Abstract
The invention provides special fat powder for laying fowls, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the special fat powder comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-45 parts of vegetable oil, 2-5 parts of omega 3 fatty acid, 5-15 parts of meat-making structure fat, 1-10 parts of vitamin, 5-20 parts of lecithin, 1-10 parts of emulsifier, 10-25 parts of starch, 10-25 parts of soybean protein concentrate and 30-60 parts of carrier. The special fat powder for laying poultry provided by the invention provides balanced fatty acid nutrition, can solve the contradiction between the oil absorption rate and obesity, and prevents the occurrence of fatty liver of laying poultry; meanwhile, the fat powder provided by the invention can ensure that the egg shell of an egg is good in glossiness and compact in structure, and the laying rate can be maintained; furthermore, the fat powder provided by the invention can increase the egg laying number of laying poultry and prolong the egg laying period.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feeds, and relates to special fat powder for laying fowls, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The fat powder is a novel energy feed additive, is prepared from various oils (palm oil, coconut oil, etc.) and emulsifier by special processing, and is in powder form. Compared with common grease, the grease is rich in unsaturated fatty acid, has large metabolic energy value and high utilization rate of fat, is more convenient in the processes of packaging, transportation, storage, weighing, use and the like, and also has the advantages of no oxidation in summer, no solidification in winter and the like. In production, people apply the fat powder to animal feed and obtain good effect. Research shows that the fat powder can improve the quality of the meat chicken, reduce the feed conversion ratio, improve the carcass quality, improve the oxidation resistance of the chicken and the like. In addition, reports show that the fat powder can obviously improve the laying rate and the egg quality of the laying hens and obviously improve the feed cost.
However, in the prior art, soybean oil fat powder is added, although the laying rate of egg-laying poultry animals can be increased, the phenomena of over-standard egg-laying poultry fat and over-fat body weight are easy to occur; the reduction of the dosage of the soybean oil fat powder can cause the defect of the reduction of the egg yield, so the addition amount of the soybean oil in the laying fowl feed is in a frequently adjusted state, the operation is complicated, and the egg yield is frequently influenced. More than 60% of laying birds are corns, the addition amount of soybean oil fat powder is generally adjusted in hot weather, the addition of the soybean oil fat powder easily causes abdominal fat deposition to further influence the laying rate, the glossiness of eggshells is reduced, the nutritional value of eggs is influenced, and the incidence rate of fatty liver is increased.
CN102511664A discloses a fish oil feed additive and a production method thereof, which are mainly applied to proper addition in daily ration of poultry and livestock and functional supplementation in pet food with special requirements, wherein 60% of the fish oil feed additive is an oil phase, wherein 70-75% of fish oil accounts for the weight of the oil phase, 1-3% of soybean lecithin accounts for the total weight of the oil phase, 0.5-2% of hexa-polyglycerol fatty acid ester accounts for the total weight of the oil phase, and the balance is vegetable oil, 40% of the fish oil feed additive is a water phase, wherein 1-2% of lactalbumin accounts for the total weight of the water phase, 1-3% of cross-linked esterified modified starch accounts for the total weight of the water phase, 3-5% of calcium lactate, and the balance is water, the patent application focuses on the application of fish oil, and can be applied to poultry, but does not focus on the problems about laying rate and fat amount of laying poultry, CN105029096A discloses a poult fat powder and a preparation method thereof, wherein the poult fat powder mainly comprises the following linolenic acid components, 10-20 parts of palmitic acid, 1-3 parts of palmitoleic acid, 3-8 parts of stearic acid, 15-20 parts of oleic acid, 5 parts, 5-10 parts of linoleic acid, 0.5-0.5 parts of DHA-0.5 parts of arachidonic acid, and the like, and the application of vitamin C can be applied to the poultry feed additive for research on.
Therefore, the development of a special fat powder for laying fowls is required to meet the application requirements.

