Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a waterproof ventilator which is mainly used in places such as coal bunkers, plants and the like which need ventilation, need prevention of indoor dust overflow and can be waterproof.
Background
The sustainable development strategy of China is continuously pushed and the environmental protection laws and regulations are increasingly strict, the storage mode of coal in a coal storage yard is gradually changed from the open air to a closed storage mode, and the construction of a fully-closed coal bunker is vigorously developed in China in recent years. However, the existing totally-enclosed coal bunker has the problems of insufficient air circulation, high dust concentration and the like, so that the operating environment of workers is deteriorated, and the possibility of explosion caused by high dust concentration exists. The coal dust explosion releases a large amount of heat energy, the instantaneous temperature can reach 2300-2500 ℃, the great destruction effect is achieved, and the lives of operators are threatened.
The indoor dust can be mainly divided into settleable dust and non-settleable dust, the dust which is easy to cause dust explosion is mainly settleable dust or the settleable dust and the non-settleable dust are in a crossed dense area, and the dust is mainly concentrated in the middle upper area of a coal yard, such as the height of the coal yard is 50 meters, and the dust is mainly concentrated at the height of 20-40 meters. Meanwhile, the coal yard is sealed by the color steel plate, the specific heat capacity of air is 3.14 times of that of iron, and when the ambient air temperature under sunlight is 40 ℃, the surface temperature of the color steel plate reaches 94.2 ℃, so that a baking effect is formed in the coal yard, the indoor temperature is greatly increased, and the risks of dust explosion and spontaneous combustion of coal are increased.
In addition, many peripheral environmental sensitive points such as the neighborhood residential area of totally closed coal yard have the demand of noise protection in certain height, and lower part shutter can have certain blocking effect to the noise, but because it belongs to the sound leakage structure, not only must ventilate, but also must prevent the noise, hardly satisfies the requirement of environmental protection to noise control simultaneously. At present, many manufacturers and research units in the market adopt some dust settling methods, but all the methods are not ideal. The ventilation problem becomes the biggest constraint factor for building the closed coal bunker.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems, the invention provides the waterproof ventilator which realizes the functions of water prevention, ventilation, dust suppression and the like. The invention is installed on the middle upper part of the coal bunker on the basis of the existing ventilation system, thereby greatly improving the ventilation condition of air in the bunker, preventing the formation of coal dust cloud, preventing the risk of dust explosion, realizing totally-closed storage operation and zero emission of dust pollution.

The bedplate is a circular ring-shaped thin plate, and the diameter and the thickness of the excircle of the thin plate are the same as those of the clamping plate; the inner circle is elliptical and is matched with the end part of the oblique section of the cylindrical opening. L-shaped buckles are evenly arranged on the periphery of the bedplate and are matched with the clamping plates to fasten the ventilation cup.
The wake flow hip is in a horn-shaped oblate structure, and the large opening end of the horn cylinder is in contact with the platform surface.
The leather pad is a circular ring type sheet rubber product, has buffering and waterproof functions, and is arranged on the ventilating cup and between the clamping plate and the outer side of the substrate.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when the base plate is installed on the middle upper part of the coal bunker, the long edge and the ground form a certain angle according to the slope of the roof of the coal bunker, so that the horn cylinder opening on the outer side of the base plate is inclined towards the underground, and the wake flow hip on the inner side of the base plate is upward.
When the outside wind comes without rain, the horizontal wind and the wind coming from the oblique lower part enter the coal bunker through the horn cylinder opening and the lower small hole of the ventilation cup to perform ventilation and heat exchange, and the horn cylinder opening is large, the wake flow hip opening is small, so that the wind can be accelerated properly to increase the ventilation and heat exchange efficiency in the coal bunker; the dust in the bin reaches the wake flow cylinder when overflowing from the inside to the outside, and can not overflow when encountering obstacles because the dust is not a straight opening.
When no wind rains, rainwater falling from the top of the coal bunker and the sky flows through the ventilation cup, the ventilation cup is of a circular tube structure, the rainwater can smoothly flow down, and the imperforate long surface of the cylindrical opening shields the perforated short surface below the perforated long surface to prevent water;
when strong wind and heavy rain exist, rainwater entering from the front face of the horn tube is formed, because the horn tube and the wake flow hips form an angle, a small amount of rainwater entering is blocked by the wake flow hips and cannot enter a coal yard, and the rainwater gathered at the horn tube flows down through the small hole in the lower side face.
The invention greatly improves the ventilation condition of air in the bin, prevents the formation of dust cloud, prevents dust explosion risk, realizes totally-enclosed storage operation and has zero emission of dust emission.

