A fixing device for a vehicle-mounted computer is characterized by comprising a base, wherein the base comprises two symmetrically arranged supporting rods, sliding grooves are formed in the supporting rods, any ends of the two supporting rods are connected through a connecting rod, vertical rods are arranged at two ends of the connecting rod and positioned on the outer sides of the supporting rods, springs are arranged at the top ends of the vertical rods, supporting seats are fixedly arranged above the springs, and a first fixing seat is hinged to the inner sides of the upper portions of the supporting seats;
the sliding support is arranged in the sliding groove and comprises two vertical plates which are symmetrically arranged, the bottom ends of the vertical plates are arranged in the sliding groove, and a second fixing seat is hinged between the upper parts of the two vertical plates;
the rope winding device is arranged on the mounting rack through a rotating shaft, a steel wire rope is wound on the rope winding device, one end of the steel wire rope is fixed on the rope winding device, and the other end of the steel wire rope is arranged on the supporting seat by bypassing the pulley;
and the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat are both provided with clamping structures for fixing the vehicle-mounted computer.
