Claims (7)

1. A device for synchronously transmitting a grating signal, comprising: microcontroller, bus, FPGA, a plurality of shower nozzle control panel and a plurality of difference line, wherein:
the microcontroller is connected with the FPGA through the bus and used for acquiring configuration parameters and configuring the parameters of the FPGA according to the configuration parameters;
the FPGA is connected with any one sprayer control panel through the difference line, and is used for acquiring a first grating encoder signal, converting the first grating encoder signal into a corresponding second grating encoder signal according to the parameter configuration, and sending the second grating encoder signal to the sprayer control panel connected with the FPGA through the difference line;
the nozzle control plates comprise connectors, and the connectors of the two adjacent nozzle control plates are connected through the differential lines, so that each nozzle control plate can acquire the second grating encoder signals.
2. The apparatus for synchronously transmitting a grating signal according to claim 1, wherein converting the first grating encoder signal into a corresponding second grating encoder signal according to the parameter configuration comprises:
and filtering the first grating encoder signal, acquiring an encoder direction according to the filtered first grating encoder signal, and converting the first grating encoder signal into a corresponding second grating encoder signal according to the encoder direction and the parameter configuration.
3. The apparatus for synchronously transmitting a grating signal according to claim 2, wherein converting the first grating encoder signal into a corresponding second grating encoder signal according to the encoder direction and the parameter configuration comprises:
and performing corresponding frequency division and multiplication processing on the first grating encoder signal according to the parameter configuration, combining the frequency division and multiplication processed first grating encoder signal with the encoder direction, and performing parallel-serial conversion on the combined frequency division and multiplication processed first grating encoder signal and the encoder direction to generate a second grating encoder signal.

A control method of a grating signal synchronous transmission device is characterized in that the grating signal synchronous transmission device comprises a microcontroller, a bus, an FPGA, a plurality of spray head control panels and a plurality of difference lines, and the control method comprises the following steps:
the microcontroller acquires configuration parameters and performs parameter configuration on the FPGA according to the configuration parameters;
the FPGA acquires a first grating encoder signal, converts the first grating encoder signal into a corresponding second grating encoder signal according to the parameter configuration, and sends the second grating encoder signal to a nozzle control board connected with the FPGA through the differential line, so that each nozzle control board can acquire the second grating encoder signal.
5. The method for controlling a device for synchronously transmitting raster signals according to claim 4, wherein converting said first raster encoder signal into a corresponding second raster encoder signal according to said parameter configuration comprises:
and filtering the first grating encoder signal, acquiring an encoder direction according to the filtered first grating encoder signal, and converting the first grating encoder signal into a corresponding second grating encoder signal according to the encoder direction and the parameter configuration.
6. The method for controlling a device for synchronously transmitting raster signals according to claim 5, wherein converting said first raster encoder signal into a corresponding second raster encoder signal according to said encoder direction and said parameter configuration comprises:
and performing corresponding frequency division and multiplication processing on the first grating encoder signal according to the parameter configuration, combining the frequency division and multiplication processed first grating encoder signal with the encoder direction, and performing parallel-serial conversion on the combined frequency division and multiplication processed first grating encoder signal and the encoder direction to generate a second grating encoder signal.
7. A digital jet printing apparatus comprising the raster signal synchronous transmission device according to any one of claims 1 to 3.
