The invention discloses a motor reducer which is characterized by comprising a box body, a motor, a gear set, a bearing seat and support legs, wherein the box body is provided with a gear box; the box body is processed into a shaft surface and is matched and assembled with the mechanical arm joint shell; the motor is assembled in the box body; one gear in the gear set is fixed on an output shaft of the motor, and the gears are arranged in a Z shape along the axis of the output shaft of the mechanical arm joint; and a bearing seat is arranged on one side of the box body, and is integrally designed by adopting a structure and a function and is connected with the output shaft of the mechanical arm joint through a bearing. The invention improves the space utilization rate of the motor reducer and adapts to the requirements of underwater mechanical arm joints.