Detailed Description
The waterproof ventilator shown in fig. 1 and 2 is installed at the upper part of a coal bunker, and the base plate forms an angle of 54 degrees with the ground. The mounting height is 20 meters, the mounting positions are located on two sides of the roof and two sides of the gable, and the mounting area is 10000 square meters.
The substrate had a length of 3m and a width of 790 mm.
The waterproof ventilator consists of a base plate 1, a ventilation cup 2, a clamping plate 3 and a sealing gasket 4.
One surface of the base plate, which is in contact with the coal bunker, is the inner side, and the outer side faces the open air; 63 mounting holes with the aperture of 120mm are arranged on the substrate, and each mounting hole is provided with a ventilation cup. Namely, the ventilation cup passes through the hole on the base plate from inside to outside until the bedplate of the ventilation cup is pressed against the inner side surface of the base plate; then the sealing gasket is sleeved on the ventilation cup from the outer side of the substrate; the cardboard also from the base plate outside cover on the ventilation cup, press the cardboard at last, make cardboard and sealed the platform that fills up and ventilate on the cup closely laminate, later rotatory cardboard makes the cardboard chucking on the buckle of platen.
The base plate is a metal contour plate made of steel or aluminum, the base plate is provided with a tongue-and-groove profiling in the long edge direction, and the base plate is matched with the base plate through the tongue-and-groove during use.

As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the ventilation cup is composed of a bedplate 7 and a cup cylinder. The cup cylinder is composed of a horn cylinder 5 and a wake flow hip 6, an included angle between the horn cylinder 5 and the wake flow hip 6 is 130 degrees, and the cup cylinder is an integral injection molding product.
The two ports of the horn cylinder 5 are obliquely cut into an oval shape.
The bedplate is annular, and the platen outward flange is circular. The diameter of the excircle of the bedplate is 180mm, the thickness is 3mm, and the bedplate is a thin plate which is the same as the clamping plate; the long axis of the inner diameter of the bedplate is 150mm, the short axis is 118mm, and the bedplate is matched with the end part of the inclined section of the cylinder opening. L-shaped buckles are evenly arranged on the periphery of the bedplate and are matched with the clamping plates to fasten the ventilation cup.
The wake flow hip is in an elliptic horn-shaped cylinder structure, a large elliptic opening is contacted with the table board surface, and a small elliptic opening is arranged at the other end of the wake flow hip.
The thickness of sealed pad is 1mm, and the diameter is 130 mm's ring type thin slice rubber goods for buffering and waterproof function, utilizes the elasticity of leather packing during the use, overlaps on the oblique cross-section ellipse of vent, between cardboard and the base plate outside.
The wake hip is at 20 degrees to the base plate. The base plate is arranged on the roof of the middle upper part of the coal bunker, the long edge of the base plate forms 54 degrees with the ground, the horn cylinder on the outer side of the base plate can incline towards the ground, and the wake flow hip on the inner side of the base plate is upward.
When the outside wind comes without rain, the horizontal wind and the wind coming from the oblique lower part enter the coal bunker through the horn cylinder of the ventilating cup and the hole of the short surface to perform ventilation and heat exchange, so that the wind can be properly accelerated to increase the ventilation and heat exchange efficiency in the coal bunker; the dust in the bin reaches the wake flow cylinder when overflowing from the inside to the outside, and can not overflow when encountering obstacles because the dust is not a straight opening.
When no wind rains, rainwater falling from the top and the upper part of the coal bunker flows through the ventilation cup, the ventilation cup is of a circular tube structure, so that the rainwater can flow down smoothly, and the imperforate long surface of the horn cylinder shields the perforated short surface below the horn cylinder for water prevention;
when strong wind and heavy rain exist, rainwater entering from the front face of the horn tube is in a V-shaped structure, a small amount of rainwater entering is blocked by the wake flow hips and cannot enter a coal yard, and the rainwater gathered in the horn tube flows down through the small holes on the short face.
