Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted.
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a crocheting needle assembly, which comprises a crocheting needle shell and two crocheting needles positioned in the crocheting needle shell, wherein each crocheting needle comprises a needle head positioned at the far end of the crocheting needle; the syringe needle can follow the distal end of colluding the line needle casing is outwards stretched out, stretches out the back at the syringe needle from the distal end of colluding the line needle casing, also can return to colluding the line needle casing again along the route that stretches out, just two the syringe needle of colluding the line needle stretch out an contained angle between the direction, and two syringe needles of colluding the line needle stretch out respectively to two directions that have certain contained angle promptly.
In the present invention, the distal end and the proximal end are relative to the operator, and the end closer to the operator is the proximal end, and the end farther from the operator, i.e., the end closer to the surgical site is the distal end. In the crochet needle component, the inner side and the outer side are relative to the axis of the crochet needle shell, one side close to the axis is the inner side, and one side far away from the axis is the outer side.
During surgery for digestive tract diseases, after the tissue is closed using the linear stapler, the cat ear can be retracted into the stump using the crochet needle assembly to remove the cat ear during subsequent anastomosis. When the anastomat is used, the thread hooking needle assembly is inserted into an operation position, the needle head is pushed out from the far end of the thread hooking needle shell to puncture the purse string, the purse string is hooked, the cat ear is pulled into the stub through the purse string, the anastomosis string at the stub and the cat ear are cut off by adopting instruments such as a circular tube type anastomat and the like, and finally a smooth annular anastomosis opening is formed, so that the occurrence of anastomosis fistula is reduced. Because the anastomotic line of the linear anastomat is linear instead of a bunched pouch, the two crocheting needles are arranged in the crocheting needle assembly and extend out of the crocheting needle shell respectively towards two different directions to form an outward-expanded crocheting structure, so that the cat ear can be pulled into the residual end at the starting point position of the anastomotic line, and the occurrence of fistula is reduced.
The above-described procedure is merely an example, and in practice, the method of suturing tissue used before insertion of the hook needle assembly is not limited to the use of a linear stapler, nor is the method of cutting a cat ear after the hook needle assembly has pulled the cat ear into the stump limited to the use of a circular tube-type stapler. The thread hooking needle can be used for hooking the purse string in other occasions and belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
The structure of the needle assembly for hooking thread according to an embodiment of the present invention will be further described with reference to fig. 1 to 14.
The invention provides a thread hooking needle assembly which comprises a thread hooking needle housing 1 and two thread hooking needles 2 and 3 positioned in the thread hooking needle housing 1. The two thread hooking needles 2 and 3 are basically the same in composition and are composed of a needle head at the far end, a connecting part at the middle part and a pushing-out part at the near end, and the needle head is barbed and provided with a hook part facing to the near end. Specifically, the first hooking needle 2 includes a needle head 21, a connecting portion 22 and a pushing-out portion 23, and the second hooking needle 3 includes a needle head 31, a connecting portion 32 and a pushing-out portion 33. The pinhead 21, 31 can follow the distal end of the crocheting needle housing 1 stretches out outwards, and after the pinheads 21 and 31 stretch out from the distal end of the crocheting needle housing 1, the crocheting needle housing 1 can also be returned along the stretching path, and an included angle is formed between the stretching directions of the pinheads 21 and 31 of the two crocheting needles 2 and 3, namely, the pinheads 21 and 31 of the two crocheting needles 2 and 3 stretch out respectively to two directions with a certain included angle.
