Abstract

The invention provides a backlight plate, a preparation method thereof and a backlight module. The backlight plate comprises a bottom plate and a reflecting layer directly formed on the bottom plate. The invention can reduce one material without affecting the function of the reflector plate by directly forming the reflecting layer on the surface of the bottom plate, thereby reducing the production cost, and simultaneously, the backlight can be lighter and thinner due to the reduction of the base material, and the defects caused by the warping of the reflector plate can be avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a backlight plate, a preparation method thereof and a backlight module.
Background
In the backlight module in the prior art, a rubber frame and a backlight plate are adhered together through double-sided glue, and a reflector plate, a light guide plate, a diffusion sheet and the like are assembled inside the rubber frame, wherein the reflector plate is in direct contact with the backlight plate. The backlight plate and the reflector plate in the prior art are two processes, and the reflector plate is made of polyethylene terephthalate as a base material, so that warping is easily formed, and defects are caused. Therefore, it is necessary to improve this defect.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a backlight plate, which is used for solving the technical problems that the backlight plate and a reflector plate in the prior art are two processes, and the reflector plate is easy to warp due to the fact that polyethylene terephthalate is used as a base material, so that the defects are caused.
The embodiment of the invention provides a backlight plate which comprises a bottom plate and a reflecting layer directly formed on the bottom plate.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a basic structure diagram of a backlight board provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the components of the present invention and the relative position relationship between the components can be visually seen from the diagram, the backlight board includes a base board 101 and a reflective layer directly formed on the base board 101, wherein the reflective layer includes an aluminum plated layer 102, a silver plated layer 103 and a protective layer. The protective layer is divided into a first protective layer 104 and a second protective layer (not shown), the first protective layer 104 includes an adhesive layer 1041 and a surface coating layer 1042, and the second protective layer includes an easy-to-adhere coating layer (not shown).
In one embodiment, the aluminum plated layer 102 is directly formed on the base plate 101, and the silver plated layer 103 is located on the aluminum plated layer 102, wherein the first protective layer 104 is formed between the aluminum plated layer 102 and the silver plated layer 103 and on the surface of the silver plated layer 103.
In one embodiment, the base plate 101 is made of iron.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, by directly forming the reflective layer on the bottom plate 101, one material can be reduced without affecting the function of the reflective sheet, so as to reduce the production cost, and meanwhile, since the number of the base materials is reduced, the backlight can be lighter and thinner, and the defect caused by the warpage of the reflective sheet can be avoided.
It is noted that the silver is relatively stable in physical and chemical properties, good in heat conduction and electric conduction, soft and ductile. In this embodiment, the reflectivity of the silver coating 103 is very high, which can reach more than 99%.
Aluminum is a silver white light metal and is ductile. In this embodiment, the aluminum plating layer 102 also has good light reflection performance and stronger ultraviolet reflection ability than silver, wherein the higher the purity of aluminum in the aluminum plating layer 102 is, the better the reflection ability is.
It should be noted that the protective layer mainly protects the silver plating layer 103 and the aluminum plating layer 102 from the external environment, and the protective layer may also perform the functions of adhesion and planarization. The adhesive layer 1041 may be made of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polystyrene, or polypropylene. The surface coating 1042 is a coating material for changing the surface characteristics of the substrate, and the surface coating 1042 can improve the surface tension of the substrate, change color, increase protection, and the like. In general, any flexible material can be used as a substrate for surface coating, such as film, composite foil, thin metal sheet, rubber, etc. The easy-to-adhere coating layer (not shown) has a property of being easily attached to the surface of the substrate, and also protects the substrate from the external environment.
As shown in fig. 2, a basic structure diagram of a backlight board provided by a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the components of the present invention and the relative position relationship between the components can be seen visually from the diagram, the backlight board includes a base board 101 and a reflective layer directly formed on the base board 101, wherein the reflective layer includes an aluminum plated layer 102, a silver plated layer 103 and a protective layer. The protective layer is divided into a first protective layer 104 and a second protective layer 105, the first protective layer 104 comprises an adhesive layer 1041 and a surface coating 1042, and the second protective layer 105 comprises an easy-to-adhere coating layer 1051.
In one embodiment, the aluminum plated layer 102 is directly formed on the base plate 101, and the silver plated layer 103 is located on the aluminum plated layer 102, wherein the first protective layer 104 is formed between the aluminum plated layer 102 and the silver plated layer 103, and the second protective layer 105 is formed on the surface of the silver plated layer 103.
As shown in fig. 3, a basic structure diagram of a backlight board provided by a third embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the components of the present invention and the relative position relationship between the components can be seen visually from the diagram, the backlight board includes a base board 101 and a reflective layer directly formed on the base board 101, wherein the reflective layer includes an aluminum plated layer 102, a silver plated layer 103 and a protective layer. The protective layer is divided into a first protective layer 104 and a second protective layer (not shown), the first protective layer 104 includes an adhesive layer 1041 and a surface coating layer 1042, and the second protective layer includes an easy-to-adhere coating layer (not shown).
