The technical scheme of the disclosure is mainly applied to the instant delivery service scenes, such as the business scenes of take-out delivery, express delivery and the like.
In the related art, for example, in a take-away delivery scene, because the meal taking time of a merchant is a black box, a deliverer cannot reasonably plan a meal taking path, and delivery of a take-away order is often overtime. The time that the deliverer takes the meal is also a black box, so the responsibility for the overtime order is hard to define. Similarly, the same problem exists in other instant distribution services.
In the related art, after a distributor arrives at a shop of a merchant, a card is punched after being connected with a WIFI signal of the merchant through a mobile device of the distributor to determine the arrival time of the distributor, but the arrival time of the distributor cannot be accurately determined by the method.
For the situation, the solution of the present disclosure is to use a meal taking cabinet, and after a merchant puts goods into the meal taking cabinet, the acquired time for closing the meal taking cabinet is used as the meal taking time of the merchant; and after the deliverer scans the code to fetch food, the time for closing the food fetching cabinet again is obtained as the time for the deliverer to fetch food. However, the merchant meal delivery times and the dealer meal pick-up times determined in this manner may be inaccurate. For example, in a possible case where a cabinet door of a cabinet is closed when a corresponding commodity is not placed in the cabinet after a merchant opens the cabinet door, the determined meal delivery time is inaccurate; in the same case, the meal taking time of the deliverer is not accurate.
In view of this, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a locker, a method for a locker, and a locker system, so as to accurately determine the shipment time of a merchant.
The following first describes the structure of a locker provided by the present disclosure in detail.

The above-mentioned locker 100 can be freely assembled, and specifically, refer to two kinds of locker 100 shown in fig. 1A and 1B. Such a locker 100 facilitates different merchants to place different sizes of lockers 100 in different environments to maximize space utilization. Each of the cabinets 120 of the storage cabinets 100 is provided with a sensor 121, and it is determined whether or not the items of the immediate delivery order are placed in the cabinet 120 by the data detected by the sensor 121. The power supply 112 may be a built-in storage battery, and is used for supplying power to the main board 111, the graphic code scanner 113, the sensor 121, and other devices in the locker.
Optionally, the main control board 111 includes at least one of a bluetooth module and a WiFi module.
The communication between the main control board 111 and the server and the user mobile terminal can be realized by configuring a bluetooth module, a WiFi module, a wireless data radio station or other wireless signal transmitting modules on the main control board 111.
In an implementation manner, when determining that the item of the immediate delivery order is placed in the holding cabinet 120 according to the data detected by the sensor 121 in the holding cabinet 120, the main control board 111 generates an item placing time of the immediate delivery order, and transmits the item placing time to the server and the mobile terminal of the deliverer through the bluetooth module or the WiFi module on the main control board 111. In addition, the bluetooth module and the WiFi module on the main control board 111 are also helpful for determining the arrival time of the delivery person, and in an implementation manner, the delivery person can scan the wireless communication module of the locker 100 through the mobile terminal, for example, scan the bluetooth signal sent by the bluetooth module on the main control board 111 of the locker 100, and according to the scanned bluetooth signal, can determine whether the delivery person arrives at the pickup location, and when the delivery person arrives at the pickup location, record the arrival time of the delivery person. By combining the shipment time of the merchant and the arrival time of the distributor, the method is beneficial to solving the problem of liability judgment of overtime orders.

Specifically, after a merchant scans a graphic code of an order on a graphic code scanner of a locker, a main control module of the locker acquires article information of the instant delivery order, and allocates a target storage cabinet for storing the order article for the order article according to the information.
Since the storage cabinets may include storage cabinets with different sizes, the step of allocating a target storage cabinet for the immediate delivery order according to the item information of the immediate delivery order may include the following steps:
and distributing the target placement cabinets which are not provided with the articles currently and have the target sizes corresponding to the article information to the instant delivery orders according to the article information.
