If the data of any window is adjusted and changed, such as insufficient materials, successful settlement of the payment, completion of an order in advance, starting of a product production process and the like, the window with the data adjustment and change is positioned, all target enterprise nodes related to the window are determined, and the current data of adjustment and change are updated to all the target enterprise nodes in a linkage mode. Namely, data adjustment different from the original plan occurs in any window, and data linkage cooperative change is carried out on the target enterprise nodes according to the inherent association relationship to form a new relationship group so as to guide the working progress of the target enterprise nodes.
The invention determines the customer orders of the core enterprise node and the downstream node in a sales window, and determines the purchase order, the production demand and the material requisition plan of the core enterprise node according to the customer orders in a purchase window; determining a material production plan and a material shipment plan for the upstream node at a delivery window based on the purchase order, the production demand, and the material requisition plan; determining a product shipment plan of the core enterprise node according to the material shipment plan at a production window, and determining delivery information of the core enterprise node to the downstream node at a logistics window; determining settlement information of the goods payment between the core enterprise node and the upstream node and between the core enterprise node and the downstream node in a window of the goods payment due; and when the data of any window in the business interface is detected to be adjusted and changed, updating the adjusted and changed data to all enterprise nodes related to all windows in a linkage manner. According to the invention, through a mode of integrating production, supply and sale linkage, a production link, a supply link and a sale link are integrated on one platform, and through an intelligent arrangement processing mode of the platform, plans such as material supply, product production, product distribution and the like are generated according to the requirements of each link, so that the flow arrangement of each link is integrated, the communication cost of the three links is reduced, and effective integrated planning is realized.
Further, based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the production-pin linking method of the present invention is proposed, in which the production-pin linking method further includes:
step a, extracting traceability authentication information in the delivery information, and comparing the traceability authentication information with product production information in a preset platform database to obtain anti-counterfeiting authentication information;
and b, when the anti-counterfeiting authentication information is in a fake state, respectively outputting alarm information to the core enterprise node, the upstream node and the downstream node.
In this embodiment, the delivery information includes traceability authentication information of each batch of products, where the traceability authentication information refers to information such as a production process, a material source, a production workshop, and a production date of each product. Therefore, the traceability authentication information in the embodiment can be used as the anti-counterfeiting traceability reference information.
When the platform acquires the delivery information, the traceability authentication information in the delivery information can be extracted, and the traceability authentication information is subjected to traceability authentication processing. For example, the traceability authentication information is "B2 lot, spray process, Material lot number 3-25B3, workshop 01-0004, production time 20200725". The platform will inquire whether there is the production information of the product consistent with the tracing authentication information in the platform database. Assuming that the product production information 1 in the platform database is 'B2 batch, spraying process, material batch number 3-25B3, workshop 01-0004 and production time 20200725', the current delivery information is proved to be consistent with the product production information, and the anti-counterfeiting authentication information is confirmed to be in a normal state. Assuming that only the product production information 2 of 'B2 batch, spraying process, material batch number 3-25B1, workshop 01-0004 and production time 20200725' is detected in the platform database, it is proved that no product production information completely consistent with the traceability authentication information exists in the current platform database, and the generated anti-counterfeiting authentication information is in a fake state.
If the anti-counterfeiting authentication information is in a fake state, the abnormal condition that the product data of the current delivered goods are not correct is proved, and at the moment, the platform needs to respectively send alarm information to the core enterprise node, the upstream node and the downstream node so as to perform data investigation on the product.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a production and supply pin linkage system, where the production and supply pin linkage system includes: a memory 109, a processor 110, and a product-supply-marketing linkage program stored on the memory 109 and executable on the processor 110, the product-supply-marketing linkage program, when executed by the processor 110, implementing the steps of the various embodiments of the product-supply-marketing linkage method described above.
In addition, the invention also provides a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a production-supply-sale linkage program, and the production-supply-sale linkage program can be executed by a processor for realizing the steps of the production-supply-sale linkage method.
