Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a vacuum cleaner 100 includes a body assembly (not numbered), a floor brush assembly 3 in fluid communication with the body assembly, and a connecting member 5 connecting the body assembly and the floor brush assembly 3. Since the link 5 is pivotally connected to the floor brush assembly 3 in actual use and is relatively non-removable, the link 5 may also be considered as part of the floor brush assembly 3 as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art. Referring further to fig. 1, the handle assembly 4 includes a grip portion 41 for facilitating gripping by a user and an extension tube 42 connected to the grip portion 41, the extension tube 42 extending downwardly and interfering with an upper end surface of the housing of the power assembly. Preferably, the extension tube 42 penetrates from the upper end surface and forms a holding with the power module 1. Preferably, the extension tube 42 is a telescoping tube. Preferably, the handle assembly 4 is provided with an electrical switch assembly 43, which may include a power switch, etc., and the electrical switch assembly 43 may be electrically connected with the power assembly 1 in a wired or wireless manner. Preferably, the handle assembly 4 is also provided with a physical switch 45 for switching the extension tube to the extended or retracted state. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the dust-gas processing assembly 2 at least includes a dust cup 21 and a primary dust-gas separating unit 23 disposed at a middle position of the dust cup 21. The dust cup 21 includes a cup body (not numbered) extending vertically and a dust cup cover 212 coupled to the cup body, wherein the dust cup cover 212 is disposed at the bottom of the dust and air processing assembly 2 and pivotally connected to the cup body. In the present embodiment, the dust and air processing assembly has an opening (not numbered) on the dust cup cover 212, and the opening is connected to the air intake passage indirectly or directly.
In this embodiment, the dust and air processing assembly 2 further includes an air guide channel (not numbered) penetrating through the primary dust and air separating unit 23, the air guide channel includes an air guide tube (not numbered) extending up and down and a drainage structure communicated with the air guide tube, the drainage structure is matched with the dust cup 21 to form a drainage cavity (not shown), and the air guide tube is communicated with the drainage cavity by fluid. The air duct and the aforementioned flow guiding chamber are isolated from the primary dust-air separating unit 23 by defining the upstream and downstream directions of the air flow when the vacuum cleaner of this embodiment is in normal operation, so as to guide the air flow flowing into the air duct to the upstream of the primary dust-air separating unit 23. The drainage chamber extends in the radial direction and the circumferential direction of the dust cup 21 to form a spiral extending direction, so that the airflow can form cyclone airflow around the inner wall of the dust cup after flowing through the drainage chamber, and the dust-air separation effect of the primary dust-air separation unit 23 is enhanced. Preferably, the primary dust-gas separation unit 23 is a porous annular metal filter screen.
Specifically, the dust and gas processing assembly 2 further includes a secondary dust and gas separation unit 24 disposed downstream of the primary dust and gas separation unit 23. Preferably, the secondary dust and gas separating unit 24 is provided above the primary dust and gas separating unit 23, and extends downward through the primary dust and gas separating unit 23 and is a dust storage unit engaged with a dust cup cover 212 at the bottom of the dust cup. Preferably, the secondary dust-gas separation unit 24 comprises a plurality of cyclone cones, and the aforementioned dust storage unit is configured as a static pressure tube cooperating with the cyclone cones. In a preferred embodiment, the dust and gas processing assembly 2 further comprises a tertiary dust and gas separation unit (not shown) disposed downstream of the secondary dust and gas separation unit 24, which is preferably a dense filter section, such as a sea handkerchief, sponge, filter paper or the like.
In this embodiment, the power assembly 1 includes a battery pack unit (not numbered) and a fan unit (not numbered) electrically connected to the battery pack unit, and the three-stage dust-gas separation unit is shielded from an air inlet of the fan unit.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the connecting member 5 includes a supporting platform 51 detachably connected to the body assembly and a pivoting portion 54 pivotally connected to the floor brush assembly 3. The susceptor 51 is fitted to the bottom of the dust/air processing unit 2, and in actual use, the susceptor 51 supports the dust/air processing unit 2. The bearing table 51 includes a bearing surface that interfaces with the body assembly. In this embodiment, the body assembly is fixedly docked with respect to the platform 51. In order to improve the convenience of the entire cleaner, the connecting member 5 includes a rotary table (not numbered) rotatably engaged with the bearing table 51, and the rotary table and the bearing table 51 have a rotation axis perpendicular to the bearing surface. However, it should be noted that in other embodiments, the bearing platform 51 may be directly rotatably interfaced with the body assembly, with the axis of rotation of the rotational movement perpendicular to the bearing surface.