For example, if the current order information includes a plurality of items ordered by the user, a placing cabinet with a larger size may be allocated to the order as a target placing cabinet; for another example, if the current order information includes a large-size goods ordered by the user, such as a hot pot takeout, a microwave oven goods, and the like, then a larger-size placing cabinet may be allocated for the order as the target placing cabinet; as another example, if the current order information includes a small item ordered by the user, such as a lunch box, a glove, a mask, etc., the order may be assigned with a smaller-sized storage cabinet as the target storage cabinet.
In one practical implementation, the storage cabinets include a first-size storage cabinet and a second-size storage cabinet, the first size is smaller than the second size (see the storage cabinets shown in fig. 1A and 1B), and the storage cabinets store the correspondence between the instant delivery orders and the dealer information of the instant delivery orders; the allocating a target placement cabinet for the instant delivery order according to the item information of the instant delivery order may include:
determining a plurality of candidate placement cabinets with target sizes corresponding to the item information for the instant delivery order according to the item information; if the target size is the first size, judging whether an associated placing cabinet of the instant delivery order exists in the candidate placing cabinets, wherein the associated placing cabinet is a placing cabinet allocated to other instant delivery orders of the same distributor as the instant delivery order; if the associated storage cabinet of the instant delivery order exists in the candidate storage cabinets, distributing a storage cabinet adjacent to the associated storage cabinet for the instant delivery order from the candidate storage cabinets.
It should be noted that the storage cabinets adjacent to the associated storage cabinet may be laterally adjacent storage cabinets, or may be longitudinally adjacent storage cabinets.
For example, assume there are three instant delivery orders A, B, C, and the dispatchers of the three instant delivery orders are the same dispatcher. The method comprises the steps that a register cabinet allocates a candidate placing cabinet a with a first size for an order according to article information of an instant delivery order A, a merchant scans information of an instant delivery order B on a graphic code scanner of the register cabinet after placing articles of the instant delivery order A into the placing cabinet a, at the moment, if the register cabinet allocates the candidate placing cabinet with the first size for the order according to the article information of the instant delivery order B, whether an associated placing cabinet of the instant delivery order B exists in the candidate placing cabinets with the first size is further judged, at the moment, the placing cabinet a is determined to be the associated placing cabinet, and further, a placing cabinet B adjacent to the associated placing cabinet a is allocated for the instant delivery order B from a plurality of candidate placing cabinets to be a target placing cabinet of the order B. If the candidate cabinet of the first size is allocated to the instant delivery order C, the adjacent cabinet a or b is also used as the target cabinet of the instant delivery order C.
In another implementation, the allocating a target storage cabinet for the instant delivery order according to the item information of the instant delivery order may further include:
determining a plurality of candidate placement cabinets with target sizes corresponding to the item information for the instant delivery order according to the item information; if the target size is the second size, judging whether a plurality of candidate placing cabinets have placing cabinets in which articles of other instant delivery orders of the same distributor as the instant delivery orders are placed; and if the plurality of candidate placing cabinets have placing cabinets for placing the articles of other instant delivery orders of the same distributor as the instant delivery order, distributing the placing cabinet to the instant delivery order again.
For example, assume there is an immediate delivery order D, E, and both dispatchers are r. If the target storage cabinet D of the second size has been allocated for the immediate delivery order D. Then cabinet d may be re-targeted for delivery order E when the candidate cabinet allocated for instant delivery order E is also of the second size, and thus two instant delivery orders D, E for the same dispenser r may be placed in the same targeted cabinet d in a manner that facilitates quick retrieval of all of the instant delivery order items by the dispenser, saving time.
In another implementation, the allocating a target storage cabinet for the immediate delivery order according to the item information of the immediate delivery order may further include: determining a plurality of candidate placement cabinets with target sizes corresponding to the item information for the instant delivery order according to the item information; if the target size is the second size, judging whether an associated placing cabinet for instantly delivering the order exists in the plurality of candidate placing cabinets; if the associated storage cabinet of the instant delivery order exists in the plurality of candidate storage cabinets, a storage cabinet adjacent to the associated storage cabinet is allocated to the instant delivery order from the plurality of candidate storage cabinets as a target storage cabinet. That is, if the target size is the second size, the target storage cabinet allocation method that is the same as the first size may be used.
