Referring to FIG. 3, a flow chart of one embodiment of a room source information presentation method is shown. As shown in fig. 3, the room source information presentation method includes the following steps S301 to S303.
Step S301, in response to receiving an acquisition request sent by a user terminal and used for indicating to acquire information of a house source broker located in a target area at the current moment, determining the information of the house source broker located in the target area at the current moment; the information of the house source broker comprises personal information and position information of the house source broker, the personal information comprises contact information of the house source broker, and the position information is used for indicating the position of the house source broker at the current moment.
For a detailed description of the information of the source broker determining that the current time is located in the target area, please refer to the description of the relevant portion of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, which is not repeated here.
Step S302, information of a house source broker located in a target area at the current moment is sent to a user terminal.
After determining the information of the source broker located in the target area at the current moment, the server side can directly send the determined information of the source broker to the user terminal.
Step S303, in response to receiving an acquisition request sent by the user terminal and used for indicating to acquire the source information of the source broker, the source information corresponding to the source broker is sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal responds to the selection operation of the preset identification of the source broker by the user and displays the source information corresponding to the source broker.
In some optional implementations, the method for displaying room source information may further include the following step S304:

The acquiring module 401 is configured to acquire information of a house source broker located in a target area at a current moment in response to a received search instruction for indicating the information of the house source broker searching the target area; the information of the source broker comprises personal information and position information of the source broker, the personal information comprises contact information of the source broker, the position information is used for indicating the position of the source broker at the current moment, and the first display module 402 is used for responding to the selection operation of a preset identification of the source broker by a user to acquire and display the source information corresponding to the source broker.
It should be noted that, the specific processing of the acquiring module 401 and the first displaying module 402 of the room source information displaying device and the technical effects thereof may refer to the description of steps 101 to 102 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, and are not described herein.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the acquiring module 401 is further configured to: sending an acquisition request for acquiring information of a house source broker positioned in the target area at the current moment to a server; the server responds to the request and determines information of a house source broker; and receiving information of the house source broker sent by the server.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the room source information display device further includes a statistics module 403 and a second display module 404. The statistics module 403 is configured to count, according to information of a house source broker sent by the server, information of a number of people of the house source broker located in the target area, and the second display module 404 is configured to determine whether a space occupied by the target area is larger than a preset display space; if yes, displaying information of a house source broker in the target area in the current display space; if not, displaying the information of the number of people of the house source brokers in the target area.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the room source information display device further includes a third display module 405. The third display module 405 is configured to obtain and display scoring information of a homeowner in a target area at a current moment in response to a selection operation of a preset identifier of the homeowner by a user; wherein the scoring information is used to indicate user satisfaction with the service provided by the source broker.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the room source information display device further includes a ranking module 406. The ranking module 406 is configured to obtain scoring information corresponding to each of the plurality of source brokers, and rank the plurality of source brokers according to a sequence from big to small scores indicated by the scoring information; and displaying the sequencing result.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the aforementioned source information display apparatus further includes an updating module 407, where the updating module 407 is configured to acquire information of a source broker located in the target area again when a duration of the first preset time period arrives, so as to update information of the source broker located in the target area, and display information of the source broker at an update time.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a room source information display device according to the present disclosure is shown, and as shown in fig. 5, the room source information display device includes a determining module 501, a transmitting module 502, and a display module 503. The determining module 501 is configured to determine information of a house source broker located in a target area at a current moment in response to receiving an acquisition request sent by a user terminal and used for indicating to acquire information of the house source broker located in the target area at the current moment; the information of the house source broker comprises personal information and position information of the house source broker, wherein the personal information comprises contact information of the house source broker, and the position information is used for indicating the position of the house source broker at the current moment; a sending module 502, configured to send information of a house source broker located in a target area at the current moment to a user terminal; and the display module 503 is configured to send, to the user terminal, the source information corresponding to the source broker in response to receiving an acquisition request sent by the user terminal and used for indicating to acquire the source information of the source broker, so that the user terminal displays the source information corresponding to the source broker in response to a selection operation of a preset identifier of the source broker by the user.
