In a scene, if the elevator region does not install the camera, for the comprehensive coverage of guaranteeing the control, can set up elevator monitoring facilities into two-dimensional code identification equipment, correspondingly, identity characteristic information is the two-dimensional code. As shown in fig. 5, in step S622, after receiving the isolation action instruction, the property management device may further send an event follow-up instruction to the community management device, and in step S624, after confirming that the identity information of the target person matches the suspected case information, the isolation monitoring device may further send activity data of the target person to the epidemic situation collecting device, and specific description may refer to the content related to fig. 2d, which is not repeated here.
In the above embodiment, after receiving the suspected case information sent by the epidemic situation collecting device, the personnel management device sends the suspected case information to the isolation monitoring device, the isolation monitoring device identifies the identity information of the target person according to the identity characteristic information of the target person collected by the monitoring device, and sends the operation prohibition instruction to the elevator control device when the identity information is matched with the suspected case information, the elevator control device controls the elevator to stop operating after receiving the operation prohibition instruction, and controls the elevator to stop operating in time when the suspected infected case occurs in the elevator area through information interaction among the multiple devices, so that the efficiency of monitoring the suspected case in the epidemic situation period is improved, and the risk of enlarging the disease infection range is reduced.
In this embodiment, the isolation monitoring device may delete the suspected case information in the healthy state according to the health certification request, specifically, the property management device sends the health certification request to the community management device, the community management device returns the health certification to the property management device after receiving the health certification request, the property management device sends the health certification to the isolation monitoring device, and the isolation monitoring device deletes the corresponding suspected case information after receiving the health certification.
In another case, if the suspected case is confirmed as an infection epidemic situation at a later stage and belongs to a confirmed case, in order to improve the efficiency of emergency treatment, the application provides an embodiment in which the property management device generates an elevator cleaning instruction according to the information of the confirmed case so as to remind a corresponding person to perform emergency cleaning treatment on the elevator. Specifically, after the epidemic situation collecting device confirms that a suspected case is a confirmed case, the epidemic situation collecting device sends confirmed case information to the community management device, the community management device receives the confirmed case information and sends the confirmed case information to the property management device, the property management device analyzes corresponding confirmed persons from the confirmed case information, records data of the confirmed persons riding an elevator (such as No. 2 and No. 2 elevator riding in 2020), an elevator cleaning instruction is generated according to the records data, the elevator cleaning instruction is distributed to a corresponding material pipe terminal, the material pipe terminal displays an elevator cleaning message after receiving the elevator cleaning instruction, the message can include position information of the elevator, such as No. 2 elevator, and the corresponding persons arrive at an elevator area for cleaning after seeing the elevator cleaning message. Further, after the property management device acquires the record data of the confirmed person riding the elevator, the property management device can determine the information of the contacter related to the confirmed person according to the record data, for example, the record data is No. 2 and No. 13 riding the No. 2 elevator in 2020, at this time, the property management device can determine the related person who takes No. 2 and No. 13 riding the No. 2 elevator in 2020 according to the data such as the monitoring video and the like, take the persons as the contacter, and acquire the information of the contacter; after the property management equipment acquires the information of the contact person, the property management equipment can send the information of the contact person to the material pipe terminal, and the material pipe terminal displays the received information of the contact person so as to remind related personnel to take follow-up measures; in addition, the property management equipment can also send the information of the contacters to the community management equipment so as to remind related personnel to take follow-up measures; the property management device can also send the information of the contact person to the epidemic situation collection device, related personnel of the epidemic situation collection device judge whether the contact person is listed in a suspected case list, and if the related personnel confirm that the contact person is listed in the suspected case list, the related personnel can click a confirmation instruction, so that the epidemic situation collection device stores the information of the contact person in the suspected case information, the suspected case information is updated, and the updated suspected case information is sent to the community management device.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2a-5 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2a-5 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a monitoring device 700 for home isolation, comprising: suspected case information acquisition module 702, identity feature information acquisition module 704, instruction generation module 706 and instruction sending module 708, wherein:
