When the heat exchanger works, the water temperature in the heat exchanger transmits a temperature signal through the temperature sensor, the water temperature in the shell 21 is controlled, a manual valve on a rubber disc is opened, when an adhesive passes through the flow valve 4, a flow signal is transmitted to the controller, the heating rod 23 works, when the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger 1 are lower than the set temperature, the heating rod 23 works all the time, the water temperature is heated to 60 ℃, the heat is preserved, the inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger 1 reach the set temperature, the electric heating rod stops working, and when the temperature of the adhesive at the outlet is lower than the set temperature, the heating rod 23 works; when the vehicle is stopped, firstly closing the manual valve on the rubber disc, stopping the flow of the adhesive, sending a signal to the controller by the flow valve 4, stopping the work of the heating rod 23, closing the first pneumatic ball valve 3, after 10 seconds, simultaneously opening the third pneumatic ball valve 16 and the second pneumatic ball valve 10 on the sewage discharge pipe 9, cleaning the heat exchange core 22 of the heat exchanger 1, after 60 seconds, closing the third pneumatic ball valve 16, and after 90 seconds, closing the second pneumatic ball valve 10 on the cleaning pipe 15; when the vehicle is parked and the water temperature is higher than 35 ℃, the electric ball valves 20 on the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 19 are opened to carry out cooling operation, and when the water temperature is lower than 35 ℃, the electric ball valves 20 on the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 19 are closed.

Water is cooled to about 20 ℃ by refrigeration equipment, and is input into the heat exchanger 1 from the water inlet pipe 18 and the water outlet pipe 19 through the water pump for water circulation, so that the adhesive is cooled to meet the use requirement.
And (3) heating: in winter, the heat loss of a workshop is fast due to cold weather, the temperature of the adhesive is 4-5 ℃, the adhesive effect is poor due to low temperature of the adhesive, the speed of a production line cannot be raised, the yield is low, and the production cost is improved; the water is heated by the heating rod 23 in the heat exchanger 1, so that the temperature requirement of the adhesive is met, and the production cost is reduced.
The heat exchange core 22 of the heat exchanger 1 is uniformly provided with the heat exchange holes 24, so that the heat exchange area is increased, and the flowing time of the adhesive in the heat exchange core is prolonged, thereby achieving better heat exchange effect.
