Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an information displaying method provided in the present disclosure, where the information displaying method provided in this embodiment may be executed by an information displaying apparatus, the information displaying apparatus may be implemented as software, or implemented as a combination of software and hardware, and the information displaying apparatus may be integrated in a certain device in an information displaying system, such as an information displaying server or an information displaying terminal device. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S201, displaying first information on the information display equipment according to the portrait of a user;
in the present disclosure, a representation of a user is a tagged user model abstracted from information such as user social attributes, lifestyle, and consumption behavior. The core task in constructing a representation of a user is to "tag" the user, and the tags are highly refined signatures from analysis of the user's information. Illustratively, the information presentation device is a robot, and a user acquires required information through interaction with the robot.
In this embodiment, after the information presentation device is triggered, it retrieves first information associated with the user based on the representation of the user and presents the first information to the user. Illustratively, the information presentation apparatus is a shopping guide robot, the user's representation indicates that the user is a woman who frequently purchases cosmetics in a past purchase history, the robot recommends the latest lipstick information for the user based on the user's representation, or the like. The style of the lipstick can be displayed through the display device, the characteristics and the characteristics of the lipstick can be played through the loudspeaker box, and the position of a lipstick seller is indicated through the body language.
Optionally, step S201 includes: and responding to the received interactive information of the user, and displaying first information on the information display equipment according to the interactive information and the portrait of the user. For example, the interactive information is voice uttered by the user or text information input through an input device of the information presentation apparatus, for example, if the user says "i want to buy the latest lipstick" to the interactive robot, the robot parses the semantic of the sentence and understands that the user wants to see the "lipstick" information, and at this time, the user can directly recommend the latest lipstick product of the brand and the color number according to the "lipstick" and the user image, for example, if the user image has the brand and the color number of lipstick frequently purchased by the user.
Optionally, if the user does not send the interactive information, the information presentation device may present the first information to the user directly according to the representation of the user.
It is understood that the above process of representing and displaying information by a user is only an example and not a limitation of the present disclosure.
Step S202, detecting a distance parameter between the user and the information display equipment;
in this step, the information presentation apparatus detects a distance between the user and it. It will be appreciated that the distance parameter may be the exact distance between the user and the information presentation device, or may be a varying value of the distance. For example, the information presentation apparatus may directly detect that the user is 2 meters or 1 meter away from the information presentation apparatus, or the information presentation apparatus may determine whether the user is far from the information presentation apparatus or close to the information presentation apparatus, with a position where the user appears as a reference position.
The information display equipment detects the distance by using an optical or acoustic distance detection device, the optical distance detection device is an infrared distance sensor, the acoustic distance detection device is an ultrasonic distance sensor, the two sensors measure the distance by using the reflection principle, and the accurate distance between the information display equipment and a user can be measured; in addition, the information display equipment can also use an image sensor or a light sensation sensor to detect the distance, wherein the image sensor can detect the image of the user, the size proportion of the image in the picture can be used for judging whether the user is far away from the information display equipment or close to the information display equipment, and the light sensation sensor also can judge whether the user is far away from the information display equipment or close to the information display equipment because the light ray received by the light sensation sensor is less as the user is closer to the information display equipment. It can be understood that there are many ways to detect the distance between the user and the information presentation device, which are not described herein again, and any method capable of detecting the distance can be used in the present disclosure to detect the distance between the user and the information presentation device.
Optionally, multiple behaviors of the user may also be detected, in this case, the step S202 further includes: detecting a gaze time at which the user gazes at the first information; detecting a distance parameter of the user from the information presentation device in response to the gaze time being greater than a first time threshold. The gazing time can be realized by an eye tracking technology, and when the gazing time of the user on the first information is larger than a first time threshold value, a distance parameter between the user and the information display equipment is further detected; if the watching time is less than the first time threshold, the user is not interested in the first information, and the first information can be directly switched without further detecting the distance parameter. Therefore, whether the user is interested in the first information or not can be comprehensively judged by combining the action behaviors of the two users, because the user may not walk but is not interested in the first information sometimes, the judgment can be directly carried out through the watching time; sometimes, after the user may have seen the first information for a period of time, the user may judge that the user is not interested in the first information after understanding the content of the first information, and at this time, the user may further judge that the user is not interested in the first information by combining the distance parameter.
Step S203, in response to the distance parameter indicating that the user is far away from the information display apparatus, displaying second information on the information display apparatus.
For example, the value of the distance parameter at each sampling time point may be obtained, and if the distance parameter is the accurate distance between the user and the information presentation device, the distance is 1 meter at time point t1, and the distance is 1.5 meters at time point t2, then the distance parameter indicates that the user is far away from the information presentation device; or, the distance parameter is a position change value of the user and the information presentation device, and if the image sensor detects that the proportion of the image of the user in the picture is 80% at time t1 and 50% at time t2, the distance parameter indicates that the user is far away from the information presentation device.
Optionally, the step S203 includes:
and in response to the distance parameter meeting a first condition, displaying second information on the information display equipment according to the portrait of the user. The first condition first indicates that the user is far from the information presentation apparatus, and further the first condition indicates the degree to which the user is far from the information presentation apparatus.