a suspected case information obtaining module 702, configured to obtain suspected case information sent by the epidemic situation collecting device;
an identity characteristic information acquisition module 704, configured to acquire identity characteristic information of a target person; the target person is located in a public area;
the instruction generating module 706 is configured to identify identity information of the target person according to the identity feature information, and generate an isolation action instruction when the identity information matches the suspected case information;
an instruction sending module 708, configured to assign the isolation action instruction to a corresponding pipe terminal; the isolation action instruction is used for triggering the terminal of the object pipe to display a message arriving at a public area for isolation operation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a home isolated elevator monitoring apparatus 800 comprising: suspected case information acquisition module 802, identity characteristic information acquisition module 804, identity recognition module 806 and instruction generation module 808, wherein:
a suspected case information obtaining module 802, configured to obtain suspected case information sent by the epidemic situation collecting device;
an identity characteristic information acquisition module 804, configured to acquire identity characteristic information of a target person; the target person is located in the elevator zone;
an identity recognition module 806, configured to recognize identity information of the target person according to the identity feature information;
the instruction generating module 808 is used for generating an operation prohibition instruction for the elevator if the identity information is matched with the suspected case information; the operation prohibition command is used for controlling the elevator to stop operating.
In one embodiment, the household isolated elevator monitoring apparatus 800 is further configured to receive suspected case information sent by the epidemic situation collecting device, and send the suspected case information to the isolation monitoring device; after the identity information of the target person is determined to be matched with the suspected case information, an isolation action instruction is sent to the property management equipment; the isolation action instruction is used for triggering the object pipe terminal to display an isolation operation message; the isolation operation message is used for indicating that the corresponding person arrives at the elevator zone to perform the isolation operation.
In one embodiment, the home-isolated elevator monitoring apparatus 800 is further configured to receive an isolation completion instruction sent by the material pipe terminal, and send the isolation completion instruction to the isolation monitoring device; the isolation completion instruction is generated after the object management terminal confirms that the elevator area is isolated; after receiving an isolation completion instruction, sending an operation permission instruction to elevator control equipment; and the elevator control equipment is also used for controlling the elevator to be in the running allowing state after receiving the running allowing command.
In one embodiment, the home isolated elevator monitoring apparatus 800 is further configured to send a request for proof of health to a community management device; the health certification request is used for triggering the community management equipment to return a health certification to the property management equipment; after receiving a health certificate returned by the community management equipment, sending the health certificate to the isolation monitoring equipment; and after the health certificate sent by the property management equipment is acquired, deleting the corresponding suspected case information.
In one embodiment, the home-isolated elevator monitoring apparatus 800 is further configured to receive the information of the actual medical condition sent by the epidemic situation collecting device; after receiving the information of the confirmed disease cases sent by the community management equipment, determining corresponding confirmed diagnosticians, acquiring the recorded data of the confirmed diagnosticians taking the elevator, generating an elevator cleaning instruction according to the recorded data, and distributing the elevator cleaning instruction to corresponding material pipe terminals; the elevator cleaning instruction is used for triggering the material pipe terminal to display an elevator cleaning message; the elevator cleaning message is used to instruct the corresponding person to arrive at the elevator area for cleaning operation.
In one embodiment, the home isolated elevator monitoring device 800 is further configured to collect a facial image of the target person; and extracting face characteristic points from the face image, and identifying the identity information of the target person according to the face characteristic points.
In one embodiment, the household-isolated elevator monitoring device 800 is further configured to receive a face image of a target person acquired by the personal terminal, determine whether the target person is a registered person according to the face image, and send a registered instruction to the personal terminal if the target person is the registered person; collecting a two-dimensional code displayed by a personal terminal; the two-dimensional code is generated after the personal terminal receives the registered instruction.
