Abstract
The application discloses a film conveying and cutting mechanism which is provided with a frame, wherein a liftable tool rest is arranged on the frame, a lower cutter is fixed on the frame, and an upper cutter is arranged on the tool rest. The structure of the application can keep the arc shape of the film material after the film material with the arc-shaped cross section passes through the space between the convex cambered surface of the sheet feeding guide plate and the guide pin, so that the film material just passes through the space between the upper cutter and the lower cutter for cutting, and the film material is prevented from being adhered and bent in the conveying process because of softness, viscosity and the like, so that the film material cannot enter the upper cutter and the lower cutter to influence cutting, and has good stable conveying and cutting functions.

Background
The film agent refers to a film-shaped preparation prepared by processing raw material medicines and proper film-forming materials. Because the membranous preparation has the advantages of wide administration route, uniform distribution of medicines in film forming materials, accurate content, good stability, small volume, light weight and convenient application, carrying and transportation, along with the development of technology, more and more medicines are prepared into the membranous preparation. The formed film agent is subjected to cutting, packaging and other procedures, and the film agent is required to be conveyed; the film is different from the common film material, and has the characteristics of flexibility and softness after being prepared into the film because of containing the drug components, so that the film is not easy to stretch by adopting conveying mechanisms such as a traction roller and the like when the formed film is conveyed, and the content of the drug components of the film after slicing is changed. If the film agent is conveyed by a rear power roller, the film agent is a very soft material and cannot be directly conveyed to a target position. The present inventors have thus discovered a film delivery mechanism that maintains rigidity of the film during delivery while being inflexible, and which has been filed in a different patent application, as will be described below. After the film agent is conveyed by the film agent conveying mechanism, the film agent is required to be transversely cut and then packaged into a box; while the film length of which rigidity is maintained is effective after the film is processed by the film conveying mechanism, the cutting device and the film conveying mechanism also have one end, and thus, it is difficult to maintain the rigidity thereof by the film conveying mechanism alone until it is sent to the cutting device.
