after receiving the request for obtaining the basic information of the user vehicle, the vehicle data server determines whether the vehicle data server stores the basic information of the user vehicle, if so, step 307 is executed, and if not, step 308 is executed. 307. The vehicle data server sends basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device;
it should be noted that step 307 is similar to step 203 in the embodiment described in fig. 2, and is not described again here.
308. The vehicle data server sends prompt information to the intelligent diagnosis device, wherein the prompt information is used for instructing a user to register basic information of the user vehicle on the vehicle data server through a user terminal;
when the vehicle data server does not store the basic information of the user vehicle, the vehicle data server may send a prompt message to the intelligent diagnosis device, and the prompt message is used to instruct the user to register the basic information of the user vehicle on the vehicle data server through the user terminal.
Specifically, in order to guide the user to smoothly complete the operation, when the basic information of the user vehicle is not registered on the vehicle data server, and when the intelligent diagnosis device receives the prompt information sent by the vehicle data server, the intelligent diagnosis device may further prompt the user to register the basic information of the user vehicle on the vehicle data server through the user terminal in an audible and visual manner. Such as: when the vehicle information is not registered, a red light can be lightened on the intelligent diagnosis device, and a voice prompt of 'good please register the vehicle information through the user terminal so as to finish the diagnosis of the vehicle and thank you' is given.
309. The intelligent diagnosis device receives the basic information of the user vehicle and determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
310. the intelligent diagnosis device diagnoses the system to be diagnosed, generates a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploads the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server;
311. the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to the user terminal.

In the embodiment of the application, when the intelligent diagnosis device detects that the user vehicle accesses, the intelligent diagnosis device acquires the unique identification code of the user vehicle; the intelligent diagnosis device sends a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to the vehicle data server according to the unique identification code; when the vehicle data server stores the basic information of the user vehicle, the vehicle data server sends the basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device; the intelligent diagnosis device receives the basic information of the user vehicle and determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle; the intelligent diagnosis device diagnoses the system to be diagnosed, generates a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploads the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to the user terminal. In the embodiment of the application, the user terminal establishes the communication connection with the vehicle data server, and the vehicle data server establishes the communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the automatic diagnosis of the user vehicle by the user terminal through the intelligent diagnosis device is realized, the limitation of working time of professional maintenance personnel and maintenance places is avoided, and the convenience of vehicle diagnosis is improved.
And secondly, before the vehicle data server receives the vehicle basic information acquisition request sent by the intelligent diagnosis device, the vehicle data server identifies the identity information of the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the safety of the user vehicle data on the vehicle data server is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the intelligent diagnosis method for a vehicle according to the present invention is described from the perspective of a single side (intelligent diagnosis apparatus), and another embodiment of the intelligent diagnosis method for a vehicle according to the present invention includes:
401. when the access of a user vehicle is detected, acquiring a unique identification code of the user vehicle;
402. sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
403. receiving basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
404. and diagnosing the system to be diagnosed, generating a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploading the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
It should be noted that the function of the intelligent diagnosis device in the embodiment of the present application is similar to that of the intelligent diagnosis device in the embodiment described in fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5, the method for intelligently diagnosing a vehicle in the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below based on the embodiment described in fig. 4, where another embodiment of the method for intelligently diagnosing a vehicle in the embodiment of the present application includes:
501. when the access of a user vehicle is detected, acquiring a unique identification code of the user vehicle;
502. sending an access request to a vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server verifies the identity of the intelligent diagnosis device according to the access request, if the verification is passed, executing a step 503, and if the verification is not passed, executing a step 504;
503. if the verification is passed, establishing communication connection with the vehicle data server, and sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to the vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
504. if the verification fails, receiving a prompt for refusing to establish communication connection sent by the vehicle data server;
505. receiving basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;

It should be noted that the function of the intelligent diagnosis device in this embodiment is similar to that of the intelligent diagnosis device in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, when the intelligent diagnosis device detects that a user vehicle accesses, the unique identification code of the user vehicle is acquired; sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code; receiving basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle; and diagnosing the system to be diagnosed, generating a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploading the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal. In the embodiment of the application, when the intelligent diagnosis device detects the electric connection of the user vehicle, the communication connection with the vehicle data server is established, the system diagnosis of the user vehicle is automatically completed, and the diagnosis report is uploaded to the vehicle data server after the diagnosis is completed, so that the automatic diagnosis of the user vehicle is realized, and the convenience of vehicle diagnosis is improved.
