Abstract

In this embodiment, the control module is further configured to: acquiring the distance of a track between each tray frame 1 and the medicine outlet 5, the tray arrangement amount N corresponding to each medicine type and the sum S of the tray arrangement amounts N corresponding to all the medicine types, and acquiring the number L of the tray frames 1 corresponding to S; wherein, the larger the usage amount M of the medicine type is, the larger the tray arrangement amount N of the medicine type is;
for each medicine type, the medicines corresponding to the medicine type are obtained, the number of the corresponding trays 13 is the tray arrangement amount N corresponding to the medicine type, the trays are stored in L tray racks 1 with the shortest distance to the track between the medicine outlets 5, and the distance between the tray rack 1 where the tray 13 stored with the medicine with the larger usage amount M is located and the track between the medicine outlets is shorter.
In this embodiment, the tray sorting amount N ═ B + the usage amount M × k corresponding to the medicine type, where B is a natural number and k > 0.
The second embodiment of the present invention provides a secondary drug library, which includes: a tray storage area for storing trays 13, the trays 13 being for storing medicines of the same medicine type; a tray taking and placing device 4 capable of taking and storing the tray 13 from the tray storing area or placing the stored tray 13 in the tray storing area; a medicine outlet 5, to which the tray taking and placing device 4 can move and which discharges the stored tray 13 from the medicine outlet 5; the control method comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program capable of running on the processor, and the processor executes the program to realize the steps in the control method in the first embodiment.
A third embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the control method in the first embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A control method for a secondary drug library, the secondary drug library comprising: a tray storage area for storing trays (13), the trays (13) being for storing medicines of the same medicine type; a tray pick-and-place device (4), wherein the tray pick-and-place device (4) can pick and store trays (13) from the tray storage area or place the stored trays (13) in the tray storage area; a medicine outlet (5), wherein the tray taking and placing device (4) can move to the medicine outlet (5) and send out the stored tray (13) from the medicine outlet (5); the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the types of the medicines in the secondary medicine library and the corresponding usage amount M of each type of the medicines between a preset starting time and the current time, wherein the preset starting time is earlier than the current time;
the tray taking and placing device (4) is controlled to arrange the trays (13) on the tray storage area, so that the tray (13) for storing the medicines with larger usage amount M is closer to the medicine outlet (5).
2. The control method according to claim 1,
the usage amount M corresponding to the type of medicine is the number of medicines of the type of medicine sent from the medicine outlet (5).
3. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the corresponding usage M for each drug type between the preset starting time and the current time comprises:
the corresponding usage amount M of each drug category between the preset starting time to the current time is acquired from the HIS system.
4. The control method according to claim 1,
the tray storage area includes: the tray rack (1) is provided with a plurality of supporting plates (12) which are arranged along the vertical direction, the supporting plates (12) are used for supporting trays (13), and the tray taking and placing device (4) can take down the trays (13) from the tray rack (1) and store the trays (13) or place the stored trays (13) on the supporting plates (12) in the tray rack (1);
the step of controlling the tray taking and placing device (4) to arrange the trays (13) on the tray storage area, so that the tray (13) for storing the medicines with the larger usage amount M is closer to the medicine outlet (5), specifically comprises the following steps: the tray taking and placing device (4) is controlled to arrange the trays (13) on the tray storage area, so that the distance between the tray rack (1) where the trays (13) for storing the medicines are located and the medicine outlet is shorter when the using amount M is larger.
5. The control method according to claim 4,
the secondary drug library further comprises: the track (2) is used for enabling the tray taking and placing device (4) to move along the track (2), and the tray taking and placing device (4) can move to the medicine outlet (5) along the track (2);
the more the usage amount M is, the shorter the distance between the tray rack (1) where the tray (13) for storing the medicine is located and the medicine outlet is, the more the specific steps include: the distance between the tray rack (1) where the tray (13) for storing the medicine is located and the medicine outlet is made shorter as the usage amount M is larger.

The control method according to claim 5, wherein the step of controlling the tray taking and placing device (4) to arrange the trays (13) in the tray storage area so that the larger the usage amount M, the shorter the distance between the tray rack (1) where the trays (13) for storing the medicines are located and the medicine outlet is, specifically comprises the steps of:
acquiring the distance of a track between each tray frame (1) and the medicine outlet (5), the tray arrangement amount N corresponding to each medicine type and the sum S of the tray arrangement amounts N corresponding to all the medicine types, and acquiring the number L of the tray frames (1) corresponding to S; wherein, the larger the usage amount M of the medicine type is, the larger the tray arrangement amount N of the medicine type is;
for each medicine type, medicines corresponding to the medicine type are obtained, the number of corresponding trays (13) is the tray arrangement amount N corresponding to the medicine type, the trays are stored in L tray racks (1) which are closest to the distance of the track between medicine outlets (5), and the distance between the tray rack (1) where the tray (13) where the medicines are stored and the track between the medicine outlets is shorter as the usage amount M is larger.
7. The control method according to claim 6, characterized in that:
the tray arrangement amount N ═ B + use amount M ×. k corresponding to the medicine type, wherein B is a natural number, and k is greater than 0.

A control device for a secondary drug library, the secondary drug library comprising: a tray storage area for storing trays (13), the trays (13) being for storing medicines of the same medicine type; a tray pick-and-place device (4), wherein the tray pick-and-place device (4) can pick and store trays (13) from the tray storage area or place the stored trays (13) in the tray storage area; a medicine outlet (5), wherein the tray taking and placing device (4) can move to the medicine outlet (5) and send out the stored tray (13) from the medicine outlet (5); the system is characterized by comprising the following modules:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the types of the medicines in the secondary medicine library and the corresponding usage amount M of each type of the medicines between a preset starting time and the current time, wherein the preset starting time is earlier than the current time;
and the control module is used for controlling the tray taking and placing device (4) to arrange the trays (13) on the tray storage area, so that the tray (13) for storing the medicines with larger usage amount M is closer to the medicine outlet (5).
9. A secondary drug library, comprising: a tray storage area for storing trays (13), the trays (13) being for storing medicines of the same medicine type; a tray pick-and-place device (4), wherein the tray pick-and-place device (4) can pick and store trays (13) from the tray storage area or place the stored trays (13) in the tray storage area; a medicine outlet (5), wherein the tray taking and placing device (4) can move to the medicine outlet (5) and send out the stored tray (13) from the medicine outlet (5); memory and processor, the memory storing a computer program operable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps in the control method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
