According to the building control system, the first terminal generates the regulation and control instruction, the second terminal judges the effectiveness of the regulation and control instruction, if the regulation and control instruction is effective, the third terminal executes the regulation and control instruction to perform equipment control, if the regulation and control instruction is invalid, the regulation and control instruction cannot be sent to the third terminal, the invalid regulation and control instruction is intercepted, the authority of building management is divided into a decision right, a supervision right and an execution right, the authority of a single building manager is weakened, the three authorities limit supervision mutually, based on the cooperation of the three terminals, malicious regulation and control behaviors or wrong regulation and control behaviors can be avoided to a certain extent, and management and control of the whole building can be achieved more efficiently and reliably.
The second terminal may also send the tunable information to the device when the tuning instruction is valid, and connection of the second terminal to the device is not shown in fig. 5.
The first terminal may be referred to as a decision terminal, the second terminal may be referred to as a supervision terminal, and the third terminal may be referred to as an execution terminal. The first terminal, the second terminal and the third terminal can be computers, tablet computers or special building control terminals and the like. The present embodiment describes the building control scheme with reference to a specific example, however, it should be noted that the specific example is only for better describing the present application and should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
The building management is divided into three authorities of decision, supervision and execution, which respectively correspond to three accounts of a decision manager, a supervision manager and an execution manager, and each account can be logged in through a first terminal, a second terminal and a third terminal.
Referring to fig. 6, the first terminal receives system feedback data (including, but not limited to, operating parameters of the subsystem and environmental parameters uploaded by the sensor, which are equivalent to the aforementioned control reference information), analyzes the system feedback data, determines which devices are to be regulated and controlled and specific parameters of the regulation and control, obtains a regulation and control instruction, and sends the system feedback data and the regulation and control instruction to the second terminal.
The second terminal analyzes the information sent by the first terminal, judges whether the regulation and control instruction is reasonable and effective, and if the regulation and control instruction is not reasonable, returns the judgment result to the first terminal to instruct the first terminal to regenerate and send the regulation and control instruction; and if the regulation and control instruction is reasonable, the regulation and control instruction is sent to the third terminal.
And the third terminal issues the regulation and control instruction to the target equipment to control the target equipment to operate, and the execution administrator account can only regulate and control the equipment contained in the effective regulation and control instruction and can only regulate the equipment to the parameter value specified in the regulation and control instruction. In consideration of the fact that the execution administrator account is possibly stolen, a malicious regulation and control behavior caused by the fact that the execution administrator account is stolen can be avoided through a double-authentication mode.
And the first terminal sends the regulation and control instruction to the database for storage. And the second terminal sends the judgment result to the database for storage. The system feedback data can also be stored in a database to form historical regulation and control data for subsequent use.
Referring to fig. 7, to reduce human operations, AI intelligence may be utilized to generate regulatory instructions and determine their effectiveness. The judgment result is represented by X1, X2 represents a regulation command, and X3 represents system feedback data. Regarding the first terminal with decision authority, taking X2 as Y (unknown) and X1 and X3 as X (known), historical regulation and control data stored in a database is used as a sample, a decision AI capable of automatically making a regulation and control command according to system feedback data and a judgment result of a supervision administrator is trained, and the decision AI can automatically generate the regulation and control command without manual operation. The regulation decision for determining AI can be used as a predetermined standard information. Regarding the first terminal with supervision authority, X1 is Y (unknown), X2 and X3 are X (known), historical regulation and control data stored in a database are used as samples, a supervision AI capable of automatically judging whether the regulation and control instruction is effective or not according to system feedback data, the regulation and control instruction and preset standard information is trained, and manual operation is not needed. With regard to the third terminal having the execution authority, it is also possible to provide an automatically executed program without human operation.
Taking an HVAC system as an example, the adjustable parameters are: mode, temperature, humidity, etc. The humidity safety threshold range in winter is 30% to 80%; the humidity safety threshold range in summer is 30% to 60%; the safe temperature threshold range of heating is 15-18 ℃; the safety threshold range for PM2.5 is less than 35 micrograms per cubic meter.
Example one:
referring to fig. 8, the system feedback data includes: in summer, the indoor temperature uploaded by the sensor is 40 ℃, and the on-off state of the HVAC feedback is off.
The first terminal receives the data, and the analysis regulation and control instruction is as follows: the HVAC device switch state is set to on, the mode is set to cool, and the temperature is set to 26 degrees celsius.
And the second terminal receives the system feedback data and the regulation and control instruction, judges that the regulation and control instruction is effective according to the system feedback data and the preset standard information, and sends the regulation and control instruction to the third terminal.
And the third terminal receives the regulation and control instruction and performs equipment switching and regulation according to the regulation and control instruction.
Example two:
referring to fig. 9, the system feedback data includes: in summer, the indoor temperature uploaded by the sensor is 40 ℃, and the on-off state of the HVAC feedback is off.
Determining that an account of an administrator is stolen or determining that an AI (artificial intelligence) is wrong, wherein a first terminal analysis regulation and control instruction is as follows: the HVAC equipment switch is turned on, the mode is modulated to heat, and the temperature is set to 30 degrees celsius.
And the second terminal (which can be judged by a supervision administrator or automatically judged by a supervision AI) receives the regulation and control instruction and the feedback data, the indoor temperature is 15-18 ℃ higher than the safety threshold of the heating temperature, heating is carried out, the regulation and control instruction is judged to be unreasonable and can be considered as malicious regulation and control or wrong regulation and control, and the instruction is returned to refuse to carry out regulation and control.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Claims (15)

1. A building control method applied to a first terminal, the method comprising:
receiving control reference information fed back by equipment in a building;
generating a regulation instruction according to the control reference information;
sending the control reference information and the regulation and control instruction to a second terminal, wherein the second terminal is used for judging whether the regulation and control instruction is effective or not, and sending the regulation and control instruction to a third terminal under the condition that the regulation and control instruction is effective so as to control the equipment to operate through the third terminal;
the first terminal, the second terminal and the third terminal respectively log in a decision administrator account, a supervision administrator account and an execution administrator account and respectively correspond to three authorities of a decision right, a supervision right and an execution right.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a regulatory instruction based on the control reference information comprises:
displaying the control reference information, receiving regulation and control information input by a first user, and generating the regulation and control instruction according to the regulation and control information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
generating the regulation and control instruction corresponding to the control reference information according to a preset regulation and control rule corresponding to the equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,

receiving control reference information and a regulation and control instruction sent by a first terminal;
judging whether the regulation and control instruction is effective or not according to the control reference information and preset standard information;
if the regulation and control instruction is effective, the regulation and control instruction is sent to a third terminal so as to control the target equipment in the building to operate through the third terminal;
the first terminal, the second terminal and the third terminal respectively log in a decision administrator account, a supervision administrator account and an execution administrator account and respectively correspond to three authorities of a decision right, a supervision right and an execution right.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein determining whether the regulation instruction is valid according to the control reference information and preset standard information comprises:
displaying the control reference information and the regulation and control instruction, receiving judgment information input by a second user based on the preset standard information, and determining whether the regulation and control instruction is effective according to the judgment information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
acquiring preset standard information corresponding to the target equipment, and judging whether the regulation and control instruction is effective or not according to the corresponding preset standard information and the control reference information; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