It should be noted that, the specific processes and the technical effects of the determining module 501, the sending module 502 and the displaying module 503 of the room source information displaying device may refer to the related descriptions of the steps S301 to S303 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 3, and are not repeated herein.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the house source information display device may further include a receiving module 504, where the receiving module 504 is configured to receive and store, from the house source broker terminal, the position information of the house source broker at the current moment, which is actively sent by the house source broker terminal, when the duration of the second preset period of time arrives; or sending an acquisition request for acquiring the position information of the house source broker to the house source broker terminal, and receiving the position information of the house source broker sent by the house source broker terminal according to the acquisition request.
Referring to fig. 6, an exemplary system architecture to which the room source information presentation method of one embodiment of the present disclosure may be applied is shown.
As shown in fig. 6, the system architecture may include terminal devices 601, 602, 603, a network 604, and a server 605. The network 604 is used as a medium to provide communication links between the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 and the server 605. The network 604 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others. The terminal devices and servers described above may communicate using any currently known or future developed network protocol, such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol ), and may be interconnected with any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include a local area network ("LAN"), a wide area network ("WAN"), the internet (e.g., the internet), and peer-to-peer networks (e.g., ad hoc peer-to-peer networks), as well as any currently known or future developed networks.
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may interact with the server 605 via the network 604 to receive or send messages or the like. Various client applications, such as a video distribution application, a search class application, a news information class application, may be installed on the terminal devices 601, 602, 603.
The terminal devices 601, 602, 603 may be hardware or software. When the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 are hardware, they may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablet computers, electronic book readers, MP3 players (Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III, dynamic video expert compression standard audio plane 3), MP4 (Moving Picture Experts Group AudioLayer IV, dynamic video expert compression standard audio plane 4) players, laptop and desktop computers, and the like. When the terminal devices 601, 602, 603 are software, they can be installed in the above-listed electronic devices. Which may be implemented as multiple software or software modules (e.g., software or software modules for providing distributed services) or as a single software or software module. The present invention is not particularly limited herein.
The server 605 may be a server that can provide various services, for example, receives information acquisition requests transmitted from the terminal devices 601, 602, 603, performs analysis processing on the information acquisition requests, and transmits analysis processing results to the terminal devices 601, 602, 603.
It should be noted that, the method for displaying the room source information provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by the terminal device, and accordingly, the room source information display apparatus may be set in the terminal device.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 6 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to fig. 7, a schematic diagram of an electronic device (e.g., the terminal device of fig. 6) suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The electronic device shown in fig. 7 is merely an example and should not be construed to limit the functionality and scope of use of the disclosed embodiments.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic device may include a processing means (e.g., a central processing unit, a graphics processor, etc.) 701, which may perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 702 or a program loaded from a storage means 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM 703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM 703 are connected to each other through a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
In general, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 705: input devices 706 including, for example, a touch screen, touchpad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, and the like; an output device 707 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 708 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 709. The communication means 709 may allow the electronic device to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 7 shows an electronic device having various means, it is to be understood that not all of the illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may be implemented or provided instead.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via communication device 709, or installed from storage 708, or installed from ROM 702. The above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure are performed when the computer program is executed by the processing device 701.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium described in the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this disclosure, a computer-readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present disclosure, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, fiber optic cables, RF (radio frequency), and the like, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be contained in the electronic device; or may exist alone without being incorporated into the electronic device.

Claims (16)

1. A house source information display method, comprising:
responding to a received search instruction for indicating the information of the house source broker searching a target area, and acquiring the information of the house source broker positioned in the target area at the current moment; the information of the house source broker comprises personal information and position information of the house source broker, wherein the personal information comprises contact information of the house source broker, and the position information is used for indicating the position of the house source broker at the current moment;
responding to the selection operation of a user on the preset identification of the house source broker, and acquiring and displaying house source information corresponding to the house source broker; and
counting the number of people information of the house source brokers in the target area according to the information of the house source brokers sent by the server;
Determining whether the display space occupied by displaying the target area is larger than a preset display space or not;
if yes, displaying information of a house source broker currently located in the target area;
and if not, displaying the information of the number of people of the house source brokers in the target area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining information of a source broker located at the target area at the current time comprises:
sending an acquisition request for acquiring information of a house source broker positioned in the target area at the current moment to a server side to instruct the server side to respond to the request and determine the information of the house source broker;
and receiving information of the house source broker sent by the server.