In the present invention, the meat analogue structure fat is 5 to 15 parts, such as 7 parts, 10 parts, 11 parts, 14 parts and the like.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the special fat powder for laying poultry according to the first aspect, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing vegetable oil, omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) dissolving emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence in water to obtain mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier, drying, and mixing with an optional antioxidant to obtain the special laying fowl fat powder.
Preferably, the temperature of the mixing in step (1) is 40-70 deg.C, such as 45 deg.C, 50 deg.C, 55 deg.C, 60 deg.C, 65 deg.C, etc.
Preferably, the water in step (2) is softened water, and the dissolving temperature is 60-65 ℃, such as 61 ℃, 62 ℃, 63 ℃, 64 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, the temperature of the mixing in step (3) is 50-80 deg.C, such as 55 deg.C, 59 deg.C, 64 deg.C, 68 deg.C, 72 deg.C, 77 deg.C, etc.
Preferably, the mixed phase in the step (4) is sprayed on the carrier after vacuum.

In a third aspect, the invention provides an application of the special fat powder for laying poultry according to the first aspect in laying poultry feed.
Preferably, in the laying bird feed, the addition amount of the laying bird special fat powder is 1-5%, such as 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5% and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(5) the fat powder provided by the invention can improve the resistance of laying poultry, particularly laying poultry aged more than 300 days;
(6) the fat powder provided by the invention can improve the nutritive value of eggs.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the following embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as the specific limitations of the present invention.
Preparation example 1
A meat-making structural ester is prepared by the following steps:
(1) respectively dehydrating and degassing soybean oil, lauric acid and myristic acid in vacuum, and mixing the soybean oil, the lauric acid and the myristic acid in a molar ratio of 1:5: 1;
(2) after the mixed reactant is placed in an environment at 60 ℃ and is balanced for 20min, adding lipase (Lipozyme RM IM), wherein the addition amount of the lipase is 5% of the total mass of the soybean oil, the lauric acid and the myristic acid, and then reacting for 4h at 60 ℃;
(3) and filtering to remove lipase while the reaction is hot after the reaction is stopped to obtain the meat-making structure ester.
Preparation example 2
The difference from preparation example 1 is that soybean oil was replaced with palm oil.

The difference from preparation example 1 is that soybean oil was replaced with rapeseed oil.

The special fat powder for the laying fowl comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20 parts of vegetable oil, 2 parts of omega 3 fatty acid, 5 parts of meat-making structure fat, 1 part of vitamin, 5 parts of lecithin, 1 part of emulsifier, 10 parts of starch, 10 parts of soybean protein concentrate, 1 part of antioxidant and 30 parts of carrier.

(1) heating vegetable oil to 40 ℃, then adding omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, mixing until completely dissolving, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) heating softened water to 60 ℃, adding an emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence, stirring and dissolving to obtain a mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase at 50 ℃, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) and (3) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier after vacuum, wherein the spraying pressure is 1MPa, and the spraying speed is 1L/min, so as to obtain solid powder, and then mixing the solid powder with an antioxidant, so as to obtain the special fat powder for the egg-laying poultry.
Example 2
The special fat powder for the laying fowl comprises the following components in parts by weight:
33 parts of vegetable oil, 4 parts of omega 3 fatty acid, 9 parts of meat-making structure fat, 4 parts of vitamin, 18 parts of lecithin, 8 parts of emulsifier, 19 parts of starch, 16 parts of soybean protein concentrate, 6 parts of antioxidant and 49 parts of carrier.

(1) heating vegetable oil to 70 ℃, then adding omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, mixing until completely dissolving, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) heating softened water to 65 ℃, adding an emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence, stirring and dissolving to obtain a mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase at 80 ℃, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) and (3) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier after vacuum, wherein the spraying pressure is 10MPa, and the spraying speed is 10L/min, so as to obtain solid powder, and then mixing the solid powder with an antioxidant, so as to obtain the special fat powder for the laying poultry.

(4) and (3) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier after vacuum, wherein the spraying pressure is 5MPa, and the spraying speed is 5L/min, so as to obtain solid powder, and then mixing the solid powder with an antioxidant, so as to obtain the special fat powder for the laying poultry.

