Abstract
The invention provides a novel range hood, wherein a hollow main body is internally provided with an oil smoke air duct, an outer exhaust port, an inner circulation assembly and an air duct converter, wherein the air duct converter comprises a hollow upper shell and a hollow lower shell, the upper shell is fixedly connected with the range hood main body, and when a speed reducing motor output screw fixed at the center of the upper shell rotates, the lower shell in threaded connection with the upper shell is driven to ascend or descend through a sliding groove and a sliding rod which are mutually buckled. When the speed reducing motor rotates forwards, the lower shell descends to be communicated with an oil smoke air duct of the range hood, and the pumped flowing air rushes out the central ventilation blades of the lower shell to realize the external air exhaust effect; when the speed reducing motor rotates reversely, the lower shell rises to be separated from the oil smoke air channel of the range hood, the ventilation blades fall down and seal the center of the lower shell, and the pumped flowing air is transversely led to the periphery of the range hood and communicated with an additionally arranged inner air exhaust channel to realize the inner air exhaust effect.

Technical Field

Background
The range hood is widely applied in life, and is not only suitable for families, but also suitable for open type markets, restaurants and the like. Because no uniform flue is arranged in some markets at present, a smoke ventilator with an internal circulation mode is required to be selected when the smoke ventilator is purchased, and therefore smoke ventilators which are produced by smoke ventilator manufacturers are expected to integrate external circulation and internal circulation. The integrated smoke machine is internally provided with an outer exhaust port which can be communicated outwards and an inner exhaust port with a filtering device respectively, and the oil smoke air channel is switched to be communicated with the outer exhaust port or the inner exhaust port respectively through a built-in air channel converter. The existing integrated cigarette making machine is not mature in technology, the structure design of a converter is complex, the switching effect is not flexible, and the phenomenon of blocking is easy to generate.

The converter is simple and reasonable in design, the lower shell can rise and fall smoothly without resistance, an outer discharge mode or an inner discharge mode can be selected freely and flexibly, and the converter is small in size and easier to install in a cigarette machine.

Fig. 1 to 9 show a novel range hood according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a hollow main body 1, the main body 1 is provided with a lampblack air duct 2, an external air outlet, an internal circulation assembly 3, and an air duct converter 4 fixed between the lampblack air duct 2 and the external air outlet, the air duct converter 4 includes a hollow upper shell 41 and a hollow lower shell 42, the upper shell 41 is fixed in the main body 1, the upper shell 41 and the lower shell 42 are respectively provided with a sliding chute 43 and a sliding rod 44 which are fastened to each other, the lower shell 42 is provided with a ventilation blade 421 which can be opened and closed up and down, the center of the upper shell 41 is provided with a speed reduction motor 45, and an output screw 451 of the speed reduction motor 45 extends downward and is connected with the center of the lower.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, air flowing upwards is generated in the lampblack air channel 2 in the main body 1 through the work of a turbine, and when the range hood is in an outward exhaust mode, the lampblack air channel 2 is communicated with an outward exhaust port; when the range hood is in the internal circulation mode, the oil smoke air duct 2 is separated from the outer exhaust port, and flowing air is discharged to the bottom of the internal circulation component 3 at the top of the range hood from the periphery below the converter 4 and then enters the room after being filtered by the internal circulation component 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the output screw 451 of the reduction motor 45 rotates forward, the lower shell 42 screwed thereto descends and communicates with the smoke duct 2 of the range hood, the sliding airflow rushes the ventilating vanes 421 upward, the center of the lower shell 42 is opened for ventilation, and the smoke is exhausted through the outer exhaust port. As shown in fig. 4, the output roller bar 451 of the reduction motor 45 rotates reversely, the lower case 42 screwed thereto ascends and is separated from the cooking fume duct 2 of the range hood, the ventilating vane 421 falls to close the center of the lower case 42 for ventilation, and the cooking fume is guided laterally to the periphery of the range hood casing and is internally circulated through the internal circulation assembly 3. Because the lower shell 42 and the upper shell 41 are mutually buckled through the sliding groove 43 and the sliding rod 44, the lower shell 42 is ensured to rise and fall more smoothly without obstruction.
The sliding groove 43 is located inside the lower shell 42, and the sliding rod 44 is located outside the upper shell 41.
As shown in fig. 5, the sliding rod 44 is cylindrical and has a small contact area with the sliding slot 43, so as to reduce friction and avoid the occurrence of jamming during sliding. The cylindrical slide 44 may be further rotatably fixed to the outside of the upper case 41.
The inner side of the upper shell 41 is provided with a vane pressing claw 411 corresponding to the opening and closing end of the ventilating vane 421 in a protruding manner along the radial direction.
As shown in fig. 6, seven ventilation blades 421 are arranged in the lower shell 42, and seven corresponding blade pressing claws 411 are also arranged on the inner side of the upper shell 41, and as shown in fig. 2, after the lower shell 42 is lifted, each blade pressing claw 411 just presses down on the opening and closing end of the corresponding ventilation blade 421, so that each ventilation blade 421 is ensured to be in a tightly closed state.
The sliding groove 43 is inclined and corresponds to a contact track between the vane pressing claw 411 and the ventilating vane 421.
When the lower shell 42 is at the uppermost position, the blade pressing claw 411 is pressed at the opening and closing end of the ventilation blade 421, when the lower shell 42 descends, the ventilation blade 421 descends along with the lower shell, and the blade pressing claw 411 is gradually separated from the ventilation blade 421, so that the chute 43 is in an inclined state to ensure that the opening angle of the ventilation blade 421 is the largest when the lower shell 2 descends to the bottommost point, so that the lower shell 42 rotates simultaneously in the descending process, and the contact point of the blade pressing claw 411 and the ventilation blade 421 gradually turns from the opening and closing end to the fixed end.
The ventilating vane 421 is provided with a shaft core 4211, and the center and the inner wall of the lower shell 42 are provided with open shaft holes 412 which are rotatably matched with two ends of the shaft core 4211.
As shown in fig. 7, the open shaft hole 412 is formed at the center and the inner wall of the lower case 42, respectively, with its opening upward, so that the ventilating vane 421 is fitted in the open shaft hole 412 from top to bottom.
The inner circulation component 3 comprises an activated carbon box body 31, a box cover 32 and activated carbon cotton 33 embedded in the box body 31, wherein the activated carbon box body 31 and the box cover 32 are buckled with each other, and the surfaces of the box body 31 and the box cover 32 are provided with blind holes 34 and plane holes 35 which protrude inwards.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the inner circulation component 3 is a detachable structure, the two sides of the U-shaped box 31 are provided with a slot 311, the two sides of the box cover 32 are provided with a buckle 321, the box 31 and the box cover 32 after being buckled are detachably fixed by screws at the edge of the middle part, and when the activated carbon cotton 33 inside is polluted, the activated carbon cotton can be conveniently detached for cleaning or replacement. The surfaces of the box body 31 and the box cover 32 are provided with a plurality of louver holes 34 with three-dimensional structures, and the protruding parts of the louver holes point to the inner side, so that the activated carbon cotton 33 inside can only contact with the protruding parts and can not contact with the inner surfaces of the box body 31 and the box cover 32, the filtering area of the air and the activated carbon cotton 33 is increased, the filtering is smoother, the plane holes 35 are arranged on the inner sides of the plane of the box body 31 and the box cover 32, the air which does not pass through the louver holes 34 can be filtered from the plane holes 35, the flowability of the air is increased, and the filtering effect is better.
