area and license plate numbers of vehicles in the preset area are obtained.
In the concrete implementation, in a gas station scene, the longitude and latitude coordinates of each gas station and the license plate number information of a vehicle captured in the gas station are firstly determined. The obtaining mode of the vehicle license plate number can be as follows: at least one gun or ball machine is erected obliquely above each oiling machine, each gun or ball machine can correspond to a vehicle parked on one side of each oiling machine, the specific positions of the gun or ball machines can be flexibly adjusted according to actual requirements, and only information such as a license plate, a side oiling port position vehicle body and the oiling machine of the parked vehicle can be clearly captured. The license plate information of the vehicle, such as license plate pictures or video information, is captured by the gunlock or the dome camera and then sent to the server, and the license plate number of the user is obtained by identifying and processing the license plate information in the pictures or the video information. Preferably, the server side can periodically check the pictures or videos shot by the camera, and when the license plate number is captured by the camera, the license plate number is recognized. In addition, a camera can be arranged at the inlet and outlet of the gas station to collect the license plate number information of the vehicle.
And S102, determining the position coordinate of the user according to the incidence relation between the license plate number of the vehicle and the user account.
When the method is specifically implemented, a user database is constructed in advance, account information of a user, license plate number information of a user vehicle and an association relation between the account information and the license plate number information are stored in the database, after the license plate number information of the user vehicle is obtained, searching and matching are carried out in the user database, user account information corresponding to the license plate number is obtained, the user is further positioned through a positioning function in user terminal equipment according to the user account information, and the current position coordinate of the user is obtained.
Step S103, judging whether the distance between the position coordinate of the user and the position coordinate of the preset area is within a preset range.
In specific implementation, the current position coordinate of the user obtained by real-time positioning is compared with the longitude and latitude coordinate of the gas station, and whether the distance between the user and the gas station is within a preset range or not is judged. The preset distance range can float up and down to a certain extent, and the specific size can be flexibly set and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements, and is not specifically limited herein.
And step S104, determining whether the vehicle is a fake-licensed vehicle according to the judgment result.
During specific implementation, if the distance between the current position coordinate of the user and the longitude and latitude coordinates of the gas station is within a preset range, the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured by the gas station is considered not to be a fake-licensed vehicle, and if the distance between the current position coordinate of the user and the longitude and latitude coordinates of the gas station is not within the preset range, the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured by the gas station is considered to be a fake-licensed vehicle. For example, if the preset distance range is 30 meters, the distance between the currently located user position coordinates and the longitude and latitude coordinates of the gas station is 500 meters, and the preset distance range is exceeded, the vehicle captured by the gas station is considered to be a fake plate vehicle. Through the process, fake-licensed vehicles in the gas station can be effectively identified, property loss of real owners caused by noninductive refueling of certain fake-licensed vehicles in the gas station is avoided, and meanwhile, the operation risk of gas station managers is reduced.
Optionally, if it is temporarily impossible to determine whether the current vehicle is a fake-licensed vehicle or cannot be determined due to positioning failure according to the position information of the user, the real vehicle main information bound by the vehicle on the APP platform may be sent to the real vehicle main terminal, for example, a short message verification code, if the verification passes, it is determined that the current vehicle is not a fake-licensed vehicle, and if the verification fails or the short message verification code is not received within a certain time, it is determined that the current vehicle is a fake-licensed vehicle, that is, the vehicle is subjected to auxiliary verification in a mobile phone verification code manner, so that the fake-licensed vehicle cannot be subjected to oil-secret-free verification, and the right of the real vehicle owner is practically protected.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the determining the position coordinate of the user according to the association relationship between the license plate number of the vehicle and the user account includes steps S201 to S203 as follows:
step S201, obtaining the user account corresponding to the license plate number of the vehicle in a preset positioning database according to the association relation between the license plate number of the vehicle and the user account.
When the mobile terminal is specifically implemented, a positioning database can be constructed in advance and used for acquiring position information of a user in real time or according to a certain frequency or period, the positioning database also comprises user account information and license plate number information which establishes an association relation with the user account, and after the license plate number information of a vehicle is captured through a camera, the license plate number information is firstly searched and matched in the preset positioning database to acquire the user account information corresponding to the license plate number.
Step S202, judging whether the positioning information of the user can be acquired from the preset positioning database within a preset time period or not according to the user account.
In specific implementation, after obtaining the user account information, it is necessary to determine whether the current location of the user can be obtained in the preset location database, for example, if some users do not turn on the location authority in the terminal device, the current location information of the user cannot be obtained, and if the user turns on the location authority in the terminal device, the current location information of the user can be obtained through the location function.
Step S203, if the position information can be obtained, determining the position coordinates of the user according to the positioning information of the user.
In specific implementation, if the user opens the positioning right in the terminal device, the user may be positioned at a certain frequency or time interval, for example, every 5 minutes, to obtain the current position coordinate of the user.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the determining the position coordinate of the user according to the association relationship between the license plate number of the vehicle and the user account includes steps S301 to S303 as follows:
step S301, acquiring the positioning information of the user according to a preset time interval.
In specific implementation, if the user opens the positioning right in the terminal device, the user may be positioned at a certain frequency or time interval, for example, every 5 minutes, to obtain the current position coordinate of the user.
Step S302, determining whether the positioning information of the user changes within the preset time interval.
In specific implementation, the position coordinates of the user obtained for multiple times are compared with each other, and whether the position coordinates of the user change within a certain time period is judged.
Step S303, if the position of the user is not changed, the position coordinate of the user is determined according to the positioning information of the user.
