Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of moulds and discloses a manufacturing process of a silicon rubber mould conveyor belt, which comprises the following steps of firstly designing and manufacturing a silicon rubber mould plate; then injecting the blank into a cavity of the silicon rubber mold plate, taking out the silicon rubber mold after extrusion, heating and forming, and placing the silicon rubber mold at the mold butt joint part of the silicon rubber mold plate; then injecting the blank into the cavity of the silicon rubber mold plate again, extruding and heating for molding, enabling the blank to flow to the butt joint of the mold to be combined with the silicon rubber mold placed at the butt joint of the mold, and combining the two silicon rubber molds into a whole; finally, repeating the operation to manufacture a long-strip silicon rubber mold to form the silicon rubber mold conveyor belt. The invention has the advantages of continuous production, cost saving and flexible application.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of molds, in particular to a manufacturing process of a silicon rubber mold conveyor belt.
Background
The mould is a variety of moulds and tools which are used for obtaining required products by injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, die casting or forging forming, smelting, stamping, stretching and other methods in industrial production, and the mould can make blanks into products with specific shapes and sizes under the action of external force. According to the different materials of the mould, the mould can be divided into: plastic molds, rubber molds, powder metallurgy molds, and the like.
The silicon rubber mold is made of liquid silicon rubber, the liquid silicon rubber is used for the isolation of electronic products in the early stage, and can be used for resin product forming molds after discovery.

step 1: designing and manufacturing a silicon rubber mold plate;
the silicon rubber mould plate comprises an upper mould 1 and a lower mould 2; the two sides of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are respectively provided with a die positioning groove 1-5 for positioning the upper die 1 and the lower die 2; the upper die 1 is a flat plate, and a feed inlet 1-6 is formed in the middle and used for injecting blanks into a cavity of the silicon rubber die plate; zircon is stuck on the inner side of the lower die 2 to generate a die seed; one side of the lower die 2 is provided with an opening, and is provided with die butt joints 1-3 for butt joint combination of silicon rubber dies; the other three sides of the lower die 2 are provided with die exhaust grooves 1-2 and die edge blocking strips 1-4; the die exhaust groove 1-2 is used for exhausting gas generated when extruding and heating a blank when the silicon rubber fluid machine works; the mold edge blocking strips 1-4 are used for blocking the overflow of the blank when the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 are folded.
Step 2: the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are closed, a silicon rubber fluid machine injects a blank into a cavity of the die plate through the feed ports 1-6, and the blank is extruded and heated to be formed into a first silicon rubber die; wherein the blank comprises a platinum catalyst and a crosslinking agent.
And step 3:
step a: separating the upper die 1 and the lower die 2, taking out the first silicon rubber die, and placing the first silicon rubber die at a die butt joint part 1-3 of the lower die 2;
step b: the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are closed, blanks are injected into a cavity of the silicon rubber die plate through the feed ports 1-6, the second silicon rubber die is formed by extrusion and heating, the blanks flow to the die butt joint part 1-3 of the lower die 2 to be combined with the first silicon rubber die, and the two silicon rubber dies are combined into a whole;
step c: repeating the step a and the step b to prepare a long silicon rubber mold;
step d: and placing the strip silicon rubber mold on a resin ornament automatic production line, and butting the strip silicon rubber mold end to form a silicon rubber mold conveyor belt, and matching with a production product which is returned by the resin ornament automatic production line.

step 1: designing and manufacturing a silicon rubber mold plate;
step 2: injecting the blank, extruding and heating to form a silicon rubber mold;
and step 3: and splicing the silicon rubber molds to prepare a strip silicon rubber mold to form the silicon rubber mold conveyor belt.
