In the water delivery process of a long-distance water delivery line mainly comprising an open channel in China, the open air is easily polluted, impurities such as floaters cannot be avoided in water, and the arrangement of the blocking and fishing device at the land falling section at the inlet and outlet of the aqueduct of the water delivery line is convenient and feasible. However, since impurities such as sludge and garbage are frequently accumulated in the bottom of the aqueduct due to frequent garbage throwing, soil accumulation during drainage, filtration and accumulation of stagnant slag, it is necessary to regularly clean and dredge the aqueduct. At present adopt the manual work to use the shovel to clear up the mediation operation more, need cut off the irrigation canals and ditches before the operation, complex operation, the silt of irrigation canals and ditches bottom can only be cleared up to the manual work moreover, can not clear up the irrigation canals and ditches lateral wall.

Furthermore, a stepping motor is fixed at the bottom of one end of the moving support, and an output shaft of the stepping motor is fixedly connected with one end of the cleaning roller; the movement interval of the cleaning rollers is controlled by the stepping motor, so that each storage box has enough time to discharge garbage in the storage box into the underdrain.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention is provided with the underdrain, and sundries such as silt, garbage and the like cleaned by the storage box are stored through the underdrain.
2. According to the invention, the movable support is arranged, and the cleaning roller is driven by the movable support to move along the inner wall of the aqueduct, so that sundries in the aqueduct are cleaned in batches, and the complete cleaning of the whole aqueduct is ensured.
3. According to the invention, the storage box is arranged, sundries in the aqueduct are shoveled by the storage box, and the filter plate is arranged, so that water is filtered and the sundries are intercepted by the filter plate, and the sundries in the aqueduct are cleaned; through being provided with the shell fragment, realize the directional emission of debris in the containing box.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the invention relates to a cleaning device for an aqueduct, which comprises a tank body 1 and a moving support 2, wherein one side of the inner wall of the tank body 1 is communicated with an underground canal 3, the moving support 2 is in sliding fit with the top surface of the tank body 1, the bottom of the moving support 2 extends into the tank body 1 and is in running fit with a cleaning roller 4, a circle of cleaning frame 5 which is spirally distributed is fixed on the peripheral side surface of the cleaning roller 4, a storage box 6 is in running fit with one end of the cleaning frame 5, a filter plate 7 is embedded at one end of the storage box 6, a filter screen is embedded in the filter plate 7 and is used for filtering moisture and retaining sundries such as garbage, an elastic sheet 8 is fixed on one side of the storage box 6, which is provided with one end surface of the filter plate 7, and the elastic sheet 8 is matched with the inner wall of the tank body 1.
The mass of the end, provided with the filter plate 7, of the storage box 6 is lighter than that of the end, not provided with the filter plate 7, of the storage box 6, so that the opening of the storage box 6 faces downwards, the storage box 6 is driven by the cleaning roller 4 to enter the tank body 1 to perform circular motion, and the bottom in the tank body 1 is cleaned; the water level inside the tank body 1 is not higher than the inlet of the underdrain 3, so that the water flow is prevented from directly entering the underdrain 3 to cause resource waste, the cleaning roller 4 is driven by the moving support 2 to move along the axial direction of the tank body 1, and the aqueduct is cleaned in stages by the cleaning frame 5.
The cleaning roller 4 drives the cleaning frame 5 to rotate, and the cleaning frame 5 drives the storage box 6 to slide along the inner wall of the tank body 1, so that impurities such as sludge and garbage in the aqueduct are removed; through being equipped with shell fragment 8, when receiver 6 moved 3 entrys in the underdrain, 6 tops of receiver this moment are inclined toward 3 entrys in the underdrain for silt, rubbish etc. in the receiver 6 pour into the underdrain 3, carry out the clearance of aqueduct to the spring action of shell fragment 8.
The bottom of one end of the moving support 2 is fixedly provided with a stepping motor 9, the stepping motor 9 is connected with electricity when in use, and an output shaft of the stepping motor 9 is fixedly connected with one end of the cleaning roller 4; the movement interval of the cleaning rollers 4 is controlled by the stepping motor 9, so that each storage box 6 has enough time to discharge the garbage in the storage box 6 into the underdrain 3.
