a processing module 702, configured to determine, according to the express reminding request, whether a database includes unextracted express items matched with the identity information, where the database includes identity information of multiple users and information of unextracted express items that are pre-stored, and the unextracted express item information includes location information and an extraction code of the unextracted express items;
the sending module 703 is configured to send, if the database includes the unextracted express mail matched with the identity information, information of the unextracted express mail matched with the identity information to the access control terminal or the user terminal.
The express mail reminding device of this embodiment may be configured to implement the technical solution executed by the server in the above embodiments of the methods, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the electronic device may be an access control terminal, a user terminal, or a server. As shown in fig. 8, the electronic apparatus of the present embodiment includes: a memory, a processor, a transmitter, and a receiver;

When the electronic device is a user terminal, the processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the steps performed by the user terminal in the above embodiments. When the electronic device is a server, the processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions stored in the memory to implement the steps performed by the server in the above embodiments. The storage medium may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks. A storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer.
An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. Of course, the storage medium may also be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Of course, the processor and the storage medium may reside as discrete components in an electronic device or host device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

Claims (13)

1. The express mail reminding method is applied to an access control terminal, and comprises the following steps:
carrying out identity verification on a user according to a received door opening instruction, wherein the door opening instruction comprises identity information of the user;
and if the identity of the user passes the authentication, sending an express reminding request to a server, wherein the express reminding request comprises the identity information of the user, and the express reminding request is used for requesting the server to push the information of the unextracted express to the user.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving information of unextracted express items from a server;
and pushing prompt information according to the information of the unextracted express, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user that the unextracted express exists.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring the door opening instruction input by the user through the user terminal.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the pushing prompt information according to the information of the unextracted express mail comprises:
pushing the prompt information in a text display and/or voice playing mode according to the information of the unextracted express; or
And sending the information of the unextracted express mail to a user terminal, wherein the user terminal is used for pushing the prompt information according to the information of the unextracted express mail.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the identity information is any one of a telephone number, an identification number, and a custom identification number.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the information of the unextracted express mail comprises position information and an extraction code of the unextracted express mail.
7. An express reminding method is applied to a user terminal, and comprises the following steps:
sending a door opening instruction to an access control terminal, wherein the door opening instruction comprises identity information of a user;
receiving information of unextracted express mails from an access control terminal or a server, wherein the information of the unextracted express mails comprises position information and extraction codes of the unextracted express mails;
and displaying prompt information according to the information of the unextracted express, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting the user that the unextracted express exists.
8. A express mail reminding method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving an express reminding request from an access control terminal, wherein the express reminding request comprises identity information of a user, and is used for requesting the server to push information of unextracted express to the user;
determining whether a database comprises unextracted express items matched with the identity information or not according to the express item reminding request, wherein the database comprises identity information of a plurality of users and information of the unextracted express items which are stored in advance, and the information of the unextracted express items comprises position information and extraction codes of the unextracted express items;
and if so, sending the information of the unextracted express mail matched with the identity information to the access control terminal or the user terminal.
9. An express mail reminding device, comprising:
the processing module is used for carrying out identity verification on the user according to a received door opening instruction, and the door opening instruction comprises identity information of the user;
the sending module is used for sending an express reminding request to a server if the identity authentication of the user passes, wherein the express reminding request comprises the identity information of the user, and the express reminding request is used for requesting the server to push the information of the unextracted express to the user.
10. An express mail reminding device, comprising:

a memory, a processor, a transmitter, and a receiver;
the memory for storing program code;
the processor, configured to invoke the program code to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
