the tool of the data application provides query and display of data information of tool types of non-local service organizations, as shown in FIG. 11;
the business process control provides an entry including each operation of a service process of an external service and an operation process of an internal management, as shown in fig. 12;
the resource management provides management of user personal information and institution resources, as shown in FIG. 13;
the management of the organization resources includes bulletin boards, parameter setting, process setting, authorization setting and management of various resources such as organization people, machines, materials, methods, rings and the like, and my organization page provides entries of all the management functions, as shown in fig. 14;

all the operations of the service flow are data-driven, namely, all the data systems related to the operations are automatically matched, manual entry of the operations is basically not required, and the user operations only relate to 'selection' and 'confirmation', as shown in fig. 22, a page for performing service delegation operations on the client is shown.

Claims (7)

1. An intelligent laboratory information service method based on mobile internet and cloud computing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s0, establishing a knowledge base driven in the form of an inference engine at a data end by experts and developers through the experts;
s1, the service side establishes and manages a service and resource management information base at the data side through the service side;
s2, the client sends a service inquiry command to the data terminal knowledge base through the client;
s3, the data end returns the service inquiry result to the client, including the service content, form, cost and time and the information of the service party;
s4, the client submits a service commission to the server through the client according to the information returned by the data terminal, inquires a service contract and a service process at the client, receives a service result (report/certificate and the like), and completes operations such as service fee payment;
s5, the server receives the service entrusts sent by the client through the server, and the service entrusts are checked and confirmed to generate a service contract;
and S6, the server side starts a service process at the server side according to the service contract, and the server side respectively performs operations such as sampling, sample management, sample processing, data processing, report making, report signing and the like, and the service process is automatically sent to the client side in real time by the server side.
2. The intelligent laboratory information service method based on the mobile internet and the cloud computing is characterized in that the data end comprises data storage, updating, inquiring and calling functions and can be operated through an expert end, a server end and a client end;
the data stored in the data terminal comprises system data and user data, and respectively stores public data which are managed by the system and shared by all users, various basic data, standard data and technical data, and data which are managed by the user and belong to the user private, including user personal information, belonging organization data, client information and service data;
the data storage adopts a knowledge base form and adopts an inference engine to access and call.

The intelligent laboratory information service method based on the mobile internet and the cloud computing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the expert terminal includes data development, process development and consultation service functions, and can upload developed data and processes to a data terminal;
the data development is used for developing business and technical data related to services, and developing standard data, product data, project data, method data, personnel organization, instruments and equipment, material consumption, environmental facilities, tool devices and other resource data through data acquisition, data organization and data application;
the process development comprises process design, process template development, process data and record;
the consultation service function can be realized in social media, instant messaging, pictures and texts, e-mails or telephones and the like, and provides knowledge services for the client or the server.

The intelligent laboratory information service method based on the mobile internet and the cloud computing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the service end comprises data application, business process and resource management functions, which are respectively used for inquiring and displaying basic information such as laboratory profiles, human, machine, material, law, ring resources, customer files, standard data, tools and the like; services such as business acceptance, sampling operation, sample management, sample processing, data processing, report preparation, report signing and the like, and management control of operation flows; the operation of inputting, editing, inquiring, deleting and the like of data information such as personnel and organization structures, instruments and equipment, material consumables, standard methods, technical data, environmental facilities and the like;
the data information is stored in the data terminal, and the server side sends instructions for addition, deletion, editing, inquiry and updating to the data terminal through the server side for management.

The intelligent laboratory information service method based on the mobile internet and the cloud computing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the client comprises a service query function, a service flow function and a data information function, and the information respectively used for the service and the service provider comprises a query of service name, content, price, period, and content such as server name, qualification, address, contact method and the like; processing transaction related information such as service consultation, service entrustment, progress inquiry, service result receiving, expense payment and after-sale service; management of user personal information and messages;
the transaction related information is stored in the data terminal, and the client side sends an instruction to the data terminal through the client side and receives returned data for operation.

An intelligent laboratory information service system based on mobile internet and cloud computing, using the intelligent laboratory information service method based on mobile internet and cloud computing as claimed in any one of claims 1-5, comprising a data side, an expert side, a service side and a client side, characterized in that:
the data end comprises system data, user data and a data management program, wherein the system data comprises basic data, standard data and template data and is used for maintaining the operation of the system and supporting the operation of a user; the user data comprises resource data, service data and process data of the user, and is used for resource management, service operation and process management of the user; the data management program comprises all storage processes, functions, views, triggers, queries, transactions and the like, and is used for automatically managing system data and responding to requests of a server and a client to query, update, delete and the like user data; the data is organized and managed according to the form of a knowledge base, and an application is provided in an inference engine mode;
the data side is in a cloud service platform mode and provides cloud computing service for the service side and the client side;
the expert end comprises a data development module, a flow development module and a consultation service module, and the data development module, the flow development module and the consultation service module respectively complete the functions of application data development, service flow development and consultation service;
the server comprises a data application module, a business process module and a resource management module, which are respectively used for inquiring and displaying information data such as self information of a server, resource data, customer information, a standard method, tool information and the like; business process processing such as business acceptance, sampling operation, sample management, sample processing, data processing, report preparation, report signing and the like, and management such as input, update, deletion and the like of server personal information and organization resource data;
the client comprises a service query module, a service flow module and a data information module which are respectively used for a client side to query information of service and a service provider, service entrustment, relevant transaction processing and self information management.
7. An intelligent laboratory information service device based on mobile internet and cloud computing, comprising:
the mobile intelligent terminal has a camera shooting function and a wireless communication function, is provided with an intelligent laboratory information service system server based on mobile internet and cloud computing and is provided with client application;
