Performance testing
The fat powders provided in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 17 were subjected to a performance test as follows:
(1) animal experiments: animal experiments were performed as follows;
experimental materials: 460 brown-shell laying hens of 300 days old are selected, the production performance of the brown-shell laying hens is completely consistent, the weights of the brown-shell laying hens are not obviously different, the brown-shell laying hens are divided into 23 treatment groups randomly, each treatment group is provided with two repeated groups, and each repeated group is provided with 10 brown-shell laying hens.
The feeding method comprises the following steps: in the test pre-feeding period of 2 weeks, health observation is carried out, production performance analysis is carried out on each experimental group, and the difference among the groups is not significant; after the pre-feeding period is finished, the materials are gradually changed, and after the pre-feeding period is adapted for 5 days, a formal test is carried out, wherein the test period is 5 weeks.
According to the conventional method, the feed is freely eaten and drunk, feces are timely cleared, the illumination is carried out for 16 hours every day, 3 percent of fat powder (provided by the embodiment and the comparative example) is added into the feed, and the basic daily ration is noon-layer chicken feed purchased from noon agriculture and grazing group feed limited company in Hebei.
Test items:
after the experiment is started, repeatedly recording the feed consumption, the egg laying number, the soft egg number and the broken egg number every day, and respectively weighing and recording the weights of the eggs; observing the health condition of the laying hens at any time, and recording the death and culling rate.
a) The laying rate is calculated according to the total egg laying amount/(the number of chicken × test days) × 100% of the total egg laying amount;
b) average egg weight: calculating according to the total egg weight/total egg number;
c) the broken/soft/abnormal/dirty egg rate is calculated according to the percentage of × 100 percent of broken/soft/abnormal/dirty egg number/total egg number in the test period;
d) the mortality rate is calculated according to × 100% of the number of dead laying hens/the total number of the dead laying hens;
e) the feed consumption ratio is calculated according to the feed intake (g/d.only)/(average egg weight × laying rate (%));

According to the embodiment and the performance test, the special fat powder for laying poultry can improve the laying rate of the laying poultry, and further improve the benefit; the quality of eggs can be improved, deformed eggs, bad eggs, soft eggs and the like can be reduced, the feed consumption ratio can be improved, and the death rate of laying poultry can be reduced; wherein, the laying rate of laying poultry is more than 85.3 percent, the average egg weight is more than 63.5g, the egg breakage rate is less than 0.1 percent, the soft egg rate is less than 0.02 percent, the malformed egg rate is less than 0.6 percent, the dirty egg rate is less than 0.55 percent, the death rate of laying hens is 0, and the feed consumption ratio is less than 1.75.
As can be seen from the comparison between the example 1 and the comparative example 1, the meat-making structure fat provided by the invention has better effect, and can better improve the laying rate of laying poultry and the quality of eggs; as is clear from the comparison of examples and comparative examples 2 to 17, the amounts of the components of the present invention added need to be within the limits of the present invention to have a better technical effect.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to the present invention of the special laying fowl fat powder and the preparation method and application thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed method, that is, the present invention is not meant to be implemented by relying on the above detailed method. Claims (10)

1. The special fat powder for laying fowls is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
20-45 parts of vegetable oil, 2-5 parts of omega 3 fatty acid, 5-15 parts of meat-making structure fat, 1-10 parts of vitamin, 5-20 parts of lecithin, 1-10 parts of emulsifier, 10-25 parts of starch, 10-25 parts of soybean protein concentrate and 30-60 parts of carrier.
2. The powder of claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is a primary vegetable oil;
preferably, the vegetable oil comprises any one of coconut oil, soybean oil, palm kernel oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil or safflower seed oil or a combination of at least two of the above.
3. The special fat powder for laying fowls according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method of the meat-making structure fat comprises the steps of:
carrying out ester exchange reaction on vegetable oil, lauric acid and myristic acid to obtain the meat-making structure fat;
preferably, the vegetable oil comprises any one of soybean oil, palm oil or rapeseed oil or a combination of at least two thereof.
4. The laying fowl specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the laying fowl specific fat powder further comprises 1-10 parts of antioxidant;
preferably, the antioxidant is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of ethoxyquin, BHT, BHA or TBHQ.
5. The laying bird specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the vitamin comprises any one of carotenoid, vitamin D, microorganism E or vitamin K or a combination of at least two of them.

The laying fowl specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the emulsifier is selected from any one or combination of at least two of Quillaja Saponaria Molina extract, soluble soybean polysaccharide, citric acid fatty acid glyceride, lactic acid fatty acid glyceride or sucrose ester.
7. The special fat powder for laying fowls according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the carrier comprises the following components by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the carrier:
30-60 parts of puffed corn, 15-40 parts of coconut meal, 5-15 parts of rice bran meal, 5-15 parts of cottonseed meal and 5-15 parts of peanut meal.
8. The preparation method of the special laying fowl fat powder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing vegetable oil, omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) dissolving emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence in water to obtain mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier, drying, and mixing with an optional antioxidant to obtain the special laying fowl fat powder.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the temperature of the mixing in the step (1) is 40 to 70 ℃;
preferably, the water in the step (2) is softened water, and the dissolving temperature is 60-65 ℃;
preferably, the temperature of the mixing in the step (3) is 50-80 ℃;
preferably, the mixed phase in the step (4) is sprayed on the carrier after being vacuumized;
preferably, the spraying pressure is 1-10MPa, and the spraying speed is 1-10L/min.
10. Use of the laying bird specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-7 in a laying bird feed;
preferably, in the laying fowl feed, the addition amount of the special laying fowl fat powder is 1-5%.
