Abstract
The invention relates to the field of installation operation of a double-roller ultrathin strip continuous casting machine, in particular to an installation method of an ultrathin strip casting roller; the method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) assembling a casting roller frame off line; step 2, integrally assembling cast roll accessories; step 3, quickly filling the casting rolls; and 4, accurately positioning and firmly locking the casting roller. The method for mounting the casting roller equipment has the characteristics of high mounting efficiency and accurate positioning.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of installation operation of a double-roller ultrathin strip continuous casting machine, in particular to an installation method of an ultrathin strip casting roller.
Background
The conventional continuous casting machine adopts a crystallizer with a vibration device to cast molten steel into a slab, and the novel double-roller ultrathin strip continuous casting machine adopts two counter-rotating casting rollers to replace the crystallizer to cast the molten steel into the slab. The casting roll is used as an important part in a double-roll ultra-thin strip continuous casting machine, the structure is very complex, the inside of the casting roll is of a hollow water circulation cooling structure, large rotary joints are arranged at two ends of the casting roll except a bearing seat and a coupler and connected with a cooling water pipe, and the casting roll is installed in a portal frame and is accurately positioned and adjusted by adopting a locking cylinder. The casting roller cannot be directly hoisted in place by adopting the traditional method for installing the crystallizer of the continuous casting machine, and the casting roller frame is composed of a plurality of components and is installed by adopting a construction method of adjusting and installing at the same time, so that the installation efficiency is low, and the adjustment error is large.

Aiming at the problems of low online piece-by-piece installation precision and low construction efficiency of more casting roll frame components, the invention adopts an offline assembly integral installation method to improve the installation precision and accelerate the installation progress. Because the casting roller is of a hollow circulating water cooling structure, and the two ends of the casting roller are provided with rotary joints connected with cooling water, the casting roller is assembled on the casting roller in advance by adopting an integral assembly method, so that the online assembly link is reduced, and the installation efficiency is improved. Because the integrally assembled casting roll has larger volume and is inconvenient to install, the assembled casting roll is placed on a roll conveying trolley and is filled into the frame by adopting a roll conveying trolley structure; in order to realize the accurate positioning of the casting rolls, the roll conveying trolley is locked by positioning pins, the roll conveying trolley is jacked by a thin jack, and after the casting rolls reach the installation positions, the casting roll locking hydraulic cylinders are started to fix the casting rolls.

1. the installation efficiency is improved, and the installation process is simplified: the method has the advantages that the cast roll frame is installed in an off-line assembling and integral hoisting mode, and the rotary joint assembled on line is installed on the cast roll in advance, so that the field installation links are effectively reduced; aiming at the ultra-long casting rolls assembled into a whole, the transportation tracks are paved and the roll transporting trolleys are used for placing, so that the damage to equipment caused by the hoisting in place is avoided, and the safety of operation is improved.
2. Being favorable to improving equipment installation precision: the casting roll rack sporadic mechanisms are assembled into a whole to be integrally adjusted, so that accumulated errors caused by successive installation and adjustment of parts are avoided; the accurate adjustment of the casting roll frame is realized.
After the roller conveying trolley reaches the designated position, the positioning pin is used for positioning the trolley body, and the trolley body can move up and down along the positioning pin under the action of the thin jack to realize accurate positioning.
3. The quick installation of casting roll is facilitated: the casting roll rotary joint and the cooling water pipe are connected in a manner of adopting a ferrule type quick joint to realize quick connection and separation; the casting roll is positioned and fixed by adopting a locking hydraulic cylinder more conveniently and quickly; the casting roller transmission coupling adopts a tooth insertion type, which is convenient to install and replace.
