Description

Passive continuous water changing device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a passive continuous water changing device, and belongs to the technical field of aquarium equipment.
Background
When the aquarium is used, water is generally required to be changed, if the aquarium is not changed for a long time, nitrous acid components in water are too much due to recycling, the using effect of the aquarium is affected, the growth state of ornamental fishes is affected, and serious water quality changes caused by too long water changing period or water changing cause death of a large number of ornamental fishes and shrimps. The existing water changing method and water changing mode have a man-made construction method and an automatic control method. The manual water changing means that whether the water quantity of the circulating water in the aquarium is sufficient or not is manually observed, and whether the water needs to be changed or not is judged according to whether the impurities are excessive or not. Or the circulating water in the aquarium is replaced according to a certain proportion at regular intervals. This solution, although also able to solve the problem of replacing the water in the aquarium, has evident drawbacks: the automatic operation cannot be finished, continuous observation and operation are needed in a manual mode, and more human resources are wasted; in addition, because the manual water replacement is to replace a large amount of water in a short time, large water quality fluctuation is generated, and the negative effects on aquatic organisms including fishes, shrimps and aquatic plants are large. In order to overcome such problems, an automatic water changing apparatus has now been invented with a control function that can control whether to change water and the amount of the automatic water changing according to the change of the composition of water in the aquarium. However, this method requires setting a certain threshold value, and water change is started when the threshold value is exceeded, and water change is not performed when the threshold value is less than the threshold value. If this value is set too large, it will also cause fluctuations in the water quality in the aquarium. If the threshold is set to be too small, the control device and the control system can be switched between the starting state and the stopping state very frequently, and the service life is greatly prolonged. Moreover, the threshold value cannot be set very small due to system accuracy problems, and thus, slight fluctuations in the water quality in the aquarium can still result. In addition, due to the fact that the control system and the device are equipped, a corresponding power supply is required to be used as energy, and energy conservation and emission reduction are not facilitated. And the reliability of the system will be reduced due to the use of electronic components.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and specific embodiments:
the invention relates to a passive continuous water changing device, in particular to an aquarium device, and particularly relates to an improved water changing device of an aquarium.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the water changing device comprises an aquarium 2 and a continuous water changing device 1. The continuous water changing device 1 comprises a top cylinder 12 for containing purified water and a bottom cylinder 17 for containing sewage. The top cylinder 12 is installed at a height higher than that of the bottom cylinder 17, and the top cylinder 12 and the bottom cylinder 17 are generally installed in a vertical position. The clear water in the top tank 12 is used for injection into the aquarium 2 and the lowermost end of the top tank 12 needs to be higher than the aquarium 2. The height of the bottom cylinder 17 is preferably set to be not higher than that of the aquarium 2. Further, it is preferable that the volume of the bottom cylinder 17 is larger than that of the top cylinder 12 so that the bottom cylinder 17 can entirely contain the entire discharged wastewater. The volume of water injected into the top tank 12 corresponds to the volume of water discharged from the aquarium 2.
As shown in fig. 9, further includes a frame 11. The frame 11 is used for mounting a top cylinder 12 and a bottom cylinder 17. The frame 11 is a hollow hexahedral structure, and one side of the frame is an opening. The top cylinder 17 is installed on the upper end surface of the frame 11, the bottom cylinder 17 is installed in the frame 11 below the top cylinder 12, and the bottom cylinder 17 is placed into the frame 11 from the opening. A through hole 111 is provided on the upper end surface of the frame 11 so that the hose 161 can extend downward after passing through the frame 11.
The lower part of the top cylinder 12 is communicated with a water pipe 13, and the water pipe 13 extends to the upper end of the aquarium 2 to enable the water in the top cylinder 12 to flow into the aquarium 2. A miniature manual regulating valve 14 is arranged on the water conveying pipe 13, so that the water flow can be regulated, and the continuous replacement of the micro water is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the bottom tank 17 is communicated with the aquarium 2 by a communication pipe 16, and the sewage in the aquarium 2 is discharged into the bottom tank 17 by the principle of the communication pipe. As shown in fig. 5, a pressing elastic bag 162 is provided in the communication pipe 16 for actuating the communication pipe 16 so that the communication pipe 16 forms a communication vessel. The pressing elastic bag 162 is installed in such a direction that the circulating water in the aquarium 2 flows into the bottom tub.