(1) heating vegetable oil to 50 ℃, then adding omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, mixing until completely dissolving, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) heating softened water to 61 ℃, adding an emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence, stirring and dissolving to obtain a mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase at 60 ℃, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) and (3) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier after vacuum, wherein the spraying pressure is 4MPa, and the spraying speed is 8L/min, so as to obtain solid powder, and then mixing the solid powder with an antioxidant, so as to obtain the special fat powder for the laying poultry.
Example 5
The special fat powder for the laying fowl comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of vegetable oil, 4 parts of omega 3 fatty acid, 10 parts of meat-making structure fat, 8 parts of vitamin, 15 parts of lecithin, 6 parts of emulsifier, 20 parts of starch, 20 parts of soybean protein concentrate, 6 parts of antioxidant and 50 parts of carrier.
Wherein the vegetable oil is first-grade vegetable oil and is a combination of soybean oil and coconut oil in a mass ratio of 1: 3; omega 3 fatty acids were purchased from biosciences, kukungquan, shandong; the meat analogue structure fat was the meat analogue structure fat provided in preparation example 3; the vitamin is the combination of VD and carotene with the mass ratio of 1: 1; the emulsifier is lactic acid fatty glyceride, and is purchased from Baiying biotechnology limited of Jiangxi; the antioxidant is TBHQ; the soybean protein concentrate was obtained from Xiamen Huijia Biotech Co.
Wherein, the carrier comprises the following components by weight part of 100 parts of the carrier:
40 parts of puffed corn, 20 parts of coconut meal, 8 parts of rice bran meal, 8 parts of cottonseed meal and 12 parts of peanut meal.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) heating vegetable oil to 55 ℃, then adding omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, mixing until completely dissolving, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) heating softened water to 63 ℃, adding an emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence, stirring and dissolving to obtain a mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase at 65 ℃, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) and (3) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier after vacuum, wherein the spraying pressure is 8MPa, and the spraying speed is 4L/min, so as to obtain solid powder, and then mixing the solid powder with an antioxidant, so as to obtain the special fat powder for the egg-laying poultry.
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 1 is that in this comparative example, the meat-making structure ester was replaced with an OPO structure ester (Qingdao Haizyuan Life technologies, Ltd.).
Comparative examples 2 to 3
The difference from example 1 is that in this comparative example, the addition amount of the vegetable oil was 15 parts (comparative example 2) and 50 parts (comparative example 3).

The difference from example 1 is that in this comparative example, the vitamin is added in an amount of 0.1 part (comparative example 12) and 15 parts (comparative example 13).

Performance testing
The fat powders provided in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 17 were subjected to a performance test as follows:
(1) animal experiments: animal experiments were performed as follows;
experimental materials: 460 brown-shell laying hens of 300 days old are selected, the production performance of the brown-shell laying hens is completely consistent, the weights of the brown-shell laying hens are not obviously different, the brown-shell laying hens are divided into 23 treatment groups randomly, each treatment group is provided with two repeated groups, and each repeated group is provided with 10 brown-shell laying hens.
The feeding method comprises the following steps: in the test pre-feeding period of 2 weeks, health observation is carried out, production performance analysis is carried out on each experimental group, and the difference among the groups is not significant; after the pre-feeding period is finished, the materials are gradually changed, and after the pre-feeding period is adapted for 5 days, a formal test is carried out, wherein the test period is 5 weeks.
According to the conventional method, the feed is freely eaten and drunk, feces are timely cleared, the illumination is carried out for 16 hours every day, 3 percent of fat powder (provided by the embodiment and the comparative example) is added into the feed, and the basic daily ration is noon-layer chicken feed purchased from noon agriculture and grazing group feed limited company in Hebei.
Test items:
after the experiment is started, repeatedly recording the feed consumption, the egg laying number, the soft egg number and the broken egg number every day, and respectively weighing and recording the weights of the eggs; observing the health condition of the laying hens at any time, and recording the death and culling rate.
a) The laying rate is calculated according to the total egg laying amount/(the number of chicken × test days) × 100% of the total egg laying amount;
b) average egg weight: calculating according to the total egg weight/total egg number;
c) the broken/soft/abnormal/dirty egg rate is calculated according to the percentage of × 100 percent of broken/soft/abnormal/dirty egg number/total egg number in the test period;
d) the mortality rate is calculated according to × 100% of the number of dead laying hens/the total number of the dead laying hens;
e) the feed consumption ratio is calculated according to the feed intake (g/d.only)/(average egg weight × laying rate (%));
the test results are shown in table 1:

According to the embodiment and the performance test, the special fat powder for laying poultry can improve the laying rate of the laying poultry, and further improve the benefit; the quality of eggs can be improved, deformed eggs, bad eggs, soft eggs and the like can be reduced, the feed consumption ratio can be improved, and the death rate of laying poultry can be reduced; wherein, the laying rate of laying poultry is more than 85.3 percent, the average egg weight is more than 63.5g, the egg breakage rate is less than 0.1 percent, the soft egg rate is less than 0.02 percent, the malformed egg rate is less than 0.6 percent, the dirty egg rate is less than 0.55 percent, the death rate of laying hens is 0, and the feed consumption ratio is less than 1.75.
As can be seen from the comparison between the example 1 and the comparative example 1, the meat-making structure fat provided by the invention has better effect, and can better improve the laying rate of laying poultry and the quality of eggs; as is clear from the comparison of examples and comparative examples 2 to 17, the amounts of the components of the present invention added need to be within the limits of the present invention to have a better technical effect.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to the present invention of the special laying fowl fat powder and the preparation method and application thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed method, that is, the present invention is not meant to be implemented by relying on the above detailed method. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The special fat powder for laying fowls is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
20-45 parts of vegetable oil, 2-5 parts of omega 3 fatty acid, 5-15 parts of meat-making structure fat, 1-10 parts of vitamin, 5-20 parts of lecithin, 1-10 parts of emulsifier, 10-25 parts of starch, 10-25 parts of soybean protein concentrate and 30-60 parts of carrier.
2. The powder of claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil is a primary vegetable oil;
preferably, the vegetable oil comprises any one of coconut oil, soybean oil, palm kernel oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, linseed oil, sunflower seed oil or safflower seed oil or a combination of at least two of the above.
3. The special fat powder for laying fowls according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation method of the meat-making structure fat comprises the steps of:
carrying out ester exchange reaction on vegetable oil, lauric acid and myristic acid to obtain the meat-making structure fat;
preferably, the vegetable oil comprises any one of soybean oil, palm oil or rapeseed oil or a combination of at least two thereof.
4. The laying fowl specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the laying fowl specific fat powder further comprises 1-10 parts of antioxidant;
preferably, the antioxidant is selected from any one or a combination of at least two of ethoxyquin, BHT, BHA or TBHQ.
5. The laying bird specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the vitamin comprises any one of carotenoid, vitamin D, microorganism E or vitamin K or a combination of at least two of them.
6. The laying fowl specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the emulsifier is selected from any one or combination of at least two of Quillaja Saponaria Molina extract, soluble soybean polysaccharide, citric acid fatty acid glyceride, lactic acid fatty acid glyceride or sucrose ester.
7. The special fat powder for laying fowls according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the carrier comprises the following components by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the carrier:
30-60 parts of puffed corn, 15-40 parts of coconut meal, 5-15 parts of rice bran meal, 5-15 parts of cottonseed meal and 5-15 parts of peanut meal.
8. The preparation method of the special laying fowl fat powder according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing vegetable oil, omega 3 fatty acid, meat-making structure fat, vitamins and lecithin, and carrying out homogenizing and emulsifying treatment to obtain a mixed oil phase;
(2) dissolving emulsifier, starch and soybean concentrated essence in water to obtain mixed water phase;
(3) mixing the mixed oil phase and the mixed water phase, and carrying out homogenization three-stage emulsification treatment to obtain a mixed phase;
(4) spraying the mixed phase onto a carrier, drying, and mixing with an optional antioxidant to obtain the special laying fowl fat powder.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the temperature of the mixing in the step (1) is 40 to 70 ℃;
preferably, the water in the step (2) is softened water, and the dissolving temperature is 60-65 ℃;
preferably, the temperature of the mixing in the step (3) is 50-80 ℃;
preferably, the mixed phase in the step (4) is sprayed on the carrier after being vacuumized;
preferably, the spraying pressure is 1-10MPa, and the spraying speed is 1-10L/min.
10. Use of the laying bird specific fat powder according to any one of claims 1-7 in a laying bird feed;
preferably, in the laying fowl feed, the addition amount of the special laying fowl fat powder is 1-5%.