S520, acquiring sensor data detected by the sensor module in the target placement cabinet.
The sensor data may include, among other things, pressure sensor data, infrared sensor data, temperature sensor data, and the like.
S530, when the object placing cabinet is determined to be placed with the articles of the instant delivery order according to the sensor data, generating article placing time of the instant delivery order;
optionally, the determining, according to the sensor data, that the item of the immediate delivery order is placed in the target placement cabinet may include the following steps: if the positive growth value of the pressure sensor data exceeds a preset positive pressure value, determining that the target placement cabinet has placed the articles of the instant delivery order; and/or determining that the object of the instant delivery order is placed in the target placement cabinet if the infrared radiation of the object is determined to exist according to the infrared sensor data.
The specific implementation of determining whether the article exists in the placement cabinet according to the infrared sensor data may be that, if the preset state signal existing in the placement cabinet is detected for X seconds, it is determined that the article exists in the placement cabinet. Wherein, the value of X is a time length value set according to actual requirements.
In an implementation manner, a camera may be further installed in each storage cabinet, and whether goods exist in the storage cabinet is determined through a graph processing method.
And S540, sending the article placing time to a server.
In an implementation mode, the article placement time is sent to the server through a wireless communication module in the main control module of the locker. The item placement time is the time of shipment of the merchant.
In this way, after the locker distributes the target placing cabinets for the instant delivery orders, the data of the sensors detected by the sensor modules in the target placing cabinets are obtained; when determining that the object of the instant delivery order is placed in the target placement cabinet according to the sensor data, generating object placement time of the instant delivery order; and sending the item placement time to a server. Compared with the related technology, the method has the advantages that the closing time of the cabinet door of the register cabinet is not used as the shipment time of the merchant, and the article placement time of the instant delivery order is generated when the articles of the instant delivery order are placed in the target placement cabinet according to the data detected by the sensor, so that the shipment time information of the merchant generated by the method is more accurate.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method of assigning a target holding cabinet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, including:
s610, responding to the graphic code of the instant delivery order scanned by the graphic code scanner, and obtaining a storage request, wherein the storage request comprises the article information of the instant delivery order;
s620, determining a plurality of candidate placement cabinets with target sizes corresponding to the item information for the instant delivery order according to the item information;
it is worth mentioning here that in an implementation manner, a plurality of candidate storage cabinets with corresponding sizes can be generated by acquiring a target size selected by a merchant; and automatically selecting a target size according to the item information in the order information by using a deep learning algorithm to generate a plurality of candidate placing cabinets with corresponding sizes. The present disclosure is not limited thereto.
S631, if the target size is a first size, judging whether an associated placing cabinet of the instant delivery order exists in the candidate placing cabinets;
s641, if there is an associated placement cabinet of the instant delivery order in the plurality of candidate placement cabinets, allocating a placement cabinet adjacent to the associated placement cabinet for the instant delivery order from the plurality of candidate placement cabinets.
S632, if the target size is a second size, determining whether there is a placement cabinet in which an article of another immediate delivery order of the same deliverer as the immediate delivery order is placed in the candidate placement cabinets;

Optionally, the method for a locker may further include the steps of:
and sending a notification message to a mobile terminal of a distributor of the instant distribution order to notify the distributor that the merchant of the instant distribution order has prepared the article. The mode is beneficial for the distributor to reasonably plan the goods taking path according to the shipment time of the merchant so as to improve the distribution efficiency of the distributor.
Optionally, before the allocating the target placement cabinet for the immediate delivery order, the method further includes:
receiving a wireless signal sign of a distributor mobile terminal of the instant distribution order sent by a server; the method further comprises the following steps: and when the wireless signal module scans the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal of the distributor, the server is informed that the distributor arrives at the store.