In one embodiment, the silver plating layer 103 is directly formed on the base plate 101, and the aluminum plating layer 102 is disposed on the silver plating layer 103, wherein the first protective layer 104 is formed between the silver plating layer 103 and the aluminum plating layer 102 and on the surface of the aluminum plating layer 102.
As shown in fig. 4, a basic structure diagram of a backlight board provided by the fourth embodiment of the present invention is that components of the present invention and relative position relationships between the components can be visually seen from the diagram, the backlight board includes a base board 101 and a reflective layer directly formed on the base board 101, wherein the reflective layer includes an aluminum plated layer 102, a silver plated layer 103 and a protective layer. The protective layer is divided into a first protective layer 104 and a second protective layer 105, the first protective layer 104 comprises an adhesive layer 1041 and a surface coating 1042, and the second protective layer 105 comprises an easy-to-adhere coating layer 1051.
In one embodiment, the silver plating layer 103 is directly formed on the base plate 101, and the aluminum plating layer 102 is disposed on the silver plating layer 103, wherein the first protective layer 104 is formed between the silver plating layer 103 and the aluminum plating layer 102, and the second protective layer 105 is formed on the surface of the aluminum plating layer 102.
As shown in fig. 5, a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a backlight plate provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201, providing a bottom plate;
s202, cleaning the surface of the bottom plate by using an alkaline solution;
s203, etching the surface of the bottom plate by using an acid solution;
and S204, preparing a reflecting layer on the surface of the bottom plate.
Specifically, in S202, the surface of the substrate is cleaned for alkalizing the surface of the substrate, and then in S203, the surface of the substrate is micro-etched with an acidic solution for improving the adhesion of the surface of the substrate, so that the adhesion between the reflective layer and the substrate can be greater, and the reflective layer can be more firmly formed on the surface of the substrate.
In an embodiment, the step S204 specifically includes: forming an aluminum coating on the surface of the bottom plate by using a surface sputtering process; then coating an adhesive layer and a surface coating on the bottom plate with the aluminum layer sputtered on the surface by a surface coating method; then, a back light plate is formed by repeatedly sputtering a silver coating, coating an adhesive layer and coating a surface coating. The backlight plate is compatible with the function of the reflector plate, one material is reduced, the production cost is reduced, meanwhile, the backlight can be lighter and thinner due to the reduction of the base material, and the defect caused by the warping of the reflector plate can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 6, the basic structure diagram of the backlight module according to the embodiment of the present invention can be seen from the figure that the components of the backlight module and the relative position relationship between the components can be seen very intuitively, the backlight module includes a backlight plate 301, a rubber frame 302, a light guide plate 303 located in the rubber frame 302, a diffusion sheet 304 located in the rubber frame 302, a lower light intensifying sheet 305 and an upper light intensifying sheet 306 located in the rubber frame 302, and a light shielding adhesive 307, wherein the backlight plate 301 and the rubber frame 302 are connected by a double-sided adhesive (not shown in the figure), and the backlight plate 301 includes a bottom plate 3011 and a reflective layer 3012 directly formed on the bottom plate 3011.
It should be noted that, in the backlight module provided in this embodiment, the reflective layer 3012 is directly formed on the bottom plate 3011, so that one material can be reduced without affecting the function of the reflective sheet, thereby reducing the production cost, and the backlight module can be made thinner and lighter due to the reduction of the number of the base materials, and the defect caused by the warpage of the reflective sheet can be avoided.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a display device which comprises a display panel and the backlight module. The display device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be as follows: any product or component with a display function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a television, a display, a notebook computer, a digital camera, a navigator and the like.
In summary, according to the backlight plate provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the reflective layer is directly formed on the surface of the bottom plate, so that one material can be omitted without affecting the function of the reflective sheet, the production cost is reduced, and the backlight can be lighter and thinner due to the reduction of the substrate, thereby avoiding the defects caused by the warping of the reflective sheet, and solving the technical problems that the backlight plate and the reflective sheet in the prior art are two processes, and the reflective sheet is formed by using polyethylene terephthalate as the substrate, and the warping is easily caused, thereby causing the defects.

7. The backlight of claim 3, wherein the silver layer is formed directly on the backplane and the aluminum layer is on the silver layer.
8. The backlight panel of claim 7, wherein the first protective layer is formed between the silver plating layer and the aluminum plating layer and on a surface of the aluminum plating layer.
9. A method for manufacturing a backlight plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a bottom plate;
cleaning the surface of the bottom plate by using an alkaline solution;
etching the surface of the base plate using an acidic solution;
and preparing a reflecting layer on the surface of the bottom plate.
10. A backlight module, comprising the backlight board of any one of claims 1 to 8, a plastic frame, a light guide plate disposed in the plastic frame, a diffusion sheet disposed in the plastic frame, a lower light-adding sheet and an upper light-adding sheet disposed in the plastic frame, and a light-shielding adhesive, wherein the backlight board and the plastic frame are connected by a double-sided adhesive tape.
