Description

Waterproof paper box and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paper boxes, in particular to a waterproof paper box and a preparation process thereof.
Background
A carton is a packaging material, which is often used in daily life. In order to meet different requirements of different consumers, the paper boxes are diversified, wherein one type of the paper boxes has a waterproof function and certain moisture resistance.
The Chinese patent with patent No. CN209667594U discloses a waterproof paper box, wherein a waterproof base is arranged below a paper box body of the waterproof paper box, a waterproof cover is arranged above the paper box body, the paper box body is embedded into the waterproof base and then sealed by sealant, a sealing strip is also arranged at the bottom end of the waterproof cover, the waterproof base and the waterproof base are mutually connected in a sealing manner, and the waterproof performance of the whole paper box is guaranteed. Such carton has better waterproof performance, packs the goods when being applicable to the transportation goods.
In addition, chinese patent with patent grant publication No. CN207917386U discloses a waterproof paper box, which has the technical scheme key points that: the carton bottom is provided with the lime crystal ball and reaches inside dampproofing effect as the drier, and the box body of carton itself by outer polyurethane waterproof coating, polyvinyl chloride layer, corrugated paper, glass fiber layer, carbon fiber layer and polytetrafluoroethylene layer, such layer structure makes the carton outside all have better water-proof effects with inside, this kind of carton waterproof performance rank is high, but corresponding, cost of manufacture and use cost are all higher, only are applicable to high-grade gift packaging box and use.
At present, polyurethane is coated on the surface of an object, an effective waterproof layer can be formed after the polyurethane is formed into a film, the common knowledge is included, and the polyurethane can form a beautiful color through blending of pigments, so that diversified packaging requirements can be met. But when the polyurethane is directly coated on the surface of corrugated paper, the leveling performance is poor, an obvious hanging flow phenomenon exists, the hardness is also poor after film forming, so that the polyurethane layer is not dirty-resistant, and a polyvinyl chloride layer is arranged between the polyurethane layer and the corrugated paper layer in the prior art, so that the polyvinyl chloride layer can provide a better film forming interface for the polyurethane, the usability of a polyurethane waterproof layer is improved, and the usability of the packaging box is further improved.