In order to prevent the siphon backflow phenomenon of the communicating pipe 16 during operation, the anti-siphon sleeve 172 is arranged in the bottom cylinder 17, so that the height of the anti-siphon sleeve 172 is smaller than that of the bottom cylinder 17, and the anti-siphon effect is better achieved. The portion of the communication pipe 16 located in the bottom cylinder is inserted into the anti-siphon bush 172. As shown in fig. 7 and 8. The height of the anti-siphon sleeve 172 should be equal to the height of the target level in the aquarium 2 during the water change, or slightly above the level of the aquarium 2, but not above the top of the aquarium 2 to prevent the circulating water in the aquarium from overflowing. In fig. 8, the bottom cylinder 17 includes a main cylinder 171 and an anti-siphon bushing 172 located inside the main cylinder 171.
In a particular implementation, it is preferable to ensure that the height of the anti-siphon sleeve 172 is not lower than the height of the liquid level in the aquarium 2, and not higher than the top of the aquarium 2.
The water pipe 13 is located at the bottom of the top tank 12, and clean water is injected from above the aquarium 2. The water inlet end of the communicating pipe 16 is positioned at the bottom of the aquarium 2, and the wastewater with impurities can be extracted from the bottom of the aquarium 2.
The invention also comprises a pipe clamp 15, wherein the pipe clamp 15 is arranged at the top end of the side wall of the aquarium 2, and the pipe clamp 15 is used for fixing the communicating pipe 16 at the upper end of the side wall of the aquarium 2. As shown in fig. 6, the pipe clamp 15 includes a C-shaped wedge 151 and a sleeve 152 integrally provided on an outer side surface of the C-shaped wedge 151. Wherein the C-shaped wedge 151 is inversely clamped on the upper end of the side wall of the aquarium 2, and the sleeve 152 is positioned inside the aquarium 2 when the C-shaped wedge 151 is installed. After the tube clamp 15 is installed in place, the water tube 13 is inserted into the sleeve 152 and extends to the bottom of the aquarium 2.
The passive continuous water changing device provided by the invention does not depend on any external energy source, and can realize continuous and trace replacement of circulating water of the aquarium by utilizing the principle of the communicating vessel under the action of gravity, thereby ensuring the stability of the circulating water quality. The invention has the anti-siphon structure, so that the circulating water can not be discharged additionally due to the siphon effect, and the device also has the function of keeping the liquid level of the aquarium stable. Fig. 10 is a schematic liquid level diagram, and the specific working principle and working mode of the invention are as follows:
the top cylinder 17 is filled with new replacement water and discharged into the aquarium 2 through the water pipe 13 by gravity. According to the size of the water body of the aquarium 2, a miniature manual regulating valve 14 is adopted to regulate the water changing flow and is fixedly used. Continuous manual pressure on the squeeze elastic bag 162 allows the water in the aquarium 2 to be discharged into the anti-siphon tube 172 through the hose 161, and since the volume of the anti-siphon tube 172 is very small, the anti-siphon tube can be filled after a limited number of squeezes, and at this time, the squeezing can be stopped. The siphon prevention sleeve 172 and the aquarium 2 constitute a communicating vessel by means of the communicating tube 16. According to the principle of the communicating vessel, the liquid levels of the two will be kept consistent. When water enters the aquarium 2 in the top tank 12, the liquid level in the anti-siphon tube 172 will always be the same as the liquid level in the aquarium 2 under the principle of the communicating vessel, so that as long as water enters the aquarium 2 in the top tank 12, the liquid level slightly rises, and the liquid level in the anti-siphon tube 172 also rises. Since the height of the anti-siphon tube 172 is identical to the height of the liquid level in the aquarium 2, the excessive water overflows into the bottom tub as long as the liquid level is changed. Due to the connector principle, the water in the aquarium 2 is always in line with the liquid level in the anti-siphon sleeve 172, i.e., the liquid level is always maintained at the top of the anti-siphon sleeve 172. With the water in the top tank 12 injected, a gradual replacement of the circulating water in the aquarium 2 can be achieved without the need for an external energy source.
The water changing speed can be adjusted according to the water content, and even the water changing speed can be adjusted to be trickling in order to keep the water quality stable. Or, the new water discharging speed of the top cylinder 12 into the aquarium 2 is adjusted according to the time of the water adding cycle or the time of the outgoing time before going out, or the water adding cycle of the top cylinder 12. For safety reasons, the bottom tank 17 is removed and the waste water is poured out each time before the top tank 12 is filled with water.
In addition to the steady water change, the aquarium 2 water will evaporate a portion, which will replenish the evaporation capacity and keep the liquid level always at the same height as the anti-siphon tube.
The above embodiments of the present invention are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the use of the present invention.