In this embodiment, the projecting directions of the needle tips 21, 31 of the two barbed needles 2, 3 are deflected in two opposite directions with respect to the axial direction of the barbed needle housing 1, respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, the needle tip 21 of the first crochet needle 2 is extended and retracted in the A1 direction, and the needle tip 31 of the second crochet needle 3 is extended and retracted in the A2 direction. The needle head 21 of the first crocheting needle 2 is deflected in the direction B1 with respect to the axial direction S of the crocheting needle housing 1, the needle head 31 of the second crocheting needle 3 is deflected in the direction B2 with respect to the axial direction S of the crocheting needle housing 1, and the projecting direction of the needle head 21 of the first crocheting needle 2, the projecting direction of the needle head 31 of the second crocheting needle 3, and the axis of the crocheting needle housing 1 are preferably on the same plane. In the operation of low rectal cancer, the anastomotic line of the linear type or the arc type anastomat is larger than the diameter of the anal canal of a human body, and the needle head 21 of the first thread hooking needle 2 and the needle head 31 of the second thread hooking needle 3 are expanded outwards when extending to the far end, so that the cat ear can be pulled in at the initial point position of the anastomotic line better, and the occurrence of fistula is reduced. As can be seen from fig. 6, in this embodiment, the included angle between a1 and S is equal to the included angle between a2 and S, and the needle tip 21 of the first crochet needle 2 and the needle tip 31 of the second crochet needle 3 can symmetrically protrude from the distal end of the crochet needle housing 1. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the included angle between a1 and S may not be equal to the included angle between a2 and S, or an included angle between a1 and S may exist, while a2 is parallel to S, or a1 is parallel to S, and an included angle between a2 and S, etc., all of which fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the housing 1 comprises a housing head 11 at the distal end of the housing 1 and a housing tail 12 at the proximal end of the housing 1. In order to adapt to the structures of tubular tissues such as intestinal tracts of human bodies, the cross section of the shell of the suture needle is adaptively circular so as to be more attached to the tissues of the human bodies. Therefore, the outer diameter of the far-end shell is similar to that of a nail bin assembly of the circular tube type anastomat, and different outer diameters can be set according to different human tissues, for example: 33 mm, 29 mm, 25 mm, etc. The housing head 11 is of a conical configuration with a larger distal end 111 than a smaller proximal end 112 so that the proximal diameter is smaller than the diameter of the body's tubular tissue. I.e. the housing head 11 of the crochet housing tapers in diameter from the distal end to the proximal end. In the low rectal cancer operation, after the shell head 11 enters the anus, the diameter of the shell head 11 is gradually reduced, so that the sphincter can not be continuously expanded, and the damage to the function of the sphincter is reduced.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the proximal end of the pushing-out portion 23 of the first thread hooking needle 2 is provided with a pushing leg 231, and the pushing leg 231 extends out of the proximal end of the thread hooking needle housing 1. Similarly, the proximal end of the pushing-out portion 33 of the second hook needle 3 is provided with a pushing leg, which extends out of the proximal end of the hook needle housing 1. In this embodiment, the pushing-out portion 23 of the first knitting needle 2 and the pushing-out portion 33 of the second knitting needle 3 are arranged in parallel with each other. And since the needle head 21 of the first hooking needle 2 and the needle head 31 of the second hooking needle 3 are outwardly expanded, the connecting part 22 of the first hooking needle 2 and the connecting part 32 of the second hooking needle 3 are bent. Therefore, the needle head 21, 31 and the push-out portion 23, 33 of the crochet needle are rigid, and the connecting portion 22, 32 is flexible. In this embodiment, the pushing-out portion 23 of the first crocheting needle 2 is provided with a resetting piece 24, when an external force is applied to the pushing-out portion 23 to push the needle head 21 out of the distal end of the crocheting needle housing 1, the resetting piece 24 deforms, and when the applied external force is removed, the deformation restoring force of the resetting piece 24 enables the needle head 21 to return to the inside of the crocheting needle housing 1. The pushing-out part 33 of the second thread hooking needle 3 is also provided with a resetting piece, and the working principle of the resetting piece is similar to that of the first thread hooking needle 2, and the details are not repeated.
The connection portions 22 and 32 may be configured to include a plurality of connection pieces arranged side by side. Each connecting piece can be a metal sheet, a plastic sheet and the like, and the connecting pieces are combined together in parallel for use, so that not only can certain bendable flexibility of the connecting parts 22 and 32 be ensured, but also enough connecting strength along the longitudinal direction between the needle head 21 and the pushing-out part 23 and enough connecting strength along the longitudinal direction between the needle head 31 and the pushing-out part 33 can be provided, the pushing force can be transmitted to the needle heads 21 and 31 through the connecting parts 22 and 32 when an operator pushes the pushing-out part 23 and the pushing-out part 33, and when the operator releases the pushing-out parts 23 and 33, the restoring force of the restoring piece 24 can be transmitted to the needle heads 21 and 31 through the connecting parts 22 and 32, and the smoothness of the longitudinal movement of the first thread hooking needle 2 and the second thread hooking needle 3 is ensured.