Specifically, the server assigns a distributor to each order as the order is generated. And the server sends the wireless signal sign of the mobile terminal of the distributor for immediately distributing the order to the corresponding locker. When the wireless signal module of the locker scans the wireless signal of the mobile terminal of the distributor, the server is informed that the distributor has arrived at the store when the matching is successful by comparing whether the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal is matched with the wireless signal mark sent by the server.
In an implementation manner, when the locker confirms that the delivery person arrives at the store, a display on a placing cabinet in the locker for storing the delivery order items of the delivery person can be controlled to light up according to a wireless signal mark of a mobile terminal of the delivery person, so as to prompt the delivery person of the position of the placing cabinet needing to take the goods, and avoid the delivery person missing the goods taking.
When the locker confirms that the deliverer arrives at the store, if the locker detects that an order article of the deliverer is not placed in the placing cabinet, the locker can push a message to a mobile terminal of the merchant to remind the merchant that the deliverer arrives at the store to be ready for goods as soon as possible, and meanwhile, the message is pushed to the mobile terminal of the deliverer to inform the deliverer of waiting for meal. In this case, the deliverer may re-plan the pick-up strategy to other pick-up merchants nearby to pick up the goods, thereby preventing invalid waiting at the merchants. The mode is beneficial to the real-time adjustment of the goods taking strategy by the delivery personnel, and the efficiency is improved.
Optionally, the method for a locker may further include the steps of:
acquiring a starting request sent by a mobile terminal of the distributor, wherein the starting request comprises instant distribution order information; determining whether the corresponding storage cabinet exists in the register cabinet according to the instant delivery order information, and determining whether the storage cabinet is provided with articles; if the corresponding storage cabinet exists in the storage cabinet and the storage cabinet is used for storing articles, the storage cabinet is controlled to be opened.
Specifically, when the delivery staff arrives at the location of the delivery locker, the delivery staff sends a request for opening the storage locker to the delivery locker through the mobile terminal of the delivery staff, wherein the request includes all delivery order information of the delivery staff. The register cabinet determines whether a corresponding placing cabinet exists in the register cabinet or not according to the received instant delivery order information, determines whether articles are placed in the placing cabinet or not, and controls the placing cabinet to be opened if the corresponding placing cabinet exists in the register cabinet and the articles are placed in the placing cabinet. If a plurality of placing cabinets corresponding to the deliverers exist in the storage cabinet, and partial articles are not placed in the plurality of placing cabinets, the placing cabinets with the placed articles can be controlled to be opened, and the order information of the non-shipment is sent to the deliverers and/or the merchants.
By the mode, the goods taking efficiency of a distributor can be improved, and invalid door opening and goods taking are avoided.
Optionally, after the notifying the server that the dispenser has arrived at the store, the method for registering a locker may further include the steps of:
and continuously scanning the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal of the distributor through the wireless signal module, and informing the server that the distributor leaves the store when determining that the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal is not scanned. In this manner, the dispenser's departure time may be determined.
Specifically, after a starting request sent by a mobile terminal of a distributor is obtained, a corresponding placing cabinet is started; further, the wireless signal module of the register cabinet continuously scans the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal of the distributor, when the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal is determined not to be scanned, namely the distributor is determined to leave the store, the state data in the placing cabinet corresponding to the distributor is detected, and whether the articles in the placing cabinet are taken away or not is judged through the data detected by the sensor module; and when the goods in the placing cabinet corresponding to the distributor are determined to be removed, generating the goods taking time information of the distributor.
Wherein, judge according to the data that sensor module detected whether should place the article in the cabinet and take away, specific implementation can be: if the negative reduction value of the pressure sensor data exceeds a preset pressure negative value, determining that the articles of the instant delivery order in the target placement cabinet are taken away; and/or determining that the items of the instant delivery order in the target placement cabinet are taken away if the infrared radiation of the items does not exist according to the infrared sensor data; in another mode, a camera in the target storage cabinet can be used for shooting pictures, and then the pictures are processed to determine whether the items of the instant delivery order in the target storage cabinet are taken away. When determining that the deliverer leaves the store, whether the deliverer has missed meal taking can be determined by determining whether all the articles in the placing cabinets corresponding to the deliverer are taken away, so that the deliverer is informed of the information in time when determining that the deliverer has missed meal taking.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides another storage cabinet, including: the main control module and each placing cabinet can be freely combined to form the locker, and the main control module in the locker can be communicated with each placing cabinet to control the placing cabinets to be opened or closed; each placing cabinet comprises a sensor module used for detecting whether an article corresponding to the instant delivery order is placed in the placing cabinet or not; the main control module is used for executing the method for the locker.
