本发明公开了一种防冻裂塑料管,包括呈圆柱体结构的塑料管本体,塑料管本体的外壁包裹有防冻海绵层,防冻海绵层的内壁设置有弧形凸起部,防冻海绵层的外壁包裹有金属纤维层,金属纤维层的外壁涂有吸热层,吸热层的圆周方向上设有多个加热层和保温层,加热层中间设有加热杆,保温层的外壁包裹有耐磨层。本发明有效的减少塑料管的磨损量,延长使用寿命,同时避免塑料管发生冰冻现象。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料管技术领域,特别是涉及一种防冻裂塑料管。
背景技术
塑料管一般是以塑料为基质,在制管机内经挤压加工而成,其使用范围广泛,但是塑料管在温度较低的使用环境下容易冻裂,并容易老化,严重影响了正常使用,大大降低了使用寿命,同时现有技术中的管道防冻,大多只是采用简单的防冻海绵,因此当防冻海绵出现破损时,寒气直接侵袭在管道的外表面,导致管道被冻裂,且管道的外表面是光滑的,因此防冻海绵与管道的外表面的接触面积有限,因此防冻效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防冻裂塑料管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种防冻裂塑料管,包括呈圆柱体结构的塑料管本体,所述塑料管本体的外壁包裹有防冻海绵层,所述防冻海绵层的内壁设置有弧形凸起部,所述防冻海绵层的外壁包裹有金属纤维层,所述金属纤维层的外壁涂有吸热层,所述吸热层的圆周方向上设有多个加热层和保温层,所述加热层中间设有加热杆,所述保温层的外壁包裹有耐磨层。
进一步,所述加热层的形状呈弧形。
进一步,所述加热杆的根数为12根或14根。
进一步,所述防冻海绵层为橡胶发泡海绵管。
进一步,所述吸热层为铝阳极氧化涂层。
本发明的有益效果是:通过保温层有效的对管道内部的温度进行保温,通过加热杆来加热避免塑料管在冬天时不会出现太冷而导致冻裂的现象,通过金属纤维层进一步对管道内的温度进行保温,通过耐磨层能够有效的减少塑料管的磨损量,延长使用寿命通过防冻海绵层有效的防止天气寒冷时,水流凝露在管道内壁,而导致管道的冻裂,通过采用的防冻海绵材料不吸水,不凝露,材料与水汽完全隔绝。

进一步,所述加热层7的形状呈弧形。
进一步,所述加热杆6的根数为12根或14根。
进一步,所述防冻海绵层2为橡胶发泡海绵管。
