Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a light-resistant and antibacterial color master batch, which comprises the following steps of 1, preparing color paste; step 2, adding the prepared color paste and the carrier resin into a mixing roll, heating, mixing and coloring, and adding a thickening agent into the mixture to form a mixed material; step 3, adding polylactic acid, a dispersing agent, a stabilizing agent, a coupling agent and a flavoring agent into the mixture, stirring at a high speed by using a stirrer, and grinding by using a grinder after uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and 4, smelting and co-extruding the mixture obtained in the step 3 by using an extruder, and performing cooling, granulating and drying treatment to obtain the light-resistant and antibacterial color master batch. The invention has reasonable design, and the polylactic acid, the multiple grinding and the auxiliary of the auxiliary agent are added in the preparation of the color master batch, so that the prepared color master batch has certain light resistance, antibacterial property and flame resistance, the dispersibility, the stability and the tinting strength of the color master batch are improved to a certain extent, the harm to human bodies is reduced, and the color master batch is an environment-friendly product.

Further, in the step 1, 20-30% of dye, 60-70% of polyester polyol, 0.5-1% of color-developing agent, 0.1-1% of defoaming agent and 1-5% of dispersing agent are added into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred, then a grinding machine is used for grinding, and after the particle size reaches within 3 microns, the grinding is stopped to obtain the color paste.

Step 2, adding the prepared color paste and the carrier resin into a mixing roll, heating, mixing and coloring, and adding a thickening agent into the mixture to form a mixed material; the mixing temperature is 150-: 12% of color paste, 85% of carrier resin and 3% of thickening agent.

Step 2, adding the prepared color paste and the carrier resin into a mixing roll, heating, mixing and coloring, and adding a thickening agent into the mixture to form a mixed material; the mixing temperature is 150-: 15 percent of color paste, 80 percent of carrier resin, 2.5 percent of thickening agent and 2.5 percent of ultraviolet absorbent.