The following describes a locker system provided by the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, the system includes: the system comprises a mobile terminal, at least one register cabinet and a server in communication connection with the register cabinet.
Optionally, the server is configured to plan, for any distributor, a distribution path for the distributor according to a status of the distributor receiving the instant distribution order, and send planned path information to a mobile terminal of the distributor, where the status of the received instant distribution order includes status information indicating that a merchant has placed an item of the instant distribution order into a locker, for example, item placement time information indicating a shipment time of the merchant.
Optionally, the mobile terminal is configured to receive a wireless signal identifier of a locker corresponding to a merchant of the instant delivery order sent by the server; when the wireless signal sign of the locker is scanned, informing the server that a delivery person has arrived at a store; and/or establishing communication connection with the register cabinet, and sending an opening instruction to the register cabinet to instruct the register cabinet to open a placing cabinet corresponding to the instant delivery order.
In an implementation mode, when the server distributes the instant distribution orders to the distributors, the distributors mobile terminal receives wireless signal marks of the register cabinets corresponding to the merchants of the instant distribution orders sent by the server. When the GPS of the mobile terminal of the distributor locates that the distributor arrives near the merchant, the mobile terminal of the distributor is controlled to start scanning the wireless signal of the locker, and when the wireless signal of the locker is scanned and the strength of the wireless signal of the locker is determined to be greater than a preset threshold, the arrival time information of the distributor is generated and sent to the server. In another implementation, the dealer may actively report to the store time via his mobile terminal when the GPS location of the dealer's mobile terminal is such that the dealer arrives near the merchant.
Optionally, the locker is further configured to, after determining that a delivery person has arrived at the store, notify the server that the item of the immediate delivery order is not shipped if the item of the immediate delivery order of the delivery person is not placed in the locker; and/or sending a shipment reminding message to the terminal of the merchant.
Optionally, the server is further configured to, when receiving a notification that the item of the immediate delivery order is not shipped, re-plan a delivery path according to the shipment waiting time of the immediate delivery order and other order information of the deliverer.
With regard to the modules in the above described locker system, the specific manner in which the modules perform operations has been described in detail in the embodiments of the method related to the locker, and will not be described in detail herein.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. In order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations will not be separately described in this disclosure.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (18)

1. A method for a locker, the locker including a master control module and a plurality of holding cabinets, each of the holding cabinets including a sensor module, the method comprising:
distributing a target placing cabinet for the instant delivery order;
acquiring sensor data detected by a sensor module in the target placement cabinet;
when determining that the object of the instant delivery order is placed in the target placement cabinet according to the sensor data, generating object placement time of the instant delivery order;
and sending the article placement time to a server.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the assigning the target holding cabinet for the immediate delivery order comprises:
acquiring a storage request, wherein the storage request comprises article information of an instant delivery order;
and distributing a target placement cabinet for the instant delivery order according to the article information of the instant delivery order.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the main control module of the locker comprises a graphic code scanner;

the distributing target placement cabinet for the instant delivery order according to the article information of the instant delivery order comprises the following steps:
determining a plurality of candidate placement cabinets with target sizes corresponding to the item information for the instant delivery order according to the item information;
if the target size is the first size, judging whether an associated placing cabinet of the instant delivery order exists in the candidate placing cabinets, wherein the associated placing cabinet is a placing cabinet allocated to other instant delivery orders of the same distributor as the instant delivery order;
if the associated storage cabinet of the instant delivery order exists in the candidate storage cabinets, distributing a storage cabinet adjacent to the associated storage cabinet for the instant delivery order from the candidate storage cabinets.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
if the target size is the second size, judging whether a plurality of candidate placing cabinets have placing cabinets in which articles of other instant delivery orders of the same distributor as the instant delivery orders are placed;
and if the plurality of candidate placing cabinets have placing cabinets for placing the articles of other instant delivery orders of the same distributor as the instant delivery order, distributing the placing cabinet to the instant delivery order again.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the sensor data comprises pressure sensor data, and wherein determining from the sensor data that the item of the immediate delivery order has been placed in the target holding cabinet comprises:
and if the positive growth value of the pressure sensor data exceeds a preset positive pressure value, determining that the target placement cabinet has placed the articles of the instant delivery order.
8. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the sensor data comprises infrared sensor data, and wherein determining from the sensor data that the item of the immediate delivery order has been placed in the target holding cabinet comprises:
and if the infrared radiation of the articles is determined to exist according to the infrared sensor data, determining that the articles of the instant delivery order are placed in the target placing cabinet.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
and sending a notification message to a mobile terminal of a distributor of the instant distribution order to notify the distributor that the merchant of the instant distribution order has prepared the article.
10. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the master control module further comprises a wireless signal module, and prior to the allocating the target holding cabinet for the immediate delivery order, the method further comprises:
receiving a wireless signal sign of a distributor mobile terminal of the instant distribution order sent by a server;
the method further comprises the following steps: and when the wireless signal module scans the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal of the distributor, the server is informed that the distributor arrives at the store.
11. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
acquiring a starting request sent by a mobile terminal of the distributor, wherein the starting request comprises instant distribution order information;
determining whether the corresponding storage cabinet exists in the register cabinet according to the instant delivery order information, and determining whether the storage cabinet is provided with articles;
if the corresponding storage cabinet exists in the storage cabinet and the storage cabinet is used for storing articles, the storage cabinet is controlled to be opened.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein after said notifying said server that said dispenser has arrived at a store, said method further comprises:
and continuously scanning the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal of the distributor through the wireless signal module, and informing the server that the distributor leaves the store when determining that the wireless signal mark of the mobile terminal is not scanned.
13. A locker, comprising:
the main control module and each placing cabinet can be freely combined to form the locker, and the main control module in the locker can be communicated with each placing cabinet to control the placing cabinets to be opened or closed;
each placing cabinet comprises a sensor module used for detecting whether an article corresponding to the instant delivery order is placed in the placing cabinet or not;
the master control module is configured to perform the method of any one of claims 1-12.
14. A locker system, comprising:
a mobile terminal, at least one locker of claim 13, a server communicatively connected to the locker.
15. The locker system of claim 14, wherein:
the server is used for planning a delivery path for any delivery person according to the state of the delivery person receiving the instant delivery order, and sending the planned path information to the mobile terminal of the delivery person, wherein the state of the received instant delivery order comprises a state representing that the merchant puts the articles of the instant delivery order into the locker.
16. The locker system of claim 14, wherein:
the mobile terminal is used for receiving the wireless signal mark of the register cabinet corresponding to the merchant of the instant delivery order sent by the server;
when the wireless signal sign of the locker is scanned, informing the server that a delivery person has arrived at a store; and/or establishing communication connection with the register cabinet, and sending an opening instruction to the register cabinet to instruct the register cabinet to open a placing cabinet corresponding to the instant delivery order.
17. The locker system of claim 14, wherein:
the locker is further used for informing the server that the articles of the instant delivery order are not delivered if the articles of the instant delivery order of the delivery staff are not placed in the locker after the delivery staff is determined to arrive at the store; and/or sending a message for reminding shipment to the terminal of the merchant.
18. The locker system of claim 17, wherein:
and the server is further used for replanning a delivery path according to the delivery waiting time of the instant delivery order and other order information of the deliverer when receiving the notice that the articles of the instant delivery order are not delivered from the locker.