Next, the intelligent diagnosis method for a vehicle in the embodiment of the present application is described from the perspective of a single side (vehicle data server), referring to fig. 6, where another embodiment of the intelligent diagnosis method for a vehicle in the embodiment of the present application includes:
601. receiving a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by an intelligent diagnosis device;
602. judging whether basic information of the user vehicle exists or not; if yes, go to step 603, otherwise go to step 605;
603. sending the basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed and generates a diagnosis report;
604. receiving the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis device, and pushing the diagnosis report to the user terminal;

It should be noted that the role of the vehicle data server in this embodiment is similar to that of the vehicle data server in the embodiment described in fig. 2, and is not described herein again.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the following describes in detail the vehicle intelligent diagnosis method in the embodiment of the present application from the perspective of the vehicle data server, and referring to fig. 7, another embodiment of the vehicle intelligent diagnosis method in the embodiment of the present application includes:
701. receiving an access request of the intelligent diagnosis device, performing identity verification on the intelligent diagnosis device according to the access request, and executing a step 702 if the verification is passed; if the verification fails, go to step 703;
702. establishing communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device, and receiving a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by the intelligent diagnosis device;
703. refusing to establish a communication connection with the intelligent diagnostic device;
704. judging whether basic information of the user vehicle is stored, if so, executing step 705, otherwise, executing step 707;
705. sending the basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed and generates a diagnosis report;

In the embodiment of the application, a vehicle data server receives a basic information acquisition request of a user vehicle sent by an intelligent diagnosis device; when the vehicle data server stores the basic information of the user vehicle, the basic information of the user vehicle is sent to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed and generates a diagnosis report; and receiving the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis device, and pushing the diagnosis report to the user terminal. In the embodiment of the application, the communication connection between the vehicle data server and the user terminal and the communication connection between the vehicle data server and the intelligent diagnosis device are established, so that the automatic diagnosis of the intelligent diagnosis device for the vehicle of the user is realized, and the convenience of vehicle diagnosis is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, an embodiment of an intelligent diagnosis device in an embodiment of the present application includes:
a detection acquisition unit 801 for acquiring a unique identification code of a user vehicle when access of the user vehicle is detected;
a first sending unit 802, configured to send a basic information obtaining request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
a receiving and determining unit 803, configured to receive the basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determine a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
the diagnosis unit 804 is configured to diagnose the system to be diagnosed, generate a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and upload the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
Preferably, the intelligent diagnosis apparatus further comprises:
a second sending unit 805, configured to send an access request to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server verifies an identity of the intelligent diagnostic apparatus according to the access request;
the establishing unit 806 is configured to establish a communication connection with the vehicle data server when the verification is passed, and send a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to the vehicle data server.
Preferably, when the intelligent diagnosis device has no working power supply, the intelligent diagnosis device accesses the vehicle through an on-board diagnostic system of the OBD of the user vehicle, and obtains the working power supply from the on-board diagnostic system of the OBD of the vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, when the detection acquisition unit 801 detects that a user vehicle accesses, the unique identification code of the user vehicle is acquired; according to the unique identification code, a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle is sent to a vehicle data server through a first sending unit 802; receiving, by a reception determination unit 803, the basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle; the system to be diagnosed is diagnosed through the diagnosis unit 804, and after the diagnosis is finished, a diagnosis report is generated and uploaded to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal. In the embodiment of the application, when the intelligent diagnosis device detects the electric connection of the user vehicle, the communication connection with the vehicle data server is established, the system diagnosis of the user vehicle is automatically completed, and the diagnosis report is uploaded to the vehicle data server after the diagnosis is completed, so that the automatic diagnosis of the user vehicle is realized, and the convenience of vehicle diagnosis is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, a vehicle data server in a vehicle intelligent diagnosis system in an embodiment of the present application is described below, where an embodiment of the vehicle data server in the embodiment of the present application includes:
a first receiving unit 901 configured to receive a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle transmitted by the intelligent diagnostic apparatus;
a determination unit 902 for determining whether or not the basic information of the user vehicle is stored;
a first sending unit 903, configured to send, when the vehicle data server stores basic information of the user vehicle, the basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed, and generates a diagnosis report;
a second receiving unit 904, configured to receive the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis apparatus, and push the diagnosis report to the user terminal.
Preferably, the vehicle data server further includes:
a second sending unit 905, configured to send, when the vehicle data server does not store the basic information of the user vehicle, a prompt message to the intelligent diagnostic apparatus, where the prompt message is used to instruct a user to register the basic information of the user vehicle on the vehicle data server through the user terminal.
Preferably, the vehicle data server further includes:
a third receiving unit 906, configured to receive an access request sent by the intelligent diagnostic apparatus, and check an identity of the intelligent diagnostic apparatus according to the access request;
an establishing unit 907 configured to establish a communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device and receive a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by the intelligent diagnosis device when the verification passes;
a rejecting unit 908 configured to reject establishment of a communication connection with the intelligent diagnostic apparatus when the verification fails.