The development content of the specific implementation of the production, supply and marketing linkage system and the computer storage medium of the invention is basically the same as that of each embodiment of the production, supply and marketing linkage method, and is not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A production and supply pin linkage platform, comprising: a service platform and a plurality of enterprise nodes; the enterprise node is in communication connection with the service platform, the service platform comprises a service processing platform and a service interface, data information of the enterprise node, the service processing platform and the service interface is stored and used in the service platform in real time, and the service interface comprises a sales window, a production window, a purchase window, a delivery window, a logistics window and a payment window; the enterprise nodes comprise an upstream node, a core enterprise node and a downstream node; the core enterprise node determines a customer order through a sales window, determines a production work order through a production window, and determines a material demand plan, a material requisition plan and a purchase order through a purchase window; the upstream node formulates a material production plan through a delivery window, and sends the produced materials to the core enterprise node through the delivery window and the logistics window; the core enterprise node arranges the production of the product through the production window, sends the produced product to the downstream node through the logistics window and finishes delivery through the delivery window; the core enterprise node completes payment settlement with the upstream node and the downstream node through the delivery window and the payment receiving window respectively; and when the data of any window in the business interface is adjusted and changed, updating the adjusted and changed data to all enterprise nodes related to each window in a linkage manner.
2. The production, supply and marketing linkage platform according to claim 1, wherein the business processing platform comprises a product delivery intelligent management module, an intelligent production scheduling management module, an intelligent contract management module, an intelligent delivery management module, an intelligent logistics management module, an intelligent payment settlement module and an intelligent scheduling module, and the core enterprise node performs data transmission with the upstream node and the downstream node respectively through the product delivery intelligent management module, the intelligent production scheduling management module, the intelligent contract management module, the intelligent delivery management module, the intelligent logistics management module and the intelligent payment settlement module, and performs linkage real-time updating on data through the intelligent scheduling module.

The production, supply and marketing linkage platform according to claim 2, wherein the service processing platform comprises an intelligent traceability anti-counterfeiting module, and the intelligent traceability anti-counterfeiting module collects product production information and conducts traceability identification processing on the product production information.
4. A production and supply pin linkage method applied to the production and supply pin linkage platform according to claim 1, the production and supply pin linkage method comprising:
determining customer orders for the core enterprise node and the downstream nodes in a sales window, and determining a purchase order, a production demand and a material requisition plan for the core enterprise node according to the customer orders in a purchase window;
determining a material production plan and a material shipment plan for the upstream node at a delivery window based on the purchase order, the production demand, and the material requisition plan;
determining a product shipment plan of the core enterprise node according to the material shipment plan at a production window, and determining delivery information of the core enterprise node to the downstream node at a logistics window;
determining settlement information of the goods payment between the core enterprise node and the upstream node and between the core enterprise node and the downstream node in a window of the goods payment due;
and when the data of any window in the business interface is detected to be adjusted and changed, updating the adjusted and changed data to all enterprise nodes related to all windows in a linkage manner.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of determining a product shipment plan for the core enterprise node based on a material shipment plan at a production window comprises:
and determining the production vacancy of the core enterprise node according to the material shipment plan and the actual material arrival information in a production window and a purchase window, performing vacancy dispatching according to the production vacancy and the preset current capacity, and determining the product shipment plan of the core enterprise node according to the dispatching result.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of determining settlement information of the payment between the core enterprise node and the upstream node and the downstream node in the payment due window comprises:
if a material acceptance instruction of the core enterprise node based on a material delivery plan is detected in a payment window to receive goods, determining first payment settlement information of the core enterprise node and the upstream node;
and sending delivery information to the downstream node in a payment due window, and determining second payment settlement information of the core enterprise node and the downstream node when a product acceptance instruction of the downstream node based on the delivery information is obtained.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of determining payment settlement information for the core enterprise node and the upstream and downstream nodes, respectively, in the payment due window further comprises:
determining first invoice information of the core enterprise node and the upstream node according to first payment settlement information;
and determining second invoice information of the core enterprise node and the downstream node according to second payment settlement information.
8. The production and supply pin linkage method according to any one of claims 4 to 7, further comprising:
extracting traceability authentication information in the delivery information, and comparing the traceability authentication information with product production information in a preset platform database to obtain anti-counterfeiting authentication information;
and when the anti-counterfeiting authentication information is in a fake state, respectively outputting alarm information to the core enterprise node, the upstream node and the downstream node.
9. A production and supply pin linkage system, comprising: memory, a processor and a production-marketing linkage program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the production-marketing linkage program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the production-marketing linkage method according to any one of claims 4 to 8.
10. A computer storage medium having stored thereon a production and marketing linkage program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the production and marketing linkage method according to any one of claims 4 to 8.
