Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a device management method provided in an embodiment of the present application is described below, where the device management method in the embodiment of the present application includes:
in step 101, acquiring a device ID of a shared charging device managed by an operator;
in the embodiment of the present application, the device ID of each shared charging device put into use is unique, that is, the shared charging device and the device ID have a one-to-one correspondence relationship. Optionally, since a situation that an operator invests and operates a plurality of shared charging devices may occur, in this step, a database may be preset, and each time a device ID of a shared charging device is acquired, it is detected whether the device ID acquired this time is already stored in the database, and if a certain device ID acquired this time is not already stored in the database, the device ID is stored in the database first, and then step 102 and subsequent steps are executed; if a certain device ID acquired this time is stored in the database, it is determined that the mobile terminal has established a connection with the shared charging device corresponding to the device ID, that is, the mobile terminal has already acquired the usage status of the shared charging device, and step 102 and subsequent steps do not need to be repeatedly executed.
In step 102, locating a device network address of the shared charging device based on the device ID;
in the embodiment of the application, the device ID of each shared charging device put into use is unique, and the shared charging device can be identified through the device ID so as to uniquely determine a shared charging device; thus, based on the device ID, various pieces of device information of the shared charging device corresponding to the device ID, including but not limited to a device network address, a device physical address, a device model, and the like, may be acquired. The device network Address may be an Internet Protocol Address (IP Address), a Media access control (Media access control) Address, or other addresses capable of uniquely expressing the shared charging device, and is not limited herein. In step 103, establishing a network connection with the shared charging device according to the device network address;
in this embodiment, the mobile terminal may establish a network connection with the shared charging device according to the device network address. The network connection may be a direct network connection established between the mobile terminal and the shared charging device, or an indirect network connection established between the mobile terminal and the shared charging device through a preset server, which is not limited herein. Specifically, the mobile terminal may send a connection establishment request to the shared charging device, the shared charging device returns a first confirmation message to the mobile terminal after receiving the connection establishment request, and the mobile terminal returns a second confirmation message to the shared charging device after receiving the first confirmation message, where the network connection is established. Optionally, after the network connection with the shared charging device is established, a prompt message may be output in a manner of text, ring, voice broadcast, or vibration to remind the user that the connection with the new shared charging device to be managed is established.
In step 104, after establishing a network connection with the shared charging device, the usage status transmitted by the shared charging device is received.
In this embodiment of the application, after the shared charging device starts a power supply and establishes a network connection with the shared charging device, the shared charging device may monitor and record a usage status of the shared charging device, and send the newly recorded usage status to the shared charging device at preset intervals. For example, in the period from time point a to time point B, the usage status in this period is recorded and recorded as usage status AB, and when time point B is reached, only the usage status AB is transmitted to the mobile terminal, and the usage status before time point a does not need to be transmitted, because the usage statuses have already been transmitted to the mobile terminal and do not need to be transmitted repeatedly. Optionally, since the storage space of the shared charging device is limited, the recorded use condition can be deleted after being sent to the mobile terminal each time, so that the storage space is prevented from being largely occupied. After receiving the usage status, the mobile terminal may analyze and record autonomously, or output and display the received usage status to the user for viewing, which is not limited herein. Optionally, if the mobile terminal directly establishes a network connection with the shared charging device, in order to save system resources of the mobile terminal, after the mobile terminal has analyzed the usage status, if an analysis result is non-negative, it is determined that the shared charging device is in normal operation, the usage status and a corresponding analysis result may be uploaded to a preset server, the usage status and a corresponding analysis result are deleted locally at the mobile terminal, if the analysis result is negative, it is determined that the shared charging device may have a problem, the usage status and a corresponding analysis result are stored in the mobile terminal, and the manager refers to the shared charging device when going to handle the problem.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, the mobile terminal can obtain the equipment network address of the shared charging equipment through equipment ID positioning, the network connection with the shared charging equipment is established, a user can remotely receive and check the use condition of the shared charging equipment, the remote management of an operator on the operated shared charging equipment can be realized, the management process is simplified, and the management efficiency is improved.