In the embodiment of the present application, a first receiving unit 901 receives a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by an intelligent diagnostic apparatus; when the vehicle data server stores the basic information of the user vehicle, the basic information of the user vehicle is sent to the intelligent diagnosis device through a first sending unit 903, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed, and generates a diagnosis report; and receiving the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis device, and pushing the diagnosis report to the user terminal. In the embodiment of the application, the communication connection between the vehicle data server and the user terminal and the communication connection between the vehicle data server and the intelligent diagnosis device are established, so that the automatic diagnosis of the intelligent diagnosis device for the vehicle of the user is realized, and the convenience of vehicle diagnosis is improved.
The intelligent diagnosis device and the vehicle data server in the embodiment of the present application are described above from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the intelligent diagnosis device in the embodiment of the present application is described below from the perspective of hardware processing, please refer to fig. 10, the intelligent diagnosis device may be any terminal device including a computer, a PAD, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like, and an embodiment of the intelligent diagnosis device entity hardware device in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the intelligent diagnosis device 1000 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 1010 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 1020, where the memory 1020 stores one or more applications or data. Memory 1020 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the memory 1020 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a sequence of instructions for operating in the user terminal. Further, the processor 1010 may be configured to communicate with the memory 1020, and execute a series of instruction operations in the memory 1020 on the user terminal 1000.
The smart diagnostic device 1000 may also include one or more power supplies 1030, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1040, one or more input-output interfaces 1050, and/or one or more operating systems, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, and the like.
Specifically, the processor 1010, when executing the computer program stored in the memory 1020, may implement the following steps:
when the access of a user vehicle is detected, acquiring a unique identification code of the user vehicle; sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code; receiving basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle; and diagnosing the system to be diagnosed, generating a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploading the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal.

Referring to fig. 11, a vehicle data server in an embodiment of the present application is described below from a hardware processing perspective, and an embodiment of a server entity hardware device in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the vehicle data server 1100 may include one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs) 1110 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 1120, the memory 1120 having one or more applications or data stored therein. The memory 1120 may be a transient storage or a persistent storage, among others. The program stored in the memory 1120 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a sequence of instructions operating on a server. Still further, a central processor 1110 may be provided in communication with the memory 1020 for executing a series of instruction operations in the memory 1120 on the server 1100.
The vehicle data server 1100 may also include one or more power supplies 1130, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1140, one or more input-output interfaces 1150, and/or one or more operating systems, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, etc.
Specifically, the central processing unit 1110, when executing the computer program stored in the memory 1120, may implement the following steps:
receiving a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by an intelligent diagnosis device; judging whether basic information of the user vehicle is stored or not; if so, sending basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed and generates a diagnosis report; and receiving the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis device, and pushing the diagnosis report to a user terminal.

It is understood that, no matter on the intelligent diagnosis device or on the vehicle data server side, the processor may also implement the functions of the units in the corresponding device embodiments when executing the computer program, and details are not described herein. Illustratively, the computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program in the intelligent diagnosis device/vehicle data server. For example, the computer program may be divided into units in the above-described intelligent diagnosis apparatus, and each unit may realize specific functions as described in the above-described respective intelligent diagnosis apparatus.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like which is the control center for the computer device and which connects the various parts of the overall computer device using various interfaces and lines.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement various functions of the computer device by running or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory and invoking data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. In addition, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium for implementing the functions on the intelligent diagnosis apparatus side, on which a computer program is stored, and a processor, when the computer program is executed by the processor, may be used to implement the vehicle diagnosis method as described in fig. 5.
The present application also provides another computer-readable storage medium for implementing a function on the side of a vehicle data server, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the processor may implement the vehicle diagnosis method as described in fig. 7.
It will be appreciated that the integrated units, if implemented as software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a corresponding one of the computer readable storage media. Based on such understanding, all or part of the flow of the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and used by a processor to implement the steps of the above embodiments of the method. Wherein the computer program comprises computer program code, which may be in the form of source code, object code, an executable file or some intermediate form, etc. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying the computer program code, recording medium, usb disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), electrical carrier wave signals, telecommunications signals, software distribution medium, and the like.   1. A vehicle diagnostic method, characterized in that the method comprises:
    when an intelligent diagnosis device detects that a user vehicle accesses, the intelligent diagnosis device acquires a unique identification code of the user vehicle;
    the intelligent diagnosis device sends a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
    when the vehicle data server stores the basic information of the user vehicle, the vehicle data server sends the basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device;
    the intelligent diagnosis device receives the basic information of the user vehicle and determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
    the intelligent diagnosis device diagnoses the system to be diagnosed, generates a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploads the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server;
    and the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
  2. A vehicle diagnosis method is characterized by being applied to an intelligent diagnosis device, and comprises the following steps:
    when the access of a user vehicle is detected, acquiring a unique identification code of the user vehicle;
    sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
    receiving basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
    and diagnosing the system to be diagnosed, generating a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploading the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
  3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to said sending the basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server, the method further comprises:
    sending an access request to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server verifies the identity of the intelligent diagnosis device according to the access request;
    and if the verification is passed, establishing communication connection with the vehicle data server, and sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to the vehicle data server.
