技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药材加工设备，特别是涉及一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置。
背景技术
众所周知，金荞麦中药材采收后，一般都必须进行初步处理与烘干，其中药材烘干是极为重要的环节，直接影响产品的品质及外观。传统的烘干方法是靠太阳晒干，工效低、时间长、受天气变化影响大，如短时间不能将产品完全干燥，将会发生霉变和腐烂。同时，为防止霉变和腐烂，大多数农户采用硫磺浸泡烘干或硫磺燃烧密闭烘烤，易造成硫磺残留量的超标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置，其可实现快速均匀的烘干和杀菌，产品质量和外观俱佳。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置，包括机架、水平安装在机架上的圆管状干燥筒、置于干燥筒内的微波发生器，所述干燥筒的两端连接有转轴，所述转轴通过轴承安装在机架的支撑座上，所述转轴沿轴向开设有通孔，所述微波发生器为轴管式并沿干燥筒轴线设置，所述微波发生器的两端均穿过转轴的轴向通孔，所述干燥筒的内壁设置有螺旋槽。本发明一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置通过设计螺旋干燥筒和置于其内的微波发生器，可对金荞麦中药进行快速均匀的烘干，且能在低温下杀死药材中的各种霉菌和虫卵，最大限度的保留中药材中的有效药成分，防止储存过程中产生的霉变和虫蛀。
作为优选，所述转轴与干燥筒端面固定连接，易于加工和装配。
作为优选，所述支撑座与机架通过螺栓连接，易于安装和拆卸。
作为优选，所述螺旋槽的深度尺寸为2-5厘米，宽度尺寸为20-20厘米，可有效带动物料进行转动和轴向位移。
作为优选，所述干燥筒的一端设置有进料门，另一端设置有放料门，便于加料和放料操作。
与现有技术相比，本发明一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置的有益效果：通过螺旋干燥筒和置于其内的微波发生器可对金荞麦中药进行快速均匀的烘干和低温杀菌，该设备烘干时间短、速度快、使用灵活、价格便宜，在烘干的过程中还可以达到杀菌、杀虫的效果，烘干后的中药材，成品品质好，可很好的保持原有的营养成分，颜色自然。

如图1所示，本发明一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置，包括机架1、水平安装在机架1上的圆管状干燥筒2、置于干燥筒2内的微波发生器3，所述干燥筒2的两端连接有转轴4，所述转轴4通过轴承安装在机架1的支撑座5上，所述转轴4沿轴向开设有通孔，所述微波发生器3为轴管式并沿干燥筒2轴线设置，所述微波发生器3的两端均穿过转轴4的轴向通孔，所述干燥筒2的内壁设置有螺旋槽6，所述微波发生器3与装置的电路和控制系统电连接，可向干燥筒2内360度发射微波，微波发生器3的内部构件为现有技术，可直接购买组装，所述干燥筒2的其中一转轴4同轴连接有电机或者皮带转动轮，以为其提供旋转运动的动力。
如图1所示，本发明一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置中，所述转轴4与干燥筒2端面固定连接，所述支撑座5与机架1通过螺栓连接，所述螺旋槽6的深度尺寸为2-5厘米，宽度尺寸为20-20厘米，所述干燥筒2的一端设置有进料门7，另一端设置有放料门8。

1.一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置，其特征在于：包括机架（1）、水平安装在机架（1）上的圆管状干燥筒（2）、置于干燥筒（2）内的微波发生器（3），所述干燥筒（2）的两端连接有转轴（4），所述转轴（4）通过轴承安装在机架（1）的支撑座（5）上，所述转轴（4）沿轴向开设有通孔，所述微波发生器（3）为轴管式并沿干燥筒（2）轴线设置，所述微波发生器（3）的两端均穿过转轴（4）的轴向通孔，所述干燥筒（2）的内壁设置有螺旋槽（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效型金荞麦中药材烘干杀菌装置，其特征在于：所述转轴（4）与干燥筒（2）端面固定连接。
