Abstract
The invention discloses a remote resetting method and a remote resetting system for automatic startup failure of a well site data acquisition unit; the method comprises an automatic starting step and a remote resetting step; the automatic starting-up step comprises the following steps: the local operation management controller monitors the power state of the collector, monitors the starting state of a host computer of the collector, monitors whether an operating system of the collector operates normally, and performs starting or restarting control according to monitoring information; the remote reset step comprises the following steps: the remote management operation platform confirms a system reset flow and issues a reset control instruction to the local operation management controller; the local operation management controller monitors whether the power index of the collector and the start-up indicator lamp are normal or not, and carries out reset control according to the power index and the start-up indicator lamp. According to the invention, after the continuous repeated automatic startup of the well site collector fails, the remote reset control is performed, so that the abnormal protection and locking of the collector are avoided, and compared with the traditional field maintenance method, the labor cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to well site data acquisition, in particular to a remote resetting method and a remote resetting system for automatic startup failure of a well site data acquisition device.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the technology level, a plurality of oil gas production enterprises in recent years provide intelligent development directions of oil field construction. The primary acquisition data (data information such as temperature, pressure, electric parameters, work patterns and the like of various equipment of the well site) of the well site in the oil field is used as a basis of a digital oil field, and the bottommost data support is provided for the early warning and control of the subsequent oil field and meeting various requirements in the oil field production, so that the data acquisition device of the well site is needed.
Under normal conditions, the well site data collector has the function of automatic startup and operation of incoming calls, and the automatic operation capability of unmanned supervision is ensured. According to regional operation and maintenance personnel feedback of a user: the collector can be locked due to system protection caused by external reasons, and operation and maintenance personnel are required to go to the site for recovery processing. The personnel maintenance cost is high, the long-distance aging is low, and the untimely finding is not considered factors.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the invention, after the continuous repeated automatic startup of the well site collector fails, the remote reset control is performed, so that the abnormal protection and locking of the collector are avoided, and compared with the traditional field maintenance method, the labor cost is reduced.

the remote operation management platform is used for receiving and storing the information uploaded by the local operation controller, confirming a system reset flow when receiving the information of continuous startup failure, generating a remote reset control instruction and transmitting the remote reset control instruction to the local operation controller;
the remote management client is used for a user to access the remote management operation platform and remotely inquiring and displaying the state of the collector; or the remote management client sets a management control instruction and issues the management control instruction through the remote management operation platform.
According to the invention, after the continuous and repeated automatic startup of the well site collector fails, the remote reset control is performed, so that the abnormal protection and locking of the collector are avoided.
