Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of service management systems, in particular to a supply chain service management system.
Background
The purchasing of the purchasing party of the existing supply chain service is a very complicated and long process. After the purchasing requirement is clear, the purchasing party searches related material suppliers on the market. The supplier purchases materials from home and abroad and sends the materials to a specified warehouse in a marine or land transportation mode. After the purchasing party receives the goods, the purchasing party cannot pay immediately and needs to wait for the approval of the internal process. The supplier needs to wait a month or more to receive the money back. Before that, the suppliers have paid for the cost of goods and transportation, etc., and the capital pressure cannot be said to be small. Thus, there is a strong financing need that is ubiquitous in supply chain commerce.
However, the traditional financial service system is limited in credit qualification and the like, so that small and medium-sized enterprises can hardly obtain financing from regular financial institutions such as banks; for the large-volume trade of a large enterprise, the financing process has long time span, complicated procedures, many repeated links and many artificial factors, so that each financing becomes a link which is difficult to control in the transaction. All parties in the existing model feel inconvenient and need to be optimized.
To this end, we propose a supply chain service management system.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a supply chain service management system to solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the purchase approval module is used for enabling a purchase order to enter an approval process of an enterprise after a supplier responds to a purchase demand, and sending information back to a buyer after preset approval personnel complete online approval;
the purchase ordering module is used for confirming the order of the purchase information after the approval is finished, and the system records the purchase information through a block chain and simultaneously sends the purchase information to a purchase enterprise and a supplier enterprise;
the freight receiving module is used for recording goods delivery conditions, after the goods delivery is completed, a supplier issues an invoice and records the invoice in the system, the system generates an accounts payable record for a purchasing enterprise, and the invoice and the account information are recorded through a block chain;
the settlement module is used for correspondingly settling the purchased goods money;
and the report module is used for recording the transaction information of the purchasing enterprises and the suppliers, generating corresponding bills and checking accounts in real time or regularly.
Preferably, the service management system further comprises a financing module, the financing module is used for acquiring a credit receipt by a supplier, the supplier can generate a financing report by self after acquiring the credit receipt, and the supplier sends the report to the cooperative funding party through the system.
Preferably, the financing module may interface banks and other funding parties with an API interface for purchasing items in small and repeated batches.
Preferably, the purchase demand module and the purchase order module can interface with development-capable suppliers through an API interface.
Preferably, the purchase demand module and the purchase order module can interface suppliers without development capability through a visualization tool.
Preferably, the freight receiving module and the financing module are both capable of interfacing with a blockchain ledger through an API interface.
Preferably, the financing module and settlement module are each capable of interfacing with funding parties without development capability through a visualization tool.
Preferably, the financing module and settlement module are each capable of interfacing with development-capable funders through an API interface.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention uses the block chain technology as the bottom layer support, integrates the links of purchasing demand, examination and approval, purchasing form, freight transportation, receiving, generating financing report, sending financing demand, financing release and clearing and settling for enterprises, avoids single-end manual operation, achieves the consistency of information flow and fund flow, optimizes the flows of the enterprises, suppliers and fund parties, accelerates the financing process and improves the service efficiency. The medium and small enterprises in the supply chain can obtain high-efficiency and low-cost supply chain financial services from financing institutions by means of the block chain certificates, meanwhile, the block chain technology ensures that bills can be exchanged reliably, additional financial expenses are not generated, data asset value based on real trade is formed, batch business processing and group unified management are facilitated, bills can circulate within a certain range, and the method has a very positive effect on development of the medium and small enterprises. The method has the advantages that a closed-loop information flow is completed from the initiation of purchasing to the completion of clearing, and the fund and the information are consistent with a business flow, so that the error rate is reduced, the repeated labor and the manual operation are reduced, and the efficiency of each participating link is improved; meanwhile, the bank financing threshold is reduced, so that medium and small enterprises can possibly obtain financing service which cannot participate originally.
