Preferably, one side of the turning plate 74 can be hinged with the tile lifting bracket 75, the tile lifting bracket or the table top 1 of the mahjong machine, the other side of the turning plate 74, which is close to the tile inlet of the tile lifting groove, can be turned upwards, and the rotation axis of the turning plate 74 is parallel to the rotation axis of the tile lifting supporting plate 73. For open loop type hold-in range, be provided with the hold-in range track on last tablet support in order to restrict the travel route of hold-in range to it is preferable to fix last tablet pushing head 72 in the one end of hold-in range in order to practice thrift the space and conveniently drive, and it is preferable that last tablet motor installs in the play tablet mouth position that is close to the storage tank 71 in order to have great thrust when guaranteeing to go up tablet pushing head 72 and guarantee that the hold-in range moves smoothly in the hold-in range track.
Second embodiment: the tile feeding driving mechanism drives the tile feeding push head 72 through a chain, and comprises a first tile feeding motor, a chain wheel and a chain, wherein the first tile feeding motor, the chain wheel and the chain are arranged on a tile feeding support, the chain wheel is driven to rotate by the first tile feeding motor, the chain is meshed with the chain wheel, the tile feeding push head 72 is fixed on the chain, the first tile feeding motor drives the tile feeding push head 72 to move through the chain, and then the tile feeding push head 72 is driven to move from a tile feeding port of the tile storage groove 71 to a tile discharging port of the tile storage groove 71, and mahjong tiles 10 in the tile storage groove 71 are pushed to the tile feeding support plate 73 and the mahjong table top 1. The chain can be in a closed loop structure or an open loop structure. For open loop type chain, a chain track is provided on the upper card support to limit the moving path of the chain, and the upper card pusher 72 is preferably fixed at one end of the chain to save space for convenient driving, and the upper card motor is preferably mounted at a card outlet position close to the card storage groove 71 to ensure that the upper card pusher 72 has a large pushing force when pushing cards and ensure smooth movement of the chain in the chain track.
Third case: the tile feeding driving mechanism can further drive the tile feeding pushing head 72 through a steel wire rope, the tile feeding driving mechanism comprises a first tile feeding motor, a driving rolling wheel and a steel wire rope, the first tile feeding motor is arranged on the tile feeding support, the driving rolling wheel is driven to rotate by the first tile feeding motor, the steel wire rope is connected with the driving rolling wheel after passing through the guide wheels and the tile storage groove 71, the tile feeding pushing head 72 is fixed on the steel wire rope, when the first tile feeding motor moves the steel wire rope through the driving rolling wheel, the tile feeding pushing head 72 moves on the tile storage track, and then the tile feeding head 72 is driven to move from a tile inlet of the tile storage groove 71 to a tile outlet of the tile storage groove 71, and mahjong tiles 10 in the tile storage groove 71 are pushed onto the tile lifting supporting plate 73 and the mahjong table top 1.
In a fourth case, the tile feeding driving mechanism drives the tile feeding push head 72 through the swing rod, the tile feeding push head comprises a first tile feeding motor and a tile feeding push rod which are arranged on the tile feeding support, the tile feeding push rod rotates along the positioning end of the tile feeding push rod as an axis, the tile feeding push head 72 is arranged on the movable end of the tile feeding push rod, the first tile feeding motor drives the tile feeding push rod to swing back and forth so that the tile feeding push head 72 on the movable end of the tile feeding push rod moves along the reciprocating motion of the tile storage groove 71, and then the tile feeding push head 72 is driven to move from the tile inlet of the tile storage groove 71 to the tile outlet of the tile storage groove 71, and the tile 10 in the tile storage groove 71 is pushed onto the tile lifting support plate 73 and the mahjong table top 1.
In this embodiment, the side of the tile pushing head 72 near the tile lifting supporting plate 73 has a plurality of tile pushing parts, and the tile pushing parts respectively contact two tiles 10 stacked one above the other in the same pier, wherein the tile pushing parts contacting with the lower tile 10 protrude from the tile pushing parts contacting with the upper tile 10.
In this embodiment, the card lifting brackets 75 in the square card picking and carrying system may be integrally installed after injection molding respectively, or the four card lifting brackets 75 may be integrally injection molded for easy installation.
In order to prevent the travel path of the card pusher 72 and the travel path of the card pusher 51 from colliding, there are two embodiments:
First embodiment: the running path of the tile feeding push head 72 comprises an avoidance path and a tile pushing path, wherein the avoidance path refers to a path in which the tile feeding push head 72 pushes the mahjong tiles 10 stacked on the carrying table 52 to the tile storage groove 71 through the tile inlet of the tile storage groove 71 while avoiding the tile pushing head 51, and the tile pushing path refers to a path in which the tile feeding push head 72 pushes the mahjong tiles 10 to the tile lifting support plate 73 and the mahjong table 1 along the tile storage groove 71; further preferably, during the tile feeding, the tile feeding push head 72 is located at the outer side of the tile storage groove 71, the first tile feeding motor drives the tile feeding push head 72 to advance inwards to a section of avoiding path to the inner side wall of the first tile storage track, then advance along the tile storage groove 71 to push the mahjong tile 10 onto the tile lifting support plate 73 and the mahjong table top 1, and after the tile feeding is completed, the first tile feeding motor drives the tile feeding push head 72 to return to the original path.
Second embodiment: the running path of the card pushing head 72 only comprises a card pushing path, but the card pushing head 51 does not obstruct the card pushing head 72 to pass through; further preferably, the card-feeding pusher 72 is close to the inner side of the card-storing groove 71, and the card-feeding pusher 51 is close to the outer side of the card-storing groove 71; or the card-feeding push head 72 is close to the outer side of the card storage groove 71, and the card-feeding push head 51 is close to the inner side of the card storage groove 71; or a groove for the card feeding push head 72 to pass through is arranged in the middle of the card pushing head 51; or the avoiding mode of the card pushing head 51 and the card feeding pushing head 72 can refer to the chinese patent document with publication number CN 201949628U.
In this embodiment, a groove is preferably provided in the middle of the card pusher 51 for the card pusher 72 to pass.
In this embodiment, the tile loading process of the mahjong machine is shown in fig. 3-9, wherein:

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, a first sensing magnetic control 76 for detecting the number of piers of the mahjong tile 10 pushed onto the lifting support plate 73 by the card pushing head 72 is provided at the card outlet of the card storage groove 71, the distance between the first sensing magnetic control 76 and the movable end of the lifting support plate 73 which descends to the lowest point is smaller than the width of one mahjong tile 10, and further preferably, the first sensing magnetic control 76 is mounted on the lower surface of the card storage groove 71 and is close to the center position of the card storage groove 71, and the distance between the first sensing magnetic control 76 and the movable end of the lifting support plate 73 which descends to the lowest point is about half the length of one mahjong tile 10; in other embodiments, the first sensing magnetic control 76 may also be mounted on the movable end of the tile lifting support plate 73, and the distance between the first sensing magnetic control and the tile outlet of the tile storage groove 71 is smaller than the width of one mahjong tile 10; by the arrangement, the last pier mahjong tile 10 in the first mahjong tile feeding process can be accurately determined to be about to be pushed onto the tile lifting supporting plate 73 or just pushed onto the tile lifting supporting plate 73, so that the number of mahjong tiles fed for the first time is ensured to be just right.