In specific implementation, if the user position is not changed or the user position information is not updated for a long time, the currently located position information may be determined as the final position coordinate of the user.
Preferably, if the position coordinates of the user change within a certain period of time and the change exceeds a preset change threshold, it may be considered that the user is still in the process of traveling, and since the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured in the gas station is in a stationary state or a non-traveling state, it may be directly determined that the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured in the gas station is a fake-licensed vehicle.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the determining whether the vehicle is a fake-licensed vehicle according to the determination result includes steps S401 to S402 as follows:
step S401, if the distance between the position coordinate of the user and the position coordinate of the preset area is within a preset range, determining that the vehicle is not a fake plate vehicle.
In specific implementation, after the vehicle position coordinate of the real vehicle owner corresponding to the license plate number is obtained, the vehicle position coordinate of the real vehicle owner is compared with the position coordinate of the gas station, whether the distance between the vehicle position coordinate of the real vehicle owner and the position coordinate of the gas station is within a preset range or not is judged, and if the distance between the vehicle position coordinate of the real vehicle owner and the position coordinate of the gas station is within the preset range, the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured in the gas station is determined not to be a fake plate vehicle.
Step S402, if the distance between the position coordinate of the user and the position coordinate of the preset area is not in a preset range, determining that the vehicle is a fake plate vehicle.
In specific implementation, if the distance between the position coordinate of the vehicle of the real vehicle owner and the position coordinate of the gas station is not within the preset range, which indicates that the vehicle of the real vehicle owner does not enter the preset area of the gas station, it is determined that the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured in the gas station is a fake plate vehicle.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, after determining whether the vehicle is a fake-licensed vehicle according to the determination result, the method includes steps S501 to S502 as follows:
step S501, if the vehicle is not a fake-licensed vehicle, whether the user opens the secret-free payment is judged.
In specific implementation, if the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured in the gas station is judged not to be a fake-licensed vehicle, the vehicle can be subjected to non-inductive refueling, and before the non-inductive refueling, whether the user meets a non-inductive refueling condition needs to be judged, for example, whether a secret payment free function is activated in the terminal equipment of the user is judged at first.
Step S502, if the user opens the secret payment, determining that the user meets the noninductive refueling condition.
During specific implementation, if the user opens the function of secret payment exemption and the incidence relation is established between the license plate number information of the user and the identity information of the user, the user is considered to be in accordance with the condition of the non-inductive oiling, and the non-inductive oiling can be carried out in a non-inductive oiling mode.
As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after determining whether the vehicle is a fake-licensed vehicle according to the determination result, the method further includes:
and if the user meets the non-inductive refueling condition, acquiring the vehicle position information of the user. In specific implementation, after the user is judged to meet the non-inductive refueling condition, the vehicle photos or videos which are captured by the camera and contain the license plate number need to be periodically identified so as to judge the vehicle position information of the user, and then whether the vehicle of the user is stopped to prepare for refueling is determined according to the vehicle position of the user.
And judging whether the vehicle position information of the user changes within a preset time period. In specific implementation, after the vehicle position information of the user is periodically acquired, the vehicle position information acquired multiple times within a preset time period may be compared to determine whether the vehicle position information of the user changes within the preset time period.
And if the change does not occur, issuing an instruction of noninductive refueling to the refueling end. During specific implementation, when the vehicle position information of the vehicle meeting the non-inductive refueling condition in a preset time period is not changed or the change is smaller than a preset threshold value, the vehicle is considered to be parked completely, the final parking position of the vehicle is determined according to the information obtained by the camera, and a non-inductive refueling instruction is sent to a refueling terminal according to the parking position information so as to perform non-inductive refueling on the vehicle of a user.
Preferably, after the user finishes the non-sensible refueling and pays for success, the device such as a screen or a horn can inform the refueling personnel that the vehicle finishes the non-sensible refueling and can be released. After receiving a notice of completion of the non-inductive refueling sent by a screen or a loudspeaker, the refueling personnel indicates that the vehicle leaves the station. When the license plate number of the vehicle cannot be captured by the camera in the refueling station area, the vehicle is determined to leave the station, and therefore when the license plate number is captured again by the camera, the vehicle can be judged to enter the station.
Preferably, the user can be to refuelling bill invoice, if the user does not need the paper invoice, then can obtain the electronic invoice through APP by oneself, if the user needs the paper invoice, then can print the paper invoice in the filling station by oneself.
Preferably, if the vehicle corresponding to the license plate number captured in the gas station is judged to be a fake-licensed vehicle, the vehicle can be refused to be refueled, and relevant departments are informed to process the corresponding vehicle and personnel at the same time.
From the above description, it can be seen that the present invention achieves the following technical effects: acquiring position coordinates of a preset area and license plate numbers of vehicles in the preset area; determining the position coordinate of the user according to the incidence relation between the license plate number of the vehicle and the user account; judge the position coordinate of user with whether the distance between the position coordinate of presetting the region is in the mode of presetting the within range, through confirming according to the judged result whether the vehicle is the fake plate vehicle, reached the purpose that carries out effective discernment to the fake plate vehicle under the filling station scene, avoided some fake plate vehicles to lead to the fact real owner's loss of property through the noninductive refueling at filling station, also reduced filling station manager's operation risk simultaneously.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an apparatus for implementing the method for identifying a fake plate for a gas station, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus including: the device comprises an acquisition module 1, a first determination module 2, a judgment module 3 and a second determination module 4.

In the concrete implementation, in a gas station scene, firstly, the longitude and latitude coordinates of each gas station and the license plate number information of a vehicle captured in the gas station need to be determined through the acquisition module.