  4. The method of claim 2, wherein the smart diagnostic device accesses the user vehicle through and obtains from an on-board diagnostic system of the vehicle when the smart diagnostic device is without operating power.
  5. A vehicle diagnostic method, applied to a vehicle data server, the method comprising:
    receiving a basic information acquisition request of a user vehicle sent by an intelligent diagnosis device;
    judging whether basic information of the user vehicle is stored or not;
    if so, sending basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed and generates a diagnosis report;
    and receiving the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis device, and pushing the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
  6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
    when the vehicle data server does not store the basic information of the user vehicle, sending prompt information to the intelligent diagnosis device, wherein the prompt information is used for instructing a user to register the basic information of the user vehicle on the vehicle data server through the user terminal.
  7. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to said receiving the basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by the intelligent diagnostic device, the method further comprises:
    receiving an access request sent by the intelligent diagnosis device, and verifying the identity of the intelligent diagnosis device according to the access request;
    if the verification is passed, establishing communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device, and receiving a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by the intelligent diagnosis device;
    and if the verification fails, refusing to establish communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device.
  8. A vehicle diagnostic system, characterized in that the system comprises: the system comprises an intelligent diagnosis device, a user terminal and a vehicle data server;
    when the intelligent diagnosis device detects the access of a user vehicle, the intelligent diagnosis device is used for acquiring a unique identification code of the user vehicle;
    the intelligent diagnosis device is also used for sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
    when the vehicle data server stores the basic information of the user vehicle, the vehicle data server is used for sending the basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device;
    the intelligent diagnosis device is also used for receiving the basic information of the user vehicle and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
    the intelligent diagnosis device is also used for diagnosing the system to be diagnosed, generating a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploading the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server;
    the vehicle data server is also used for pushing the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
  9. A smart diagnostic apparatus comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory and an input/output interface;
    the memory has program code stored therein;
    the input and output interface is used for being called to receive and/or send information;
    when the program codes are called, the processor is used for realizing the following steps:
    when the access of a user vehicle is detected, acquiring a unique identification code of the user vehicle;
    sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to a vehicle data server according to the unique identification code;
    receiving basic information of the user vehicle sent by the vehicle data server, and determining a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle;
    and diagnosing the system to be diagnosed, generating a diagnosis report after the diagnosis is finished, and uploading the diagnosis report to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server pushes the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
  10. The intelligent diagnostic apparatus according to claim 9, wherein before the sending of the basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to the vehicle data server, the processor, when invoking the program code, is further configured to implement the steps of:
    sending an access request to the vehicle data server, so that the vehicle data server verifies the identity of the intelligent diagnosis device according to the access request;
    and if the verification is passed, establishing communication connection with the vehicle data server, and sending a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle to the vehicle data server.
  11. The intelligent diagnostic apparatus according to claim 9, wherein when the intelligent diagnostic apparatus has no operating power supply, the intelligent diagnostic apparatus accesses the vehicle through an on-board diagnostic system of the user vehicle and acquires the on-board diagnostic system of the vehicle.
  12. A vehicle data server, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory and an input/output interface;
    the memory has program code stored therein;
    the input and output interface is used for being called to receive and/or send information;
    when the program codes are called, the processor is used for realizing the following steps:
    receiving a basic information acquisition request of a user vehicle sent by an intelligent diagnosis device;
    judging whether basic information of the user vehicle is stored or not;
    if so, sending basic information of the user vehicle to the intelligent diagnosis device, so that the intelligent diagnosis device determines a system to be diagnosed of the user vehicle according to the basic information of the user vehicle, diagnoses the system to be diagnosed and generates a diagnosis report;
    and receiving the diagnosis report uploaded by the intelligent diagnosis device, and pushing the diagnosis report to a user terminal.
  13. The vehicle data server of claim 12, wherein the processor, when invoking the program code, is further configured to implement the steps of:
    when the vehicle data server does not store the basic information of the user vehicle, sending prompt information to the intelligent diagnosis device, wherein the prompt information is used for instructing a user to register the basic information of the user vehicle on the vehicle data server through the user terminal.
  14. The vehicle data server of claim 12, wherein prior to said receiving the request for basic information acquisition of the user vehicle sent by the intelligent diagnostic device, the processor, when invoking the program code, is further configured to implement the steps of:
    receiving an access request sent by the intelligent diagnosis device, and verifying the identity of the intelligent diagnosis device according to the access request;
    if the verification is passed, establishing communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device, and receiving a basic information acquisition request of the user vehicle sent by the intelligent diagnosis device;
    and if the verification fails, refusing to establish communication connection with the intelligent diagnosis device.
