The sample die 4 is used to drill a green sample. The sample mold 4 is formed by splicing at least two cylindrical mold sheets 41, and fig. 3 illustrates a sample mold structure in which the two mold sheets 41 of the upper mold half and the lower mold half are spliced by bolts 42. In order to increase the strength of the splicing part of the sample mould and avoid the stress deformation of the splicing part, reinforcing iron sheets can be arranged at the splicing part of the adjacent mould plate sheets; the outer side surface of the reinforcing iron sheet at the lower part of the sample mold 4 is an inclined surface, and the width of the inclined surface is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that a guiding force can be formed when the sample mold enters a soft rock sampling process; as shown in fig. 2, thicker rectangular iron sheets 43 are welded to both sides of the upper 3/4 portion of the sample mold 4 for reinforcement, and about 20 bolts are used for fixation, and triangular iron sheets 44 are welded to both sides of the bottom at the lower 1/4 portion of the mold for reinforcement. The screw is used to adjust the vertical position of the sample mold 4. s3, slowly rotating the screw rod 5 to enable the sample mold 4 to be vertically embedded into the soft rock sample 8 under the rotating pressure, rapidly and reversely rotating the screw rod 5 after the bottom of the sample mold 4 penetrates through the soft rock sample 8, and lifting the sample mold 4 until the part above the sawtooth 45 is separated from the soft rock sample 8;
s4, separating the sample mold 4 from the bottom of the screw rod 5, then releasing the soft rock sample 8 embedded with the sample mold 4 from the bearing platform 2, and taking down the sample mold 4; the mold slab 41 of the sample mold 4 was disassembled, and the soft rock sample was taken out from the sample mold 4 and wax-sealed.