For the specific definition of the monitoring device of the home isolation and the elevator monitoring device of the home isolation, the above definition of the corresponding method can be referred to, and the detailed description is omitted here. The modules in the above-described isolated-home monitoring apparatus and isolated-home elevator monitoring apparatus may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, or can be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing monitoring data related to home isolation. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of monitoring of home isolation or a method of monitoring an elevator of home isolation.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the above-described method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the respective method embodiment as described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. the community management device is used for receiving the suspected case information sent by the epidemic situation collecting device and sending the suspected case information to the isolation monitoring device;
the monitoring equipment is arranged on the elevator and used for collecting the identity characteristic information of the household personnel when the household personnel are located in the elevator area and go out;
the monitoring equipment is arranged at the entrance and exit of the residential area lobby and/or the residential area and is used for collecting the identity characteristic information of the household personnel when the household personnel are positioned at the entrance and exit of the residential area lobby and/or the residential area lobby to go out;
the isolation monitoring equipment is used for identifying the identity information of the household personnel according to the identity characteristic information sent by the monitoring equipment and confirming whether the identity information is matched with the suspected case information;
when the identity information is matched with the suspected case information and monitoring equipment for sending identity characteristic information is monitoring equipment arranged on the elevator, the isolation monitoring equipment, the elevator control equipment and the property management equipment respectively execute the following steps:

the property management equipment is used for distributing the isolation action instruction to a corresponding material management terminal; the isolation action instruction is used for indicating corresponding personnel to arrive at the elevator area to conduct isolation operation aiming at the home personnel so as to prohibit the home personnel from going out and isolating at home;
the isolation monitoring equipment is further used for sending an operation permission instruction to the elevator control equipment if an isolation completion instruction which is fed back by the material pipe terminal and used for representing the completion of the isolation operation is received;
the elevator control equipment is also used for controlling the elevator to be in an operation allowing state after receiving the operation allowing command;
when the identity information is matched with the suspected case information and the monitoring equipment sending the identity characteristic information is the monitoring equipment arranged at the entrance and exit of the residential area lobby and/or the residential area, the steps executed by the isolation monitoring equipment and the property management equipment respectively are as follows:
the isolation monitoring equipment is also used for sending an isolation action instruction to the property management equipment through the community management equipment;
the property management equipment is also used for distributing the isolation action instruction to a corresponding material management terminal; the isolation action instruction is used for indicating corresponding personnel to arrive at the residential area lobby and/or the residential area entrance and exit to conduct isolation operation aiming at the household personnel so as to forbid the household personnel to go out and be isolated at home.
2. The system of claim 1,
the property management equipment is further configured to receive an isolation completion instruction sent by the material pipe terminal, and send the isolation completion instruction to the isolation monitoring equipment.
3. The system of claim 1,
the property management device is also used for sending a health certification request to the community management device; the health certification request is used for triggering the community management equipment to return a health certification to the property management equipment;
the property management equipment is further used for sending the health certificate to the isolation monitoring equipment after receiving the health certificate returned by the community management equipment;
the isolation monitoring equipment is further configured to delete the corresponding suspected case information after the health certificate sent by the property management equipment is acquired.
4. The system of claim 1,
the community management equipment is also used for receiving the information of the confirmed disease cases sent by the epidemic situation collecting equipment;
the property management equipment is further used for determining corresponding confirmed diagnosticians after receiving the confirmed case information sent by the community management equipment, acquiring the recorded data of the confirmed diagnosticians taking the elevator, generating an elevator cleaning instruction according to the recorded data, and distributing the elevator cleaning instruction to a corresponding material pipe terminal; the elevator cleaning instruction is used for triggering the material pipe terminal to display an elevator cleaning message; the elevator cleaning message is used for indicating a corresponding person to arrive at the elevator area for cleaning operation.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring device provided on the elevator is a camera provided on the elevator deck panel area and the elevator car rear wall panel; the identity characteristic information is a face image;
the camera is arranged on the elevator and used for collecting the face image of the household personnel;
the isolation monitoring equipment is used for extracting face characteristic points from the face image and identifying the identity information of the family personnel according to the face characteristic points.
6. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the monitoring device provided in the elevator is a two-dimensional code recognition device; the identity characteristic information is a two-dimensional code;
the isolation monitoring equipment is also used for receiving a human face image of the household person collected by the personal terminal, judging whether the household person is a registered person according to the human face image, and if so, sending a registered instruction to the personal terminal;
the two-dimension code identification device is used for acquiring the two-dimension code displayed by the personal terminal; the two-dimensional code is generated after the personal terminal receives the registered instruction.

acquiring suspected case information collected by epidemic situation collection equipment through community management equipment;
acquiring identity characteristic information of a person at home to be out, which is acquired by monitoring equipment; the family personnel are positioned at an elevator area, a residential hall and/or a community entrance and exit;
identifying the identity information of the household personnel according to the identity characteristic information;
under the condition that the identity information is matched with the suspected case information and the identity characteristic information is sent by monitoring equipment arranged on an elevator, sending an operation prohibition instruction aiming at the elevator to elevator control equipment and distributing an isolation action instruction to a material pipe terminal through property management equipment; the operation prohibition instruction is used for instructing the elevator control equipment to control the elevator to stop operating; the isolation action instruction is used for indicating corresponding personnel to arrive at the elevator area to conduct isolation operation aiming at the home personnel so as to prohibit the home personnel from going out and isolating at home;
if an isolation completion instruction which is fed back by the material pipe terminal and used for representing completion of the isolation operation is received, an operation permission instruction is sent to the elevator control equipment; the operation permission instruction is used for indicating the elevator control equipment to control the elevator to be in an operation permission state;
under the condition that the identity information is matched with the suspected case information and the identity characteristic information is sent by monitoring equipment arranged at a lobby and/or a cell entrance and exit of the residential area, distributing an isolation action instruction to a material pipe terminal through the community management equipment and the property management equipment; the isolation action instruction is used for indicating corresponding personnel to arrive at the residential area lobby and/or the residential area entrance and exit to conduct isolation operation aiming at the household personnel so as to forbid the household personnel to go out and be isolated at home.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the identity feature information is a human face image and/or a two-dimensional code.
9. An elevator monitoring device isolated at home, applied to an isolation monitoring apparatus, comprising:
the suspected case information acquisition module is used for acquiring suspected case information collected by the epidemic situation collection equipment through the community management equipment;
the identity characteristic information acquisition module is used for acquiring identity characteristic information of the family personnel to be out, which is acquired by the monitoring equipment; the family personnel are positioned at an elevator area, a residential hall and/or a community entrance and exit;
the identity recognition module is used for recognizing the identity information of the household personnel according to the identity characteristic information;
the instruction generating module is used for sending an operation prohibition instruction for the elevator to the elevator control equipment under the condition that the identity information is matched with the suspected case information and the identity characteristic information is sent by monitoring equipment arranged on the elevator; the operation prohibition instruction is used for instructing the elevator control equipment to control the elevator to stop operating;
the elevator monitoring device also comprises a module for performing the following steps: distributing an isolation action instruction to a material pipe terminal through the property management equipment; the isolation action instruction is used for indicating corresponding personnel to arrive at the elevator area to conduct isolation operation aiming at the home personnel so as to prohibit the home personnel from going out and isolating at home;
the elevator monitoring device also comprises a module for performing the following steps: if an isolation completion instruction which is fed back by the material pipe terminal and used for representing the completion of the isolation operation is received, an operation permission instruction is sent to the elevator control equipment; the operation permission instruction is used for indicating the elevator control equipment to control the elevator to be in an operation permission state;
the elevator monitoring device also comprises a module for performing the following steps: under the condition that the identity information is matched with the suspected case information and the identity characteristic information is sent by monitoring equipment arranged at a lobby and/or a cell entrance and exit of the residential area, distributing an isolation action instruction to a material pipe terminal through the community management equipment and the property management equipment; the isolation action instruction is used for indicating corresponding personnel to arrive at the residential area lobby and/or the residential area entrance and exit to conduct isolation operation aiming at the household personnel so as to forbid the household personnel to go out and be isolated at home.