In the optional step, when the distance parameter satisfies a first condition, which indicates that the user is not interested in the first information, the information presentation device presents second information on the information presentation device according to the representation of the user, wherein the second information may be different from the first information. For example, the first condition may be that the distance parameter indicates that the distance between the user and the information presentation device is greater than a first distance threshold, or that a change in the distance parameter satisfies a first change threshold. Illustratively, the first distance threshold is 2 meters, and when the distance between the user and the information presentation device is greater than 2 meters, second information is presented on the information presentation device according to the portrait of the user; or the first change threshold is 20%, and the distance parameter is the proportion of the image of the user, when the proportion of the image of the user in the whole image is reduced by more than 20%, displaying second information on the information display equipment according to the image of the user. Illustratively, as in the example of step S201, after the information presentation device presents the latest lipstick information to the user, and the distance parameter indicates that the user is not interested in the lipstick information, the information presentation device may switch the presented information according to other information in the user ' S portrait, and if the user ' S portrait includes a user who frequently purchases baby products, it may be determined that the user ' S home has a baby, and then recommend baby products to the user.
Specifically, when switching from the first information to the second information, the switching may be performed according to a preset rule. If the user's representation includes much historical behavior information of the user, and the information includes the collection time, the more the collection time is close to the current time, the more the historical behavior is weighted, so that the user's preference in the recent period of time can be better met. It is understood that any preset rule or a mixture of rules may be used to control the switching from the first information to the second information, and will not be described herein.
Optionally, the step S203 includes:
and in response to the distance parameter meeting a second condition, displaying second information on the information display device, wherein the second information indicates that the information display device enters an idle state.
In this optional step, when the distance parameter satisfies a second condition, which indicates that the user has left the service range of the information presentation device, the information presentation device is put into an idle state, and the second information presented on the information presentation device indicates that the information presentation device is in the idle state, which may be, for example, default idle information or null information. For example, the second condition may be that the distance parameter indicates that the distance between the user and the information presentation device is greater than a second distance threshold, or that a change in the distance parameter satisfies a second change threshold. Wherein the second distance threshold is greater than the first distance threshold, and the second variation threshold is greater than the first variation threshold.
Through the steps S201 to S203, when information is displayed to a user, the user can be judged to recommend information to the user according to the historical behavior and the current behavior of the user by combining the user image and the real-time field behavior of the user, so that the recommended information is more suitable for the user' S requirement.
In another embodiment, before the step S201, the method further includes:
in response to detecting a user, a representation of the user is obtained.
For example, the detected user may use a face recognition technology, an infrared detection technology or a voice detection technology, and when the presence of a face, the presence of a body, or the presence of a voice is detected, it is determined that the user is detected, and at this time, the portrait of the user required to be used in step S201 is acquired.
Further, the obtaining the portrait of the user comprises:
detecting the identity of the user;
and responding to the detected identity of the user, and acquiring the portrait of the user according to the identity of the user.
In this embodiment, the user is a registered user, and identity information is registered in the information display device in advance, when the presence of the user is detected, the user is verified by using the identity information of the user, where the identity information includes biological information such as a voiceprint, a face, and a fingerprint of the user, and when the identity of the user is detected, a portrait of the user matching the identity is obtained, and the portrait of the user at this time includes, in addition to social and biological attributes of the user, historical behavior information of the user, and the like.
Further, the obtaining the representation of the user may further include:
detecting the identity of the user;
responding to the situation that the identity of the user is not judged, and acquiring information of the user;
and establishing the portrait of the user according to the information of the user.
In this embodiment, the user is a non-registered user, and the information display device does not have identity information, and cannot determine the identity of the user, and at this time, the information display device obtains information of the user, for example, the gender and age range of the user are determined by using a face image of the user, the dressing habit of the user is determined by using clothes of the user, or the user feeds back information to obtain more accurate information of the user through a human-computer interaction interface. And after the information is obtained, establishing the portrait of the user according to the information of the user. At this time, the user's portrait may be lack of information, and at this time, the user's portrait may be supplemented according to the associated user, for example, information overlapping with other users of the same sex and age with the user may be used as the information in the portrait of the user, for example, most males and users of 20-30 years old are interested in basketball, and when the obtained user information is also male and is between 20-30 years old, basketball may be used as the information in the portrait of the user, and if the information is not accurate, the information may be corrected by subsequently updating the portrait.
By the two modes, no matter whether the information display equipment can detect the identity of the user or not, the portrait of the user can be provided for the step S201, and the fault tolerance of the information display equipment is enhanced.
In another embodiment, after the step S203, the method further includes:
and updating the portrait of the user according to the second information.
It will be appreciated that the real-time behavior of the user also pertains to the user's information, and that it pertains to the user's recent preference information, which may be updated into the user's representation as highly weighted preference information. Illustratively, the first information is basketball information, and the second information is football information, which indicates that the user may pay more attention to the football information in a recent period of time, so that the weight of the football information in the portrait is increased, so that the football information is displayed first when the user is recommended next time, and thus the preference of the user is more suitable for the change.
In an exemplary application scenario of the present disclosure, the information display device is a robot, and the robot is configured to interact with a user and recommend information to the user. The robot starts to be in an idle state, the robot continuously detects surrounding users through a sensor, when a user is detected to be in the service range of the robot, the user is subjected to identity verification and a portrait of the user matched with the identity is obtained, at the moment, if the user sends interactive information to the robot, the robot displays first information for the user by combining the interactive information and the portrait of the user, then the robot judges whether the user is interested in the first information in real time by combining the watching time of the user on the first information and the distance between the user and the robot, if the user is judged not to be interested in the first information, the portrait of the user is switched into second information according to the portrait of the user, the process is continuously circulated, the portrait of the user is continuously updated according to the second information until the user indicates that the robot closes the information display or leaves the service range of the robot, at this point the robot enters an idle state to continue detecting new users.
In the above, although the steps in the above method embodiments are described in the above sequence, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that the steps in the embodiments of the present disclosure are not necessarily performed in the above sequence, and may also be performed in other sequences such as reverse, parallel, and cross, and further, on the basis of the above steps, other steps may also be added by those skilled in the art, and these obvious modifications or equivalents should also be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure, and are not described herein again.
