The core board is painted with the white finish paint, so that the color of the core board material is prevented from influencing the color paint. For example, if the core board has a darker color and the colored paint has a lighter color, if the core board is not painted with white paint first and is directly painted with colored paint, the color of the colored paint cannot be well highlighted under the influence of the color of the core board, or a plurality of layers of colored paint are needed for coloring, so that the material itself is greatly lost. And the white paint is coated, and the coloring of the colored paint cannot be influenced no matter what color the core plate is.
The step of processing the door frame includes: polishing the door frame for the first time; performing first color correction on the door frame; sealing primer on the door frame; polishing the door frame for the second time; carrying out secondary color correction on the door frame; and finishing paint on the door frame.
The door frame is first sanded to remove most of the bumps that make it uneven. The door frame is repainted to a desired color because the wooden boards have their own color and texture. In the embodiment, only the door frame is polished and repaired once, and the door frame can be polished and repaired twice or many times according to actual conditions so as to obtain a smooth and flat surface of the door frame and a desired color effect.
The seal primer can fill the holes on the template to make the template smooth, and the wood has grease, so that the seal primer needs to be applied. The door frame is polished again to prevent unevenness caused by unevenness of the top seal primer.
And painting the door frame after color modification again, wherein the finish paint has a surface feeling effect, namely the surface touch feeling, and can change the permeability or brightness of wood, such as frosting feeling of the door frame.
