Description

Daily ration for yellow-feathered broilers of 21-39 days old and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed production, in particular to a daily ration for yellow-feathered broilers of 21-39 days old and a method for preparing the daily ration.
Background
The yellow-feathered broilers have the characteristics of strong stress resistance, beautiful body appearance, good meat quality and the like, and are the dominant breeding breed of the broilers in two broad areas (Guangdong and Guangxi). The fast-growing yellow-feathered broilers refer to yellow-feathered broilers which are generally bred for about 63 days and have the body weight of about 1.5 kg. The feeding method is divided into three stages, namely 1-20 days old, 21-39 days old and 40-marketing (about 63 days old). According to the growth and development requirements of yellow-feathered broilers, high-energy and high-protein-level breeding is generally adopted in order to obtain economic benefits to the maximum extent. Although China is wide in region and has numerous natural resources, protein feed resources are deficient, and millions of tons of soybean meal or soybeans are imported from foreign countries every year to serve as feed proteins. And the high-protein daily ration is not beneficial to environmental protection and high cost, so people begin to turn to the research of the low-protein daily ration.
Compared with the high-protein daily ration, the low-protein daily ration has the advantages of saving protein resources, saving cost, controlling environmental pollution and the like, and is more in line with the national conditions of China and the sustainable development requirement of animal husbandry. From the aspects of paying attention to environmental protection, controlling diseases, saving feed protein resources and ensuring normal production performance of animals, the invention develops and applies research on the low-protein daily ration of yellow-feathered broilers.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the daily ration for the yellow-feathered broilers of 21-39 days old, which is used for solving one or more technical problems in the prior art and at least providing a beneficial choice or creating conditions.
A daily ration for 21-39-day-old yellow-feathered broilers comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 64.50-65.00 percent of corn, 23.00-24.00 percent of soybean meal, 3.00-5.00 percent of corn protein powder, 2.00-2.50 percent of lard, 0.20-0.50 percent of salt, 1.00-2.00 percent of stone powder, 1.00-1.50 percent of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.25-0.35 percent of lysine hydrochloride, 0.20-0.25 percent of DL methionine, 0.05-0.10 percent of threonine, 0.01-0.06 percent of tryptophan and 1.50 percent of premix for broiler.
Further, the broiler chicken premix comprises 0.04% of broiler chicken multivitamin, 0.04% of vitamin E, 0.01% of phytase, 0.02% of antioxidant, 0.03% of betaine, 0.005% of haematochrome, 0.05% of yellow pigment, 0.08% of choline chloride, 0.1% of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 0.1% of poultry ore, 0.15% of acidifier, 0.02% of phytosterol and the balance of carrier, wherein the carrier is zeolite powder and/or rice hull powder.
Further, the broiler chicken multi-vitamin composition is as follows: 5000IU of vitamin A, 2000IU of vitamin D3, 0.5mg of vitamin K3, 2mg of vitamin B1, 10mg of vitamin B2, 3.5mg of vitamin B6, 0.01mg of vitamin B12, 25mg of calcium pantothenate, 60mg of nicotinic acid and 0.2mg of biotin, and the balance of carriers, wherein the carriers are zeolite powder and rice hull powder.
Further, the composition of the poultry ore is as follows: each 1kg of premix contains 8g of copper, 80g of iron, 60g of zinc, 80mg of manganese, 0.15mg of selenium and 0.35mg of iodine, and the balance is a carrier which is zeolite powder and rice hull powder.
Further, the antioxidant consists of 15% of ethoxyquinoline and silicon dioxide, and takes zeolite powder as a carrier.
Further, the acidifier is prepared from 20% of benzoic acid, 10% of lactic acid, 5% of phosphoric acid and 20% of propionic acid, and the balance is a carrier, wherein the carrier is prepared by mixing zeolite powder and silicon dioxide. .
On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the daily ration for the yellow-feathered broilers of 21-39 days old, which comprises the following steps:
1) crushing raw materials: weighing corn, soybean meal, corn protein powder, stone powder and calcium hydrogen phosphate according to the weight parts, crushing, and sieving by a crushing sieve with the aperture of 2.5 mm;
2) preparing a broiler premix and adding lysine hydrochloride, DL methionine, threonine and tryptophan;
3) adding the crushed raw materials, the prepared broiler premix and half of the using amount of the lard into a granulator for mixing granulation, spraying the other half of the using amount of the lard onto the surface of the granulated feed through a spraying device, and finally sieving and cooling to obtain a finished product.
The process for preparing the broiler premix comprises the following steps: adding the broiler chicken multivitamins, vitamin E, phytase, antioxidant, betaine, haematochrome, yellow pigment, choline chloride, anhydrous sodium sulphate, poultry ore, acidifier, phytosterol and a carrier into a premix mixer according to the quality requirement for mixing.
The granulation process comprises the following steps: granulating with ring membrane of 3mm pore diameter under the conditions of steam pressure of 0.2-0.4Mpa and granulating temperature of 83 deg.C.
The invention reduces the protein content by 1.5% on the premise of keeping the daily ration energy unchanged, and keeps the contents of the four main limiting amino acids in the daily ration unchanged by adding the synthetic lysine, the methionine, the threonine and the tryptophan. Although the protein content is reduced and the cost is low, the production performance of yellow-feathered broilers is not reduced, and the economic benefit is obviously improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. by utilizing the principle of amino acid balance, the content of the necessary amino acid in the daily ration is kept unchanged by adding the synthetic amino acid, so that the content of protein in the daily ration can be reduced, the method has the advantages of saving protein resources, reducing cost, discharging nitrogen in constructed excrement, reducing environmental pollution and the like, obviously increases the economic benefit of cultivation, and meets the current requirements of clean and economical society development in China.
2. The content of protein in the daily ration is reduced, so that the using amount of soybean meal in the daily ration or the using amount of other protein-containing feed raw materials can be reduced. The general protein raw materials contain anti-nutritional factors, for example, the bean pulp contains protein antigens, so that the use amount of the protein antigens is reduced, the health of animals is facilitated, and the growth performance of the animals is improved.
3. The soybean meal resources in China are in short supply, a large amount of soybeans or soybean meal are imported to the United states every year for feed production, and the use amount of the soybean meal is reduced by low-protein daily ration preparation, so that the progress situation of the protein resources in China can be relieved, and the allocation of the production resources in China is facilitated.

(3.1) influence of different protein diets on growth performance of yellow-feathered broilers
The growth performance measurement and statistical results of the yellow-feathered broilers of the comparative control group and the experimental group of the examples are shown in the table 4. From the data in table 4, it can be seen that: the broiler chickens in the group A (normal control group) and the group C (test group in example 1) are obviously higher in daily weight gain and daily feed intake than those in the group B (control group in comparative example 1) (P is less than 0.05) after being aged for 21-39 days; the feed weight ratio of the broilers in the group A (normal control group) and the group C (test group in example 1) is obviously lower than that in the group B (control group in comparative example 1) (P is less than 0.05). The results show that the daily ration protein content is reduced by 1.5 points, and four essential amino acids of lysine, methionine, tryptophan and threonine are added, so that the growth performance of the broiler chicken can reach the normal proteome level.