The piece that resets 24 can be the pressure spring, collude line needle casing 1 with the position that the distal end of pressure spring corresponds is provided with step portion 14, step portion 14 is injectd the shift position of the distal end of pressure spring realizes the location of pressure spring, and the near-end of pressure spring can be spacing by colluding line needle casing 1 equally. The function of the compression spring will be described below by taking the first hook needle 2 as an example, and the second hook needle 3 has a similar principle. When the needle is used, an operator pushes the push leg 231 towards the distal end direction of the crochet hook shell 1, the push leg 231 transmits the pushing force to the needle head 21 through the connecting part 22, and the needle head 21 is pushed out from the distal end of the crochet hook shell 1, and meanwhile, the compression spring is compressed, so that the compression spring generates compression deformation. After the needle 21 hooks the purse string, the operator releases the push foot 231, and the needle 21 retracts into the interior of the hook needle housing 1 again under the deformation restoring force of the compression spring. The reset element 24 may also adopt other structures, such as a resilient sheet that can be restored after deformation, a tension spring that connects the needle 21 and the crochet hook housing 1, and the like, all of which are within the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be appreciated that the needle head 21, 31 of the crochet hook 2, 3 is sharp and may cause injury to an operator or damage to surrounding tissue when the crochet hook 2, 3 enters human tissue, and therefore the needle head 21, 31 of the crochet hook 2, 3 is located in the housing in the initial state.
In this embodiment, the distal end of the compressed spring is further provided with a stopper 25, the stopper 25 is fixed on the first suture hooking needle 2, the stopper 25 is located on the proximal end side of the stepped portion 14, and the distal end surface of the stopper 25 is in contact with the proximal end surface of the stepped portion 14 to limit the moving position of the distal end of the compressed spring. The second thread hooking needle 3 can also be provided with a stop part, and the thread hooking needle housing 1 can also be provided with a step part corresponding to the stop part of the second thread hooking needle 3 to limit the far end of the reset pressure spring of the second thread hooking needle 3.

In this embodiment, the second fixing groove 193 extends in the axial direction of the crochet hook housing 1, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The second fixing groove 193 includes a first end and a second end, the first end of the second fixing groove 193 communicates with the fixing hole, and the second end of the second fixing groove 193 extends to the proximal end face of the second housing 19; the second end 422 of the second fixing member 42 extends out from the second end of the second fixing groove 193, so that the operator can conveniently detach the crocheting needle housing 1. When the operator needs to replace the crochet needle 2, 3 in the crochet needle housing 1, the operator can firstly hold the second end 422 of the second fixing member 42, pull out the second fixing member 42 and the first fixing member 41 to be basically in a straight line, pull out the whole fixing member 4 from the crochet needle housing 1, and then apply an external force to overcome the matching force between the first matching portion 181 and the second matching portion 191 to separate the first housing 18 and the second housing 19. Then the thread hooking needles 2 and 3 are directly taken out. Because the two ends of the pressure spring 24 of the crocheting needles 2 and 3 are respectively provided with the stopping parts, the pressure spring 24 and the crocheting needles are integrated, and are integrally replaced in the replacement process, and an operator does not need to install the pressure spring 24 and the crocheting needles 2 and 3. Then, the operator puts a new crochet needle into the crochet needle groove 13, aligns the first housing 18 and the second housing 19, inserts the fixing member 4 into the first fixing groove 182 in the posture shown in fig. 12, rotates the second fixing member 42 around the first end 421 of the second fixing member 42 until the second fixing member 42 is inserted into the second fixing groove 193, and the replacement of the crochet needle in the crochet needle assembly is completed. The whole crochet hook component has high structural stability after being combined, and is very convenient to mount and dismount.
The thread hooking needle assembly provided by the invention has the following advantages:
the invention provides a thread hooking needle assembly, which can be used for retracting a cat ear into a stub after a linear anastomat closes a tissue so as to remove the cat ear during subsequent anastomosis; because the anastomotic line of the linear anastomat is linear instead of a bunched pouch, the two crocheting needles are arranged in the crocheting needle assembly and extend out of the crocheting needle shell respectively towards two different directions to form an outward-expanded crocheting structure, so that the cat ear can be pulled into the residual end at the starting point position of the anastomotic line, and the occurrence of fistula is reduced; in addition, the suture needle of the present invention is not limited to the treatment of the tissue after the anastomosis by the linear stapler, and may be applied to a closed opening in which the tissue is sutured by other means.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
